I brought a half up and down. Got the hair was open and then upon me taking a closer look you could tell it had already been touch and one part was not even attached to the box. So I send it back reminder I had to pay shipping cost again. So I call to get my refund at first DivaTress denial it was there. So good thing I had my tracking number, I told her it has been sit in y'all warehouse since monday, that when she's like no. I said I have a tracking number. Then she said let me take a look. So then she said I found it. Was not trying to refund me my money. Later sent me a email that they going to refund me only what I pay for the hair not my shipping cost for my original order 7.99. How when I also pay to send a product back that y'all know was already use and I can't use. So I lost out on 7.99 plus return shipping 3.90. For something I could even use. This company is such a scam. Will never buy from them again. I should have read the reviews first. I will stick to Sam's beauty for online shopping for hair and wigs, and their ship is much cheaper and free return if they don't have it I guess I won't be get it. Customer Service is awesome.

I ordered a bunch of items four days ago. And they've already taken my money from my card and never shipped my packages. It's still saying label was created from 4 days ago and DivaTress just keep hanging up the phone on me when I call about my order.

Initially I placed an order of 2 wigs with them. One of the colors wasn't available at first but then all of a sudden it was. The first order was shipped out then a second order was sent out unbeknownst to me. I ended up with 4 wigs, 2 of them being the exact same color/style. I didn't need 2 of the same wigs, not did I need double the charges for shipping and duty.

When I called the store to find out how DivaTress were going to rectify their screw-up, the lady that answered the phone said simply that "they weren't going to make amends at all".

I won't be ordering again nor will I recommend that anyone else does either. From the other testimonials they do this quite often which is really crappy. I have alopecia and where I reside in Canada we do not have provisions from Medicare to cover the cost of wigs. That was money that I couldn't afford to lose.

It seems quite unprofessional and very rude for me to order something next day air and it's only in label has been created status and I ordered it on the 13th of September. When I call sometimes you get a lady that's nice, sometimes you get one with a nasty attitude if you're too happy. And I feel like since I was too happy somebody deliberately did not deliver my package to me. What side is I'm trying to do business when support my own community and this is how DivaTress treat you as though your money means nothing. Every time I order from this company is well over $200 sometimes three and four and $500 that I've ordered from this company so for them to be as careless as they are it speaks volumes for why we don't get ahead.

If you are Canadian and you order from this website, then expect to pay 63% more then their US amount!

I ordered 6 wigs. With the exchange, my order went from $179.30 USD to $241.74 CAD, which I expected (approx. 30%). That included a shipping fee of 36.45 USD/approx. 47.39 CAD. But then all of a sudden I get an email saying I can't get my package unless I pay another $51.85 CAD for custom fees. $50.00 some dollars for 6 wigs, really? That ridiculous. So with every thing, I paid 293.59 CAD which is 63% more than their price. I asked if we can request a different shipper next time, because I have never been charged customs from EMS. (UPS always always charges customs and broker fees etc.) DivaTress refuse to let the customer pick a different carrier.

So just beware! All in all it doesn't seem to be the great deal you are thinking it is.

If you want a person answering your calls, responding to your emails, excellent communication and a quality product, then look no further. This was my first order x's 2 and I won't look for another online wig store. I can see why DivaTress get 5 stars from their customers! #Love
