Description: eFlorist currently provide flower delivery to any address in the UK. All their flowers are hand delivered by local florists and can be delivered the same day if ordered by 3pm Monday to Saturday.

Ridiculous…paid for same day service then told flowers couldn’t be delivered…offered an alternative but they were disgusting
Absolutely shocked with the quality of the flowers I had brought for valentines day for my girlfriend and the service I received after. We received them in a box and three out 3 out-of the 14 roses was dead on arrival and over the course of the week none of them actually opened properly. Took pictures over the course of the week to show this company and literally got back "we're sorry but nothing can be done and that they apologised for the quality of the flowers. No refund even though the pictures clearly show the poor quality of the flowers but because I didn't report in 7 days they said there was nothing they can do. Even thigh it says at least 7 days freshness of our flowers and had to monitor these flowers over 7 days. Absolute
disgrace... I advise anyone going to purchase from this company, avoid at all costs.
Ordered flowers for a very special birthday. They've arrived at 9pm in the evening. And what an appalling sight they are! You should be so ashamed charging what you do for a dismal bunch of flowers. I could get better from a motorway petrol station for £2.99 Please avoid this company. Take an extra 2 minutes and google a local florist to the recipient rather than use this so called business. Criminal!
Just awful. I ordered flowers for a specific day and they didn't turn up. Apparently somewhere in the small print it says 1 to 2 days delivery. Why even provide a date for selection then? Hopeless and made a sad day (anniversary of a death) even sadder. Avoid.
Shocking flowers. Delivered 'when they can' so not guaranteed day so they were delivered after my aunts birthday!
The flowers were severely wilted and no more than 8 flowers. (for £18!)

Shocking to say the least I am reporting to trading standards. What a disgraceful bouquet of dead flowers. I will be sent the photo you have on line and what u received you as a company are not trading in a correct manner. This is not a legal practice. A full refund is required . I’m sure the media would be very interested in the way you deceive customers!!!!!!! Avoid this poor excuse of a company please please do not waste your money dead flowers !!!!!!!!!
Absolutely disgusted with this company spent over £50 for a “Luxury Bouquet” and was sent a bouquet worse than I could have found in a supermarket for £15. There are only a fraction of the stems paid for and yet they say I got what I paid for. As the saying goes - a picture paints a thousand words. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a bouquet for a funeral, my mums best friend. The flowers did not arrive at all and my mum of 87 is heart broken. I only found this out, 4 days later. I feel terrible that I didn't sufficiently check the reviews in advance. Absolutely disgusting, stop trading you are clearly incompetent!!!!
