I am writing to give Abbie big kudos for her help on this platform. I have touched base with her multiple times each month to have her answer app questions/concerns. She goes above and beyond to help me understand and better run my business!

Amazing team support during onboarding process. Attentive to details and made sure we were on the same page for switching over from another platform.

Exercise.com Software is a very robust and intuitive software that fits my personal training business very well. It easily interfaces with payment services, online training, and streaming classes. The staff is very knowledgeable but seems a bit over worked or too busy for the less tech savvy. I thought the onboarding was way too brief but Exercise do make themselves available, however, the response time is slow. The time zone issue was a reoccurring problem. I think they could have set my expectations better in the beginning as to what to expect with the app, as well as, making the payment plans fit my business model.

Great customer care team that responds promptly to any issues that may arise. Easy product to use and has many great benefits for all potential clients.

The customer service is top tier. This software makes the administrative side of my business was simpler.

Exercise have been very supportive in our needs to set up the business especially with all of the changes while we were trying to set up.

We are in the process of launching exercise.com from ZenPlanner / TrueCoach and previously from MindBody. The implementation process has been easy so far and the team we are working with is great. Sage has been extremely helpful in providing clear communication and helpful information.

We decided to switch to exercise.com because we didn't love the workout builder in ZenPlanner and were using TrueCoach as a result. Having two different software's was confusing for our clients. We also had complaints about the ZenPlanner user interface. Exercise.com's interface is extremely user friendly (I followed a workout program from another gym last year on the platform and it was so easy to use).

We are launching in a few weeks, but so far it has exceeded what our previously software systems capabilities.

My experience with exercise.com has been awesome so far. Alyssa has been so accommodating and has made our on-boarding process seamless.
