I have been making regular payments on a loan that was opened in January 2021, but my lender did not report my account to the credit bureaus until September same year. When this account popped up on my credit report, it showed that I had only made two payments even though I had not missed a single payment. I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus and contacted my lender to fix the problem on my credit report. They've been back and forth for months now with no signs of repair. Rebuilding a good credit score can be very frustrating and usually takes up months or even years depending on how consistently you pay bills completely & on time. I used to be among these unfortunate categories until recently when I had this job interview. I was invited to attend by The Mosaic Company in Florida , and after a background-check by the company I was placed on hold because of my terrible credit report score .A 550 FICO score is considered very poor and generally won't get the best terms for loans and credit etc . I had two older credit cards in collections that I had not paid off from a few years ago but I had two credit cards that I was very responsible with, and pay each one off in full every month. Few months ago I paid off the two older cards that are in collections but my credit wouldn't improve and that got me really stressed. Many credit repair agencies suggested it will still take me almost seven years to make my credit better. Thank you 'Cyberdon AT techie DOT com' for changing the narrative and restoring my credit back to a high 800 within a few weeks.

I have an awful experience with Currys.
I broke my fridge/freezer around 3 months ago, and I ordered a replacement from Currys. I called up to say I knew nothing about fridges and if I ordered the wrong one, would I be able to return it? They said yes of course, they'd take it back right away and I could order a new one.
When the delivery men arrived they said I had ordered the wrong type (fixed vs sliding) and that they would send a specialist out to fit it next week. The specialist came and said they were totally unable to do this, that I needed a different fridge. I called Currys to explain and swap and after about half a day being sent around 101 different 3rd parties I got through to someone who approved the return and refund. They do not offer exchange on anything more than 10% more expensive/cheaper.
I immediately ordered the correct fridge, the money was taken from my account and then I got an email to say it was out of stock and I would be refunded. I was not nearly £1k down and could not afford to order a new fridge freezer until I got my refund.
A weeks later (and not now with no fridge freezer) I got my refunds and ordered another one.
It was set to come on the 29th April, as per the confirmation page when I ordered but when the confirmation email came through it was the 5th of May! No acknowledgment from Currys about this but at this point I was too exhausted with the situation to complain.
I waited another week with take aways and great expense.
They then came yesterday with the wrong fridge. I have the same confirmation page as I mentioned above and the confirmation email BOTH saying the fridge freezer I ordered and a totally different one sat in my flat.
The lovely delivery drivers let me keep incorrect one so I am no longer eating deliveroo every night but I have had to go back to the customer service helpline.
They clearly do not believe me that I did in fact order the correct one, despite my repeated offer to send them my confirmation email. The product code for the fridge I have is in fact the one on my email, despite the description and the photos being the one I wanted. It must have been an error on the website.
They will not exchange this as there are no fridges onsite within 10% of the one I ordered, they want to take it back and leave me without a fridge for a few weeks again and order the new one! I have asked to speak to a more senior customer service manager and they will call me back within the next 24/48hours... I'm not holding my breath.

Terrible service from the start.
I bought a microwave £225 witch was okay as I knew whet I wanted, then I asked about a kettle and toaster in yellow and they said they had no stock at both branches in Hull.
So he said we might get stock at a later date , when I got home I found they had stock and could deliver it to clough road branch where I was an hour earlier so why wasn't I given the chance to order it there ?.
I've just picked up the order in two parcels, when I got home (40 miles round trip) there was 1 kettle in yellow which is correct and a Russell Hobbs IRON in the other parcel NOT A TOASTER.
I rang customer service and all I can say is there is no hope for Currys.
I found it almost impossible to understand her, she kept saying you've got your kettle and toaster what's Rong with it, so I can't do toast on an Iron to a reply so you want to return it then I replied I just want what was on the order.
This went on for four or five minutes which I was getting very annoyed but tried to stay calm , she then asked me to hold for a minute five minutes latter came back and said she was confused ? 🤬.
So I quit the call.
Now it's another 40 miles to try and get the right toaster then it will be another 40 miles to pick it up, needless to say I am fuming.

Website is awful, the comparison and half the time product links don't work on mobile, when shopping you enter your postcode for the stock check, tells you it is available for delivery, get to the basket, its collection only. Try the live support and they tell you it's tough luck, definitely not a bug and the delivery check isn't accurate until you get to the basket.
You go in-store, the staff do not seem all that knowledgable and 90% of the products on display are not in stock. If by some miracle you do find what you want and buy it, they want your address and email for some reason.

Absolutely atrocious customer service! I ordered something online and accidentally put in the wrong postcode - bearing in mine the entire address was correct, it was just the postcode. I contacted their agents online and they told me that they would be able to change the address and send me the product to my correct address. He said he has notified the delivery team. A week had gone by, months have gone by and I keep trying to get in touch - they cut me off and we don’t even get past the details. I placed my order in December and curry’s have completely ignored my request for a refund - kept telling me that they will get back to me after notifying headquarters but I get no phone calls. I also told the agents to email me all the information and they said yes we will but I get no evidence of their chats. Nothing! I paid £70 for my product and they haven’t given me my money back or my product.
I don’t recommend ordering from curry’s at all. Very poor service and unreliability in terms of delivery.

It's amazing to see a credit specialist this busy with loads of clients but still very attentive and compassionate when you call in. My credit was suffering major setbacks and a couple of negative items so i got referred to boost credit and he strongly assured he will get my credit back on the rails in a matter of time. In one month, I saw the  beautiful changes made on my report. At this point, all I can say is I strongly understand the confidence and pride that comes with being referred to you. I recommend BoostmycredIt @ Fastservice dot Com to my friends and families.

I never feel the need to write reviews, but on this occasion i have no choice. I bought a Sony TV on the 1st January 2022. Recommended by a member of staff.
Cost being £1,789.00.
Now 3 months down the line the tv is not working, cannot get hold of anyone at curry's , directed to Sony , who are as bad as curry's, useless.
After 3 calls made to Sony they have now sent me questions to answer, are they for real.
Either send someone out to fix it, or give me a new one that is actually going to work, and not break after 3 months.
To be honest your customer service is appalling, what take our money that we earn , then treat us with like idiots. If i treated my customers like you treat yours , i would not be in business.
Have a bit of self respect & treat your customers like humans, we are not robots.
I will be going into a curry store to talk to a manager, lets hope one exists.
I can promise you , i will never shop with curry's again.

NEVER BUY FROM CURRYS, CONNED 82 YEAR OLD PENSIONER - Buy from John Lewis, who are honest, decent, they care about their customers. Terrible customer service, drawn out, stressful, a battle. Currys endorsed criminal behaviour, did not help, took months to get any response, had to go through mediators, still no help. This has cost 500 pounds, so much money to just burn, so upsetting. I will never buy from Currys, if I save one person the same awful experience, I will be happy. Choose John Lewis, you will be safe dealing with a decent company.

I have had a secured card through my bank for 2 years now. Within the last year I have also acquired 2 retail cards. And I've also been added to a family member's card (over 750 score) as an authorized user. I kept all below the 30% utilization when used and they're all paid in full way before they're even due, never once late. Overall My credit has definitely improved but my payment history didn't improve until 'Cyberdon AT techie DOT com' performed his credit repair magic on my profile and improved my payment history within a month. Now I have the best credit history, Thanks.

My credit has been poor since I ran up debt in my earlier years, I have tried out some credit repair specialists that I thought were reputable but they weren’t. They promised stuff they didn’t do and I lost tons of money. Terrible company , purchased a logic double oven cooker 2019. Top oven kept cutting out , man came out fixed it once he'd gone same thing happened again . This carried on two more times . Engineer said he couldn't fix it . Told currys they said I had to get the engineer to submit a report before I could get a replacement or refund . Did this he said he would , I gave it a month and rang currys again. No report made . Repeated this process three times after which the phone was just put down on me each time . I gave up , had to buy a work top oven to enable grilling of food as the top oven acted as grill aswell . Diabolical service who dont care about their customers , integrity of products or reputation

I need to make a complaint against to your unprofessional stuff who dealing with the delivery’s and costume services who are misleading with curry’s clients.
1st of all I have ordered tv 08/03/2022 and on your online site let me to prosed my payment saying curry’s has Samsung 75” 60A in stock but after everything done i have received the email that curry’s doesn’t have this tv in stock so why you guys let people to make the payment if you don’t have the item with you?this is unprofessional completely and feel like curry’s cheating there clients.
How ever I had to call costumer service and told the please arrange my delivery date ASAP due to kid’s birthday coming soon then they arrange 16/03/2022 which is today 11.40am to 3.40 pm.Driver name was Rajkumar according to tracking details.then I rang the curry’s customer service at 3.40 pm asking where is my item and lady who was in costumers service said it’s traffic and driver will bring your item in 20 minutes time.after 30 minute when I check the tracking details I saw my delivery date has been changed to 18/03/2022 then I got very upset again with Curry’s as I arrange my day off today.then I rang again to Curry’s costumers service and asked why you guys change the date to 18/03/22 then someone said can’t do delivery today because vehicle is broken which is raw lies.I’m really really upset and disappointed about Curry’s now and I’m going to spread this news to all my friends and social medias this how Curry’s treat their clients.Curry’s,why are you guys doing like this to innocent people???

I had a Litecoin QT wallet that I had not opened for a long time until recently. Took 3 weeks to synchronize on opening but unable to make any transfers (unconfirmed). I updated the software to Litecoin Core which got stuck on ‘rewinding blocks’ and when I tried to shut it down it told me not to close the computer until ‘this window disappears’. I just wanted my coin out and onto a nano ledger so I needed help. Thanks to 'hacktech101 AT webname DOT com' for recovering my Litecoin QT wallet back with my coin intact. I was able to transfer to a nano ledger for investment.

I will never buy from Currys again. I'm not sure where to start with describing how awful and mismanaged Curry's after purchase customer services are. From their delivery man who damaged the door of the fridge freezer and didn't level it off, despite my reminding him that was part of the service. To the fiasco of its customer service - which doesn't exist. However I did discover through another Review site posts, that an entity called Letusknow responded. They turn out to be social media communications! They did the best they could with trying to resolve a further fiasco with Currys outsourced Tech Team and subcontracted Engineers that don't communicate with eachother. Following many emails from me plus calls and texts to the Tech Team, after 2 weeks I eventually got a new door fitted. But I had to contact Currys again to get the old door, its packaging and huge box taken away ! I did so, but after a week of silence from them, had to get a friend help me take it to the recycling centre as it took up so much room in my house.
No acknowledege of the degree of stress and time wasted has been made, though a Currys voucher has been offered as an apology.
The fridge freezer is OK, but in hindsight I could have saved myself a lot of time and stress buying elsewhere.

Financial freedom is a path I never saw. I read good reviews about Recovercoin @  rescueteam . com and decided to try again with my fingers crossed. They recovered all my money back from every single one of them. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs their stolen money recovered.
