Excellent customer service. I placed order online and called to see how quick I could collect. The person I spoke with checked the order and said he would send me my confirmation straight away and it could be collected anytime.
It took almost three weeks to get my very simple ordered delivered. It took several phone calls to move things along and no one in your store seemed to take much interest in finding a solution to the delay.
