A true lifesaver! When no other mobile company was able to come out to us quickly to change a tire on our car, Curbee made it happen. Our technician was on time, knew what he was doing, and went above and beyond by checking other parts on our car. In addition, the price for the visit was incredibly reasonable- especially if you consider the other option we had, which was towing the car. I could not recommend Curbee more highly!

Typically a very good experience with Curbee, however the windows were not cleaned well as there seemed to be smudges everywhere. Almost as if their was a cloth with some oil on it to clean the windows.

Enjoyed having the ease of home based car service, but the technician was late (appt time 10-11, arrival at 11:15) with no update about timing - would have appreciated the courtesy of a call.

The mechanic was extremely friendly and very punctual. He finished the job quickly anandprofessionally asked if I had any other issues. The price was excellent and the convenience of having it done in my driveway was exceptional. Thank you Curbee 😁

My car battery died out of the blue, and I did a deep dive/internet search exploring the options for having it replaced. Curbee is affordable and comes directly to your house, which is a huge plus when your car doesn't move! When I looked at the available appointment slots, there wasn't an option that would save me from street sweeping, so I reached out to Curbee via email to see if it was possible to get an earlier day/time. Curbee replied quickly, finding me an appointment, and saving me from getting a ticket! My repair tech was on time, super friendly, and fast. He even stuck around to help me figure out why there were a few warning lights on my dash after the battery replacement. The tech put air in my tires and checked out my oil/tires/brakes etc before leaving. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing! I was setup right away with a quick health report, even on an early morning Weekend, Roger and Steven kept me up to date on what might be the issue. Ryan and Daniel followed through, even with a late request for spark plugs. Even with a busy work day schedule, I received updates and text messages about the appointment, and everything went bye smoothly. I was even called about additional repairs I might be able to do. I didn’t deserve this much help, and the Crew went above and beyond. Please let me know how to promote Curbee further - I didn’t know where else to turn on such late notice and I’m just very grateful. Thank you especially to Ryan, Roger, Steven, and Daniel. It means so much to have you guys there! You guys are do amazing! Thank you thank you thank you!!

The process of setting up the appointment was great/easy. The Curbee staff member who came to my home was on time and courteous. He completed the requested service. However, when I set the appointment, I was told that a Signature Health Check and tire pressure check would be provided free of charge. When I asked the crew member about that, he said it wasn’t needed given my mileage. I was confused about that. He was done with my entire service in just 15 minutes.

The dude who helped was soooo kind and nice. He fixed my car up quick and did an inspection.
10/10 would and have recommended Curbee to my friends. Cheaper, easier, faster than taking it into a shop. You guys killed it.

Excellent service. Arrived early for the appointment, serviced quickly, above and beyond service and explanation. The price was EXCEPTIONAL and I compared many places. I strongly recommend using them for batteries and anything else. Because ours was battery, the fact they came to us made the biggest difference!

This is my second time having Curbee change my oil. I have a Class B Roadtrek RV on a Ram Promaster van. It’s too tall for a parking garage and I’ve had trouble finding places that will do an oil change on an RV. Both times the two guys that came were friendly and efficient. I hope for success for this company. There’s no easier way to have work done on your vehicle. Right in your own driveway and at a fair price. I recommend this company to everybody.

I had a tire flat with no time to take it into a dealership or Les Schwab and wait around while they fixed it. Curbee came to the rescue. Super quick turn around in scheduling, and the check-up only took 30min. It's a game changer for me in car service. Fantastic communication as well.

Today my car was service by David and David. and the experience couldn’t have exceeded my expectations more. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the health of my vehicle. I’d definitely recommend Curbee to my friends.

The experience was fantastic overall. The only reason I've given this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the actual website experience is confusing. I'd focus on making the interface and the flow more intuitive and streamlined.

One feature request - our community has a gate code to get in, there should be a way in the app for that to be recorded upon confirming the appointment.

Excellent and stress free process. Service was timely, professional and was explained to me in detail so that I understood exactly what was being done. All while I was at work. This was my second service with Curbee. I’ll be back again. So glad I found them.

It was all very good. The only thing is that I would have liked that the rims were a little more cleaned - but it was great both inside and out otherwise :)
