We used after pay
We received damaged panels by Allied Express. They used a subcontractor to deliver the goods.
Goods where just tossed in the back of the truck, not secured at all, no wonder it got damaged. I believe that Allied Expressed used a subcontractor to do the job.
Ezspace offered me $200 bucks for the damage of replace the panels. I demand a full refund as per the Australian Consumer Law. They refused and will not pick up the delivered goods.
We have lodged a complained with the fair-trading department.
2nd order with them we cancelled but never received our money back.
This will now also be lodged with the fair-trading department.
Do not buy from these clows. You will be treated like crap. You are dealing with AI return mails. They do not get back to you. They do not answer a call but ask for you to leave your name and they will call you back. NOT.
We lost $3500 in the process.
