I ordered my drops on the 6th of february and the tracking said it was shipped the 7th. Its now the 21st and i still havent received them. ALSO i just got an email saying it was just shipped? Ill add pictures. I emailed them requesting a refund because im really not interested anymore and Dao Drops told me theyll have to deduct 15$ because of their policy? So id only get 3$ back. So i dont recommend this. I was super excited about it and checked my mail daily just waiting to try it.

I had a problem with my detox purchase last week and I tried to contact their customer service. I wasn't really expecting them to be so friendly, that really surprised me. I love how accommodating Dao Drops and my concerns were taken care of right away. Thank you!

I think it works…I just don't know why am receiving something I didn't order ( Focus drops for example) and I don't see my subscription mailed to me every 2 weeks. May be because of the weather. Just in case, I ordered the same skinny drops as a subscription again.

I was skeptical at first and I didn't believe the reviews until I tried it myself. The most noticeable change was my change in appetite during the first week, the weight loss came afterwards. Now I'm 5kilos less than before in only 20 days, which is cool.

I placed an order on 12/1 and on 12/4 the order status still shows "label created." From all appearances this order is hung up, or perhaps the issue is with the ever-devolving USPS. Either way, I am very dissatisfied with the ordering process.

I purchased my burdock root on July 30th it's now Aug 20th and still no burdock root Dao Drops are very unprofessional! So I can just imagine how useless there herbs are they don't take Quality in their own business definitely a black Owned business! I'm black FYI smh

Ordered these drops last week for the first time and no email as to when Dao Drops would arrive. Ordered them on Tues. Today is Sunday! Yet they took my $15.00 payment! I am not too happy! First time ordering not Good- Dao Skinny Drops! Where is my product? Email letting me know whats going on. No # to call Customer Service they just direct you to email them so you cant talk to a human. I want my product I odered.

This product was exactly what I needed. Dao Drops upgraded me to a bigger size at no extra cost and all the packaging was environmentally friendly, which I greatly appreciate. I drops themselves have a slight sweet taste that I have grown to love, and I can't even taste it in my tea. I haven't noticed any difference because this is the first week I have tried the skinny and detox products, but I have high hopes.

I started taking Dao Drops FOCUS drops right before my final exams and Dao Drops really worked. Now I take them while I study for tests or just need a mental boost. I prefer these drops to adderall or other ADD medications I've taken because I like that the natural ingredients don't give me a jittery/anxious "hangover" type feeling when I stop taking them

I never received my order and yet I try to contact someone in person to talk to and no one to talk with! I write emails and Dao Drops send back that I did receive my package! I can't get a refund. The post office lost my package and delivered to the wrong address... I've been trying to call the post office about this and still nothing so I'm told to call the company and guess what!... no one calls me back or I just get emails saying my package was delivered! No actual phone number to talk to a representative! I basically threw away 70 dollars on a product I never got! I will be contacting the better business bureau. This is rediculus!

This company has amazing customer care. Very responsive and accommodating. I didn't have to worry about the changes I made with my orders because Dao Drops always make sure I get the right products and it's been consistent for months.

I ordered the skinny drops first after seeing them on social media and after seeing a difference right away, I ordered two more drops and got one free with their special promotion! I highly recommend the elderberry for cold & flu season and the sleep drops to help at night.

These skinny drops works for me, I can see the result after three weeks of using it. It's not an instant miracle, but it works. My appetite decreases throughout the day and I consume only half of what I consume before, which is quite a feat, really. So cool.

I had my fair share of bad customer services but dao drops ain't one. Their staff are professional and accommodating and their troubleshooting is fast, too. I'm amazed everytime. Thanks, by the way. I just got my purchases today.

If you ordering Dao Drops for delivery outside USA don't purchase because I am in Canada waiting for delivery since May 26th 2020 and have no idea since where my order is since I placed order on May 11th, 2020, Dao Drops are just making money out of rush processing by charging extra money for rush processing I believe its not worth it save your money don't pay for rush processing you will waste your money and Dao Drops will not give you refund no matter you dont receive order even in more than 4 weeks

I've been I member of Dao drops family for five months straight! The longer I've been apart the more I'm trying different one's because it's working for my needs rather it's more energy!(drops) or focus drops Dao Drops work even if it's just detoxing or skinny drops they are doing the DO BABY I LOVE THEM :)
