I bought online from this store on 01/03/2021. Very good customer service when I called. Seve explained kindly how to transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. Very professional and helpful person. He answered all my questions. Thank you Steve. I highly recommend this online phone store.

Outstanding customer service!
The most amazing. The customer service team all gave classic expert service. Jack, that young man is wise beyond his years and very professional and friendly. He's a southern gentleman from Virginia. With amazing southern hospitality... But besides customer service their products do come as advertised!

Rude Customer Service
I ordered a Moto G7 plus on 1/12/2022. It showed in stock on website so I was expecting it since it said shipment would arrive in 10-14 days. On 1/24/2022, I still did not see the shipment so i checked online and it said shipment was cancelled since it's out of stock. I called the customer service to see what happened. The guy answered the phone was very rude. He literally said " to call what? If we sent you an email stating it's cancelled and it's cancelled!" I have never seen a customer service like this. I was going to ask him more and he simply hung up on me.

Definitely avoid this merchant. Imagine if you receive a phone and contact them if there is a problem with the phone, what would happen!

Worst customer experience ever
I wish I had read other customer reviews before trying out this merchant. It seemed too good to be true that ElectronicsForce were showing available a phone color variant that was unavailable (sold out) by the OEM website. But I decided to give it a try. What a bad mistake.

First of all, they canceled the initial transaction with the strange reason:
"we can only ship to addresses that are verified by the issuing bank. This has to be either the actual Billing Address with the issuing bank or an "Alternate Shipping Address" that is on file with the issuing bank for that card. There are no exceptions to this rule"

This should have been a red flag, but I relented and changed the shipping address and re-ordered, this time also paying the extra charges for overnight delivery due to the delay (I really needed a replacement phone).

In the end, after two weeks, I never received my phone. What an absolutely horrible experience.

I am without a phone and I paid for overnight shipping last Monday.
The tracking shows a shipping label was created but it says "USPS awaiting item".

OK. In that case, when will it arrive? (date and time)
It is unacceptable from a customer experience point of view for me to pay extra for overnight shipping and then have to wait for over a week and a half for unexplained delays with no customer communication.
Or am I missing something?

I certainly did read your shipping policy.
Your website says clearly: "Please allow 1 to 3 business days for an order to be processed (prior to shipping). If we require additional time we will update your order status accordingly."

This is a direct quote from here:

My expectation from an overnight order placed Monday last week is that it will arrive within the week. Shipping the order more than 7 days after I placed the order is not in line with what your website has clearly stated on your website.

Can I please get an update on my order? This is getting ridiculous.
It has been nearly two weeks since I placed my order with overnight delivery and I have been without a cell phone the entire time.

The lack of transparency around shipping status and delivery date is incredibly frustrating. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could please immediately communicate when I can expect the delivery of my phone which I have already paid for.

Are you kidding me?
This should have been processed and confirmed at the time of ordering like all other legitimate online purchases I've made in the past 20 years.

Frankly, this has been the worst experience online ordering I've ever had.
I hereby cancel my order.

Omg! I bought a phone and was taken care of immediately! Adam gave excellent service! He was very patient and thorough. I am an extremely happy customer, and highly recommend electronicsforce. Their price and service is unmatched!

Adam was the best associate!
Adam was phenomenal! He worked with me when I first called to make sure I have everything I needed to know about a phone I was interested in! The added bonus of his generous personality is that even after I called when I got my order he helped me set it up. That is customer service!

Great overall!
I have been to many Cell stores around the country and this is the best one yet. I had an bought a phone from them through their website. And after an hour since I sent an email to them asking if the phone I bought could work with my service provider and if it is also ok to work over seas. I bought a galaxy s20 ultra from them, ElectronicsForce quickly replied with the most detailed information about it and in a very respectful manner. I waited like 2 days from them to process my order and even with free shipping I managed to get the phone in the 10th day which is impressive! Phone came new in original box with all its accessories.
That is customer service! And thats how you should deal online.

Staff was very helpful i was dealing with 3 of them when I called ElectronicsForce were really nice and managed to go through my order all the way because the package was stolen. They were the nicest, their customer services Amazing. And I finally got another phone delivered to me. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a phone Nov. 19th with 3 day shipping.
Called customer service 2x. Phone still hasn't arrived Dec. 4th.
