I entered 5 ufc fights with first round insurance. 3 of 5 lost in the first round. Bets were supposed to be credited back. Complained, after run around message read that FanDuel had up to 72 hours ro refund. Waited, still no refund. These were small bet, but I will move to a site that is honest.

I have been playing FanDuel for about 2 years and I realize it isn't a fair game. The reason I say this is because if u join an NBA game that starts at 7pm and there are 5 games btwn 7-10pm the person that wins is always the one that has most if not at least 8 out of 9 of their players from the early 7pm game and the last player from like a 7:30-8pm game. It's the same with the NFL if u don't select your players from the early game you will not win anything because the way FanDuel works is if you're not in the top position within the first 15-20 minutes of the game starting you won't be able to move up your position basically when your score goes up your position will continue to go down. Plenty of times this has happened to me and when I compare my lineup to the winners lineup sometimes my lineup has more points than theirs but because I chose players from the "late" games instead of all my players from the early games my position stays low. I don't expect to win everytime but at the same time to never get up to the top position when my lineup is sometimes higher than the winners is suspect. I also find it weird how the people that select all their players from the early games seem to know when the bench warmers are going to play really well. Anyway the most I ever won on FanDuel last year was $5, I have used the same lineups or close to the same lineups on DraftKings and have won much more than $5. So now it's to the point where I just play the $. 5 games on FanDuel that way when I lose it doesn't bother me. Once my $5 winning run out I will no longer be investing in this game

I recently joined and FanDuel were offering $200 risk free on your losses for the first 24 hours. I lost $300 and never received my casino bonus. I called 4 times and was hung up on 3 of those times. The 4th person said they would write me when they got an answer to the issue and 4 days later - no response. In addition I emailed 5 times and have gotten no response. I play on other casino sites and customer service is excellent. This is the worst one I have ever seen and they lure you in with bonuses they never give you.

Fanduel will crash before you can get your lineups finished. This happens a lot. Fanduel engineers agreed the crashes are their fault and customer service would not give credits for the entries. Simply terrible company. Ripping customers off everyday with their DFS sports.

I joined to get the 55 to 1 odds for the 2021 SB. Their AP was intentionally all screwed up. FanDuel said to bet in the money line. I did. I did not see the odds. I had placed the bet on Saturday. Realizing something was not correct, I went back to the live help. They confirmed the bet was correct and would be covered at 55 to 1. Well I hit. They only paid $5. I went back to the help, and question why they would not pay out. He said I did not bet it correctly. I told him your people confirmed the bet on Sunday morning. He said, I see that, but you were told to bet in the money line (It was a script that made no sense to anyone that had never bet before). I asked him to re-look at where the person told me the bet was good. He said I do not see that. Funny, I took a screenshot myself. I have the proof.

The app is trash, I got a note telling me im being flagged for possible fraud for betting outside of the VA location. Absolutely false and im being investigated by the location department. WTf is that? Super disappointed and withdrawn my money and will never use them again... BEWARE PPL. This review is not a fake is very much real. The app is trash. Ive added screenshots as well. My wife had a $3000. 00 cash out offer that she accepted during the Boston College and Clemson game that BC was the final leg of a 3 team parlay that would have paid $15,000 if FanDuel would have won. When they were 1&10 inside Clemsons 40, that when the offer came over her phone and she accepted it, they say that she wasn't in Pa when she accepted it and we were in our home in Pittsburgh. 2 weeks later they still haven't paid her and just keep giving her a bunch of bs on her emails. Getting ready to file a complaint with pa gaming Commision.

Approximately 2 weeks ago I deposited 500 into my account that I have been using my about 2 months. The next day my account was locked for an unknown reason. I have tried to contact them at least 25 times via email and live chat to find out the issue with no response. FanDuel are a den of thieves. I am sick and cannot leave my house and wagering was a distraction from my illness. Fanduel is horrible

I play Fanduel from now and then, but today I actually won about $40, the game ended. After the game had been over for about 20 mins, FanDuel deposited 20$ to my account, I went back to my score and they changed it, like people say, who ever made the game, knows the tricks.

I created an account and made a deposit but then the site kicked me out and would not let me log back in or reset password. CS said that I must have accidentally created a PA account? I deleted this account and successfully created a CO account only to find out that I could not deposit because site could not verify my location lol! Got an error message saying that this is not unusual and to contact customer service. After being disconnected from chat many times a rep eventually told me that there is nothing FanDuel can do and then disconnected.

Do not deal with these people. Here is how shady FanDuel are. 4 times within one week, I could not see my competitors entries at the beginning of the MLB contests. Once scores started increasing, then I was able to see them. I raised the issue to cs every time. Here is their response: we apologize for the inconvenience and will follow up with you after raising the issue to our team. Still haven't heard from anyone and it's been over a week. When you don't communicate, it certainly appears you are hiding something.

I have been locked out of my account for four months,. When emailing them (FanDuel have no customer number to call them) I have been giving the same story. They locked my account because "THEY" suspected someone hacked and used my sports book account. I do not have a Sports book account, I only have a fantasy account. I have been begging them to just close my account and let me take my money out and spend it with a refutable site. This is a scam, How do we know that FanDuel aren't adding their players as the games progress and certain players put up big numbers. They can easily cheat. I gave this site a chance this week and entered 4 entries And 2 of the just disappeared. There is no recourse or customer service.

Would do nothing of this company. Sounds stupid but as a honest review FanDuel said taysom as TE (playing as qb after Monday wasn't changeable, have email saying after Monday they could change it and everyone had a fair chance.) I agree yet come Wednesday afternoon they alert everyone to steelers ravens game PPD. (Weirdly after monday). They claim to want to he a do the research company and back our when the money sits in their laps. Avoided draftkings do to notoriety due to professional teams and leagues. Believe me it's legit. Their app is sluggish, their takeout reflects the high Illinois tax rate. On the back end, FanDuel locked my account from accessing it via a virtual Windows VM on my Linux desktop. Then sent me a threatening note that accused me of illegally trying to access their site, which was not true. Awful customer service. From other reviews, sounds like I'm not alone. I closed out the account.

I deposited money in my account and then play sports won 300 and play a little bit on slots and keeps saying error when I play and logged me out it happens even when I'm playing in the middle of the game. When I logged back in my remaining money is. 27 cents all my money that I won is gone and I talked to customer service and even their manager FanDuel telling me I play the account and loss my money I couldn't even play because of the error. And now they can't get my money back! They telling me to delete the app and download it again. I know I'm not the only one having trouble playing on there app. They saying that I play the whole time and it records on history which is I DID NOT PLAY. The actual site is good ONCE YOU GET IN! FanDuel have this bogus location software that constantly fails and tells you that you are not in the state you live in (NJ in my case). And I am located right in the middle of the state! Calling support is useless because they tell you that the location software is run by a third party. Here's a recommendation - FIRE THEM - NOW! And the notifications you get are pretty cool - they site all these laws that you are breaking - I wish they would dispatch someone to "see exactly where I am"

I have been playing since its inception. At first I actually won some tournaments and though it was legit. However in last 8 years I cant even win anything. You need to have the best player at each position. It is rigged. Dont waste your money. These screws will steal it

This is exactly the type of site we don't want. I deposit $100 because I had a hunch. App didn't work right so I missed the bet. FanDuel refused to cash me out. I place a pair of $10 bets on the NFL games and lost both. They deducted the 20 plus another 40 for a parlay that I never bet. Ignore the fake reviews you will surely see about FanDuel as all of the scam artists know how to place high in the search engines with propaganda.

I've had multiple issues with FanDuel. From them putting the wrong lines on the wrong teams/players, and the only way FanDuel honor their error, is if you chase them down for it. And even then, Their customer service is useless. They beat around bush and tell you it's been escalated and nothing ever happens then.

Another issue I've had multiple times, is for their promotions. They either do not honor the promotion, or they will site credit a different smaller bet than they are supposed to. And again, it's fanduels error that can only be fixed if you go after them. And even then, chances are you'll never get it fixed or returned.

It's shady business.

I recently joined Fan Duel as a new user before the Superbowl. I saw several ads promoting the 55 to 1 Superbowl Ads stating you can bet $5 to win $275 on the winner. The Fine Print that I saw stated a minimum of $5 and that the stipulation you had to be a new user and make your first deposit to qualify. When I signed up the App was not showing the Promotion and after some research I found in the FAQ that FanDuel were aware of there being problems of the Promotion not showing up and to make your bet and they would settle up with the winners within 72 hours. I made my bet of $15 dollars and a $10 dollar bet on another category. I picked the winner so I was owed $825. They responded 2 weeks later that I did not qualify bc they counted my second bet first, and claimed they had no problems with their App despite it still stating in their contact us segment that they were aware of this. Also the graphics now stated that it was a maximum of $5 dollar bet, and proceeded to tell me it was obviously my phone malfunctioning and refused to settle up. Instead of $825 they were saying I won $20 dollars and gave me a $5 credit to appease me. Iam sure I'm not the only one who was mislead and then lied to about there being no problems on their end with zero accountability. Then the person helping me deleted the Email thread so I had no proof of the conversation. His name was Ryan though if anyone has dealt with him.

My entire experience is almost too much to rehash via an online review. However, the TL; DR version is that I was able to sign up for Fan Duel without an issue. This was until I logged on and it said that my account could not be verified. I messaged customer service who said it shouldn't be an issue. So I deposited X amount of money. Since then I have been unable to place any bets due to my account being "unauthorized". I have contacted customer service multiple times for help, without ever any resolution. I have tried to withdraw the original amount I deposited, FanDuel will not let me. I have tried to go to other states that Fanduel is legal to withdraw the money still no luck. Every time I ask to speak to someone I get an automated reply. So I am in a position where I cannot place a bet but I cannot withdraw my account. Fanduel essentially stole my money and told me there is no way for me to get it back.

Avoid these guys as you will be lucky to play the late games as FanDuel cannot grade in a realistic amount of time. Many times it is a hour after the play was final that they grade it. Even support is pathetic and the wait is very long.
