DonT reccomend at all.Customer services on bad level.

Express serves its in the name great company good product fast delivery the all ways email back with in 24h and all my delivery's have arrived within 3 days.

I'm from the uki use to be a loyal customer before the whole brexit thing came about and stop when it all kicked off after a while of being in lock down I thought what the hell let me have a look at express high and see if I can still receive product from them and was so happy to see that I could so I read the update about the delivery process and thought I understood it so I placed a order for my usual and saw on the checkout that I had to pay £7shipping fee for air mail so I was under the impression that it would come straight to me and continue to order once the money had been taken I then realised it had to be forwarded to me from another address just down the road from the express highs factory in the Netherlands so I used the one that express high recommended under the impression that there is no added fees as I've just paid for it to be air mailed to the uk from the Netherlands which costs £6.80 which I thought I had paid for but once dutchmailer received my parcel there now saying Express Highs want£15/£50 for them to forward this to me this isn't what I expected and was lead to believe that I had paid for the item and shipping fees to then find out I have to pay for shipping again and then I found out that the Spain factory sents straight to my address no forwarding no nothing just straight to my door like the old day express high I fully understand that this is due to my mistake but it's not very clear on your website ever I struggled to understand what you meant I'm so gutted express high and would really appreciate it if you could send me a coupon code for £27 so that I can order from the Spain factory please many thanks express highs

I placed my order in 17.03, next day 18.03 was processed. Now is 28.03 and my order stat is procesed, not trucking number no send no nothing! I write email at *******@expresshighs.com, Express Highs answer me at 3/5 days and told me i have a problem with post code, changed my information delivery in 21.03 Now is 28.03 and this great team expresshighs.com do nothing. NOTHING, 2 days ago send my and email: Thanks for your e-mail. Yes, and apologies for the delay, tracking will follow tomorrow. Today 28.03 my order stats is processed. Now i waiting for a miracle!

UPDATE: IS Coming i need to wait 3 days more for ship. After this i write a new review

This site hasnt replied to 10 emails asking for my items or money returned. Completely ignoring me had my money since 13th April 21, totally u Profesional, have no customer service AT ALL! I advise buy from here with caution, seriously rubbish site.

I placed a order on the 28th and the money was taken the same day on the 29th it was processed it's now the 8th and still nothing no tracking number no email explaining where it is and why it's late but nothing I've emailed them around 8 to 9 times nothing that's theft in my eyes what can I do please help me out thank you

Update ive just received a email from express high and believe it's been resolved but will let you know as soon as Express Highs ship it and I receive the tracking number

Great service, got my order by Royal Mail in 5 days. Products are excellent, just like the old times. Customer support is responsive and Express Highs are sending out free samples before purchase

Been 3 days since it is processed but not shipped ordered 3 times but im waiting for the last order to be shipped tryed emailing them but no reply the order is 37220 witch is heavenly-E and Space-E and substitute from the Spanish warehouse and send directly i hope i get my order soon

Except for a slightly longer shipping time than I expected, I have no complaints. The store promptly emailed me with the shipping date and tracking information. The product arrived in good shape and as I wanted. I will not hesitate to order incense from the store again. Satisfied!

I ordered a free sample and actually bought a gram of exodus. The exodus was good but the sample was even better! However I cannot find the free sample available to purchase on the site.

After searching for quite some time, I was delighted to find and purchase my "incense" in bulk through this website. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the customer support was friendly. Now I know just where to look whenever I need quality product

Every product, is sent in a good amount of time within one to two weeks on average. And is exactly what is described. No issues at all, packaged well and communication is good too, however a lot of products do tend to get sold out. So must be quick.

Although delivery to UK can take up to 2 weeks i have never had any problems with Express highs. Good service. Dont always get what you ordered but what Express Highs send is just as good. Shame that this week the bath salts have all sold out again. Hope there back soon.

Ordered from them nothing arrived contacted them sevral times no answer i feel this is a scam sight been over 2 weeks still not got goods well worth a miss

Offered product have to the best quality on every market in web. Express Highs give me a free super sample. Maybe prices are too high but quality off the products remind me what i am payingo for:-)

In quick future I will come back to this shop again and again and again:-D

I ordered 100 pounds worth or product and Express Highs sent me one item on the list price 9 pounds i have sent numerous emails ever clicked on the retuns button and typed it in i need too speak too them they have ripped me off i am ready to buy a plane ticket and go there too confront them its been over 2 weeks now of daily emails sorry if i misspelled but raging is not the word can anyone help btw i rate no stars but it wont let me do that

One thing I'd like to say about express highs is that their prices are good, sometimes late processing orders sometimes early and sometimes late but overall I'm happy with express highs

Have had really good experience mainly using these guys untill recently, last 2 out of 3 orders haven't been received. Contact Express Highs say it's taking longer these days which I appreciate but wasting money When they don't arrive and it's been two months. Tracker say left country I think it's a issue with the courier they are now using but I would advise small orders (which is a pain as shipping is expensive) to be sure you don't throw money away.

Sadly after years of using i am apprehensive to continue with me custom as it's pointless when things no longer arrive. Might give dm one more try in good faith but cannot advise other to without knowing the risk of missing order involved

The incense I got was very strong, I tried many vendors on the net, but these are by far the best, especially the Bizarro deal. Express Highs also have different varieties of bath salts which I'm going to try next. Overall my experience with the store has been excellent, express shipping with UPS is a plus!

Quality products espeecially the C Liqud range the Hipster is my favourite so far... i place a order usually 3/4 days later it arrives no hassle and descreet.
Simple ordering process and convienient excellent choices available in most products and the scooby snacks are deliceous. A very happy customer.

I place an order every other week with peace of mind that this will arrive as swiftly as possible (UPS issues can delay by a day) but fully trackable right up to delivery. Mainly stick to the Herbal Incense products of which there are a nice selection. I have tried the c-liquid from alternate vendors and this was also top notch, very moreish I feel!

Ordered some CBD jelly hash last time & was not disappointed, very relaxing effects. I would really like to know the formula in each herbal blend but this knoweledge may not be held by EH. I. e I was a fan of the MMB-Chiminaca blends (Pandoras Box Reborn, K2 Black, Holy Smokes & Voodoo Mangled) but can hardly fault the current range, pricing & service from EH.

I ordered a lot of stuff on the 6th of march--now 19th --UPS? What a joke! 1st time delivery really quick ( even if the ' bizzaro ' weighed 19.5g instead of the 25 advertised --was really weak as well, but I let it go being a first time customer. Not this time. I sent them an e mail a week later asking for an explanation for the delay--I'm still waiting! The e mail was NEVER answered! Conclusion? Now I am 300 euros down the toilet, I have this advice: stay away from these two bit thieves! Express Highs will gladly take your money keep it and send you NOTHING! Express highs? Lowlife thieving scum ( robbing old ladie's handbags is your style as well)
