I received the mask I ordered to find the material and colors were really good quality
The design is definitely very cool and I'm happy with my order. I loved the art work by Joseph Macoul and had a hard time choosing. Hoping to get his stuff in other products

The customer service is... weird. I've had a few issues that I contacted them about and sometimes FineArtAmerica just plain don't answer. Once I got a reply unrelated to my actual problem. Really odd. You have to expect to contact them several times for basic problems and repeat yourself. Also they screwed up the printing of one of my products twice in a row. It's almost funny how incompetent they are. Almost.

I was taken back by the quality of this purchase. I never expected it to be superb in every way. I would highly recommend Fine Art America!

I have been trying to get this company to answer my concern for almost a full year. The images I have uploaded for Private use (BUYERS ACCOUNT) appear in images when my name is entered into a search engine. FineArtAmerica have a service answering calls for them - no one from the company is actually reachable. Finally I asked them to delete my entire account and related info, please... No response. It's ridiculous.

I purchased an item and needed it to be shipped overnight. Called several times to confirm that the item would be received the next day, each time receiving a different answer by customer service.
Still do not have item. Will see when it actually arrives despite having paid for expedited shipping. Customer service is awful, FineArtAmerica are not knowledgeable, they don't care if you are displeased, and they don't respond with any urgency. They do not answer the phone and the memory is full so you can't even leave a message. I'm now filing a complaint with my credit card company to reverse payment.
Never again.

I bought a 500 piece puzzle of this print. Its a lovely picture, and a well made puzzle. The puzzle came in a nice, attractive box. Nicely printed, on a quality card backing. Delivered (to Britain) in about a week. Not cheap- but good things seldom are. Overall, I am delighted. I wish I'd bought a poster or print as well.

Fine Art America is a master manipulator with respect to the internet search. As you can see FineArtAmerica had horrible reviews here for a very long time and getting worst each month thats for sure. More and more artists and customers were calling them out. All of a sudden from the end of January till now, they are getting 5 start reviews buy the hundreds. Why didn't they get this before, if they were so great.

Because they email and use their built in forum to ask the artists to write 5 star reviews for them. They have done this many times before while I was a member. Site-jabber should be able to figure this out.

We work allot of puzzles and were pleasantly surprised to find these puzzles not only beautiful, but very sturdy pieces. Very impressed!

I agree. Their customer/technical service is truly pitiful... almost nonexistent. I have contacted them three times by e-mail in an effort to resolve a problem, and FineArtAmerica have yet to even acknowledge my request for assistance. Difficult to trust a company with such lack of concern for its new buyers.

Great choices on all kinds of artwork from excellent artists. My purchase went smoothly and arrived on time. Great packaging as well!

Quality of the print was much better than I was expecting as was the surrounding frame.
I needed to contact customer services and FineArtAmerica could not have been more helpful and resolved my issue immediately with no fuss.

I would highly recommend them and would purchase from them again without hesitation.

I bought two graphic t-shirts from FineArtAmerica. FineArtAmerica were the only company that had the artwork I was looking for and they could print the graphics as big or as small as I wanted! Totally awesome! When I accidentally ordered one shirt the wrong size I got a no hassle return for the right size. Will definitely buy from them again!

I love my t-shirt! I'm going thru breast cancer right now and my girlfriend nicknamed me wonder women! She bought me Wonder Woman figure and saw your tshirts and she Showed them to me! I bought one and love it! Great tshirt, very authentic and it's a great reminder that I'm strong and I'm going to beat this! I love wearing it to chemo treatments, it gives me courage!

I was looking for "stuff" related to black cocker spaniels, and I found it with Fine Art America. I lost my doggie last month and the product I purchased hit the spot. I love it. Having done that, I search for another product for a different dog as a birthday gift for my sister - and it rocks. I'm giving it to her on her birthday and I hope she loves it as much as I do. As far as the company goes, FineArtAmerica were great. They delivered my products as promised; they kept me updated with e-mails as to shipping, etc. I would recommend them to anyone if you're looking for something special. Thanks Fine Art America. I absolutely love my duvet it has 1 Corinthians 13 4-8 it ministers to my husband and I daily. I am also going to get my children the same, daily FineArtAmerica can read the word of God! They have option to pick color. I chose red and I have washed 2 times with whites no bleeding. Amazing RIGHT!

I'm a FAA member but i haven't been able to access my account to make changes at all, i have tried to contact FAA in all ways possible but FineArtAmerica do not respond. My site is up but i have no control over it and no help. Something is seriously wrong with this site. Please respond if you have the same issue...

Don't expect any support if you try to contact them. Any problems you have with the site will always be blamed on you or your computer. One of the important items you can do is edit an image you put on yet once edited and saved the old image will appear and the new image will never appear. You have to delete the original file including descriptions, etc. and reload the whole file over. It's a pain so I'm going elsewhere because of the lack of support.

Small sitting/ guest room with Murphy bed. Desert theme. This print really pulls the room together. I also have several framed cards by this artist.

I purchased two photographs from FineArt America - both displayed on metal. The color is incredible! The quality of the work is top notch. I was extremely pleased. The artwork arrived in a few days and was expertly packaged to protect the pictures from any damage.

I have purchased a gorgeous shower curtain, quite a few masks and several coffee mugs from Fine Art America and I am always happy and in fact, thrilled when I see the finished product. I get comments on the gorgeous shower curtain and am asked questions about the masks. One of the great thing about the masks is that it is two layers and if one wants, a more traditional mask can fit in there to provide double protection. I have given 8 or so to my daughter because she must travel for work. Everything is created and delivered in a timely manner and the quality is at a 5-star level. I have also purchased several pieces of art. Yes, I am a huge fan of Fine Art America!

I ordered the Ovechkin Shower Curtain for my grandson and he was ecstatic! Its the first time I've seen a teenager showing off his bathroom!

The painting I bought from FineArtAmerica was even more beautiful than the online image. Plus, speedy delivery. Very pleased with this item and this company.

I saw this photo done by Peter Mangolds on a Facebook page called Wyoming Thru the Lens and found out it could be ordered through FineArtAmerica. I chose the frame, etc., and waited. When it arrived, I was amazed at the beautiful piece I had purchased and so happy to have this for my home.

I am so very disappointed with this company and their level of customer service! It has taken them 2 weeks to send a birthday card to my fiance (2 blasted weeks) and to date it still has not arrived, I dont care if I am spending $5 dollars or $500 dollars! There is much to be said for customer service and how this company handles their customers! I will NOT order from them again!

Bought a great art print- wildlife photographer's portrait of a mountain lion. Picture is beautiful, and print quality very satisfactory. Perfect packaging and shipping. Overall I'm very happy with my shopping on Fine Arts America.

No issues, received my artwork fairly quickly. Everything went smoothly. I'm a big fan of the Cats of Karavella collection so I've ordered from this site before.

Item was not shipped in the time frame as advertised. When I confronted the company about the discrepancy, FineArtAmerica argued saying that it WAS shipped as advertised. Just because an item is processed, DOESN'T mean it has shipped. Not only did it arrive several days late (4), but the matting was terrible. It was matted in such a way that most of the text on the boarder was illegible. On top of all that customer service was rude and extremely slow to respond to the issues. Stay away, you'll be glad you did.

Fine Art America is a Terrible Company. FineArtAmerica play favorites, charge a fortune for shipping, the quality of what they send is very bad and they block their better artists from view any way they can, so that their friends and family get most of the sales. This is Nepotism at it's VERY WORST! STAY AWAY!
