Over a month and haven't received order. I've contacted them half a dozen times, and they always have a new reason to not be able to provide a refund. Terrible business, likely a scam. I'm reporting to them to actual reporting agencies.

Shipping says 3-8 days. Never received my product after 8 business days. Contacted customer support and was told I have to wait 21 business days for a refund or replacement. Yep 21 business days for 3-8 day shipping. They use a 3rd party shipper, 5 Strings Solutions. Tracking says and I quote “Carton left behind at delivery center” Don’t know if this is a reflection on their business or just their shipper.

Has been 10 business days and no delivery or eta on delivery at this time. When attempting to contact customer support was just an automated system spitting out excuses for why order is not delivered. Would recommend just driving to your local vape store to purchase as this process has been nothing but a pain and extra work.

I'm having the same issue as every one else. FYI, VaporFi is also run by them. I'm having the same problem with vaporfi. Direct vapor admitted to me they are affiliated with vaporfi. I'm reporting both websites as fraud to the Federal Trade Commission. Everyone, please report them to FTC. Otherwise, these fraudulent websites will continue to scam others.

Order #2802350886 place on 1-15 - its 3-15 and courier service just advised they were never given an order to deliver and are closing their file. Contact phone on my bank statement says 305-824-4025 which is disconnected. Online order #844-908-2767 - hard to get but absolutely no help and can't answer any questions.

Absolutely horrible - appears they are a bunch of crooks - order placed on 1-15 - it's 3-7 and still have not received. Contact with company is a joke - only excuses as to why order hasn't shipped. Shipper they gave me info for said order was never sent to them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Excellent customer service. The Final Mile Carrier update the day before really helped me a lot in the process of receiving my order because then I knew when to expect the phone call and to be there to actually sign for the delivery of my package.

Order placed Feb 16th, it's now March 3rd. Been told by customer services reps that I have to wait 21 days before they will even attempt to provide a refund. I'll be calling my bank and disputing the charges. They need to be shut down. Thieves.

I never write reviews, much less go out of my way to find a place to write one. I placed my order on January 31st and three weeks later found out that someone from a shipping company that I had never heard of, and could not find any contact information about attempted delivery on February 21st at 7PM, which was a holiday and there were five people in the house, it is beyond me how none of us heard the doorbell. The second and last delivery attempt was three days later, and according to the tracker, it was delivered. My seventeen year old daughter was home and she wasn't old enough to sign so he left with the package in spite of listing it as delivered. When I contacted direct vapor, they refused to give me my money back until they contacted the carrier, which took five days. Don't order from direct vapor unless you want to wait a month to get nothing except angry.

They delivered the wrong items. I showed the the package slip, pictures of the product, and the receipt. They went back and forth saying they didn't receive the attachments in its many forms. They wear you down rather than try and do the right thing. This company appears to be in trouble. Stay away.

11 days since I ordered and still no tracking information. I’m not even sure it’s shipped yet. Customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money. With shipping and signing fees you might as well go to local smoke shop, it’s the same cost and at least with smoke shop you actually get the products.
