Customer service is diabolical.
I was told the item I have used for 2 years was discontinued & advised an alternative - raised concerns about using the advised product, as they suggested a laser & inkjet one. Assured it will be better quality than the inkjet only product I've been using. I purchased £40 worth of that, to find that the quality of print is unusable. Emailed in with photos - no response. Follow up email - no response. Called EGG, advised they would refund & informed me that I was incorrectly advised earlier - that product has NOT been discontinued. No refund given. Emailed to follow up, response was that there was no record of my email - despite when on the call, the agent found my email. Hmm! Called again, they apologised & said they will speak to the original person who promised a refund as they don't have clearance to refund. This person was incompetent - didn't ask my name, email, order number to identify me; at the point of them closing the call, I pointed this out at which point the information was taken 🙄 Still waiting on my refund!

Really nice paper apprladt from 2 things:
- once printed on the paper goes sticky on top side
- the paper only came in a thin card envelope so it came damaged and the paper was damaged slightly

I've always used Amazon to buy my Evergreen Goods stickers but couldn't find the Matte finish instead of Glossy on there, So decided to go to the Evergreen Goods website direct. There I found I could not only purchase the matte but could also order larger bundles, so a winner all round - Thanks Evergreen Goods I will by purchasing again.

I ordered the “waterproof” stickers and I get them printed fine and dandy then put them on my plastic containers and NOPE INK SMUDGING, INK RUNNING, NOT WATERPROOF… I ordered from
Canada and I saw great reviews but now I have A4 size paper I need to use up…

I use evergreen for all my sticker papers. Great quality, and price. Delivered quickly as well. Its a brand I trust and will stick with. Black on gloss prone to smudging as with any gloss sticker paper, recommend a fixative.
