Easy Canvas does a great job. The print is clear and crisp, even at large sizes such as 40x60". The Structure is good and even better on the larger prints. I have been using them you years and have had no service issues. If there is ever a problem, which is rare, they will resolve it fast to your benefit. The cost is a real value and a fraction of what a similar item produced at a local frame shop would be. The orders are expedited fast and shipped fast as well. Lots of different options for border, finish, frames, hanging etc. A great company that produces quality products and provides superior service.

I have been ordering canvas's from Easy Canvas Prints for years! I love everything about them. The quality is exceptional! I especially love the custom size canvas feature. I take a lot of panorama photos and LOVE how easy it is to create and order. I regularly receive positive feedback on my canvas prints. The sale prices are unbeatable! And the customer service is unbeatable! I have emailed on occasion and they are quick to respond with an appropriate response that solves my problem. You can't beat a company that sells quality canvas prints for unbeatable prices with amazing customer service!

I decided to go with a canvas design this time and it was very hard for me to get the little pictures to align where they were at on the original one. It wouldn’t let me put it in the middle just to the sides and it made it look weird because they were uneven. They probably still are uneven, it’s going to bother me if it is because of my ocd. Please do something to change that, it was very difficult and took me a long time to get it almost to where I wanted it. I don’t know if I will be happy with it or not and that stinks because I am very happy with the ones I have already gotten from you.

Very poor Customer Service when I called for help because I received a “OOPS” on my Checkout and itt told me to call your toll free CS number Agent I got knew nothing about going to correct the order that wouldn’t go thru and finally told me politely to redo the order which takes additional excess time and call CS back if still had trouble. At first I wasn’t getting the same Promo Offer price and finally got it to work in about 45 mins including my wait and phone time with her. This my effect preventing any future orders from me, family and friends and may request to can cell all four of my current orders. I expect a CS manager to return some message or phone call regarding this serious matter. Thanks in advance for handlying this matter/unpleasant experience! Roger Coleman

There is still a little confusion on what your final pictures will look like. The fear of cutting someone's head and/or feet off is still there. The photo that was saved is different then the photo you are given a chance to see and edit again before ordering. When you edit you do not get another email with the final photo. Hopefully, a snapshot of the final photos are included when the order is placed. Just some hesitancy in what the final photos will look like after the sides are wrapped around. Great idea for home and gift giving though! Keep up the good work!

Received a coupon for a free canvas just pay shipping. Went to use coupon and found out I was going to be charged $18.99 for shipping instead of $9.99 for shipping. SO I was actually paying for a Canvas and shipping. SO WHERE IS THE FREE CANVAS??? It was only a little over $2 to get the print and expedited shipping was only $9.99. THAT IS A RIP OFF. However, I do like you product and did order . But the FREE CANVAS OFFER is a RIP OFF. I will let Better Business Bureau know about the false advertising and Florida Attorney General Crimes Against Seniors because the FREE CANVAS JUST PAY SHIPPING is fraud.

The shipping. What's up with that? I don't even pay $143 to have large furniture items shipped to me. The shipping charges are offensive. If I hadn't spent so much time creating a bunch of family canvas prints with art corners etc., I would not have proceeded with this order. It was an incredibly good deal until the shipping page came into view. I truly would never have purchased these. You should visit your freight providers about the high charge OR, maybe this is how you overcome your low priced merchandise. The individual items are a great deal, then the shipping provides your huge profit margins. Shipping is more than 50% of the cost of my order. It is not a good value. If my time was not so valuable to me, I would not have clicked order.

I love your product I just wish it was easier corresponding with you because I try to lay my pictures out so that my signature DOES NOT SHOW on the canvas front yet last order 2 came back with it on the front of the canvas after I positioned it to be on the folded edge. I also feel you need to get better shipping prices . I really could be ordering so many more but the $14.99 price works but I can't usually get the 14.99 price unless its like this special so I have to wait for specials but then usually end up losing my order for the picture . I'm going to continue trying to get more orders but its hard without being able to communicate easily what I'm needing. Again love products and company is very fair and they try hard to be accommodating to customer.

I found Easy Canvas a few years ago and COULD NOT be happier! I have given multiple gifts using them and all have been loved. So loved that people have asked me where I've gotten them and are now using Easy Canvas as well.
Their website is so easy to use and the quality of their products is superb. That's before you even get to how phenomenal the price is. I have probably bought at least 20 prints from them ranging from pictures from this year to ones of my grandparents taken 80 years ago and they all were fantastic.

I ordered a small print over the phone, in person, and was assured that the delivery would be on June 23rd. After numerous checks of the tracking number with UPS, despite being told by an email that it was shipped on the 18th, by the 22nd, it still had not left the factory. I then called the company and they verified that it was their fault, apologized, but would not ship it overnight to meet the promised delivery date. They did say that they would have it delivered by the 24th. Unfortunately, the print was to be included a birthday package, and the 24th is too late to make the birthday. I find this to be very poor service. I understand that anyone can make a mistake, but at the very least, they should try to rectify their mistake to keep a customer happy and fulfill their agreement. Also, if I had not called them to check on the order, who knows how much longer it would have taken for them to discover their oversight? The agent that I spoke with was very polite, but obviously was unable to help because of company "policy". If one visits the website, it describes them as the greatest in the world, but in reality, they seem as fallible as the rest of us. I do not recommend using this company.

I had placed an order and after the expected delivery date had passed without receiving my order, I called to check on my order status and found out that they had canceled it. They didn’t bother to email or call me regarding canceling my order and to this day I still don’t understand why they had cancel day without talking to me first or giving me the courtesy of an email or a phone call. I spoke with several customer representative and neither one of them could tell me why my order was canceled and why I wasn’t notified about the cancellation. In addition, I had to fight to get a refund. They told me several times that they would follow up on a specific date but never did which left it up to me to call every time to follow up on my refund.

Dillon was very careful and thorough as he installed my new ceiling fan, porch light, and Blink doorbell. He explained things clearly to me and checked my electrical outlets as well. He repaired a bathroom outlet that I haven’t been able to use for several weeks, and always cleaned up any mess that was made in the process of doing the work. He was very courteous and wore covers on his shoes so they wouldn’t track. He did a wonderful job, and I am so pleased with the results!
If I need any work done on my home in the future, I will definitely call OnTime Service!

Your system for accepting credit cards stinks. I have never used such a system that changes the zip code for the same address in both the receiver and the payor. Yours does, and it took me an endless period of time to identify that that was the only problem that kept my credit card from being accepted.
Your rating system is not much better. I originally checked one box and wanted to upgrade it, but your system registered both boxes rather than to allow a change to be made. I'm 84 and I have never run into this before.
I regret that I am wasting my time with this message - as likely it winds up being trashed anyway. HBubel

This sale for 16" x 20" Canvases at $14.99 is great! Until you get to the cart, and then try to go back and order another canvas at the same size... At which time the price magically goes up to $18 something...??? This is not cool. So I had to do a work around and go back to the email I received that advertised the sale and click on it again to get back to the $14.99 price. Luckily it also remembered the items in my cart already. But this is a TERRIBLE way to have to order multiple prints at the same size at the same price. In addition, Why can't customers create accounts? So that we can go back to our order history and order the same artwork again??? Totally inconvenient. The ONLY reason I use this site is the sale prices. I also think you need to start offering thick canvases at sale prices instead of an expensive upgrade.

i ordered another 11x14 because I chose the longer shipping time to receive a voucher for a free one, on a previous order. I noticed you increased the shipping charge, for the same product (size), from 9.99 to 17.99. Therefore your 'free' 11x14 is more like 48% off. Essentially, it's a 'buy one, receive less than half off your next order' discount. I'm not sure why the shipping charges were increased 80% (from 9.99 to 17.99), but can only assume it's to make up for the 'free' offer. I've ordered several products from you over the last several years - this, i must say, is disappointing and not very appreciated.

Although I am not a fan of PayPal and their practice for small businesses. I am currently canceling my account with them. They hold the money from small businesses for 22 days, in order to have their algorithm learn the business. This punishes small businesses when they need the most help. Literally robbing them from their hard earned money for 3 weeks. Of each purchase or paid invoice for services rendered no matter if they have paid the service fees. I encourage every business to stop supporting PayPal untiln they stop hurting start up private businesses.

I have ordered from you in the past with fantastic results, which is why I returned to place an order for pictures needed for a memorial service being held on June 3rd. Your website promotes "ships within 24 hours" so I incorrectly assumed that meant that I would receive them within a day or so. It wasn't until I was on the shipping page that I realized they ship within 24 hours of being produced, not ordered. I was not prepared to pay $275 for shipping costs to get them here when needed, so I will miss having them for the memorial. Perhaps you would reconsider the wording on your website so it's not construed as misleading. Thanks for getting them to me as soon as possible.

I love all of the prints I have ordered. I use an app on my phone called TextArt to create custom prints. The reason I didn't rate Very Good is because a couple of the prints (out of the 6 I have received so far) were a little puckered on the wrap around the canvas. I still love them though because it is not noticeable really once they are hung on the wall. Also one that I ordered as a gift had a couple small spots where there is a blemish in the printing that didn't appear on the uploaded file (which was a high high quality as I use an iPhone 12 pro max). Again not too noticeable. Quality for the price is excellent and I am very satisfied, that is why I keep ordering. I just wanted to mention those small things because some people have unrealistic expectations regarding perfection.

I absolutely love Easy Canvas. Their work is unbelievably superb. I've ordered 3, 16X20 Canvas pics already. I just ordered 2 more. My youngest daughter is getting married in October this year, so they will be getting a lot more pics from me to do on canvas. I highly recommend Easy Canvas. From start to finish, everything is very smooth. They make it so easy to go through all the steps, including getting to review all your pics before placing your order. They will be getting a lot of business from me because I tell everyone how great they are and how wonderful they are in every aspect.

I made an order with several pictures on one large canvas. They sent me a pre approval picture and I accepted it. When they sent it it had the wrong color background (white instead of black). They apologized and send a replacement with black but changed the spacing distance between pictures. They apologized again and send a third that was exactly like the 2nd. 10 phone calls, 10 emails and they just cannot get it correct. Every time they send me an approval photo that is correct and every time the picture they sent was different. This has been going on for months now. They just do not seem to have communication between their art and production departments
