Crib of Art

As I noticed here on the website, many people complained about the quality of the paintings, the finish of the frame and glass, which is not glass, it is plastic. I am extremely disappointed with the company Crib of Art. I received my painting with a broken frame, and out of the correct position, in addition to the finish being made of plastic and not glass. I have already sent 4 emails for return and refund and so far, I have not received a response. I even received an e-mail from them asking me for product feedback and I reported my dissatisfaction but no contact. Unfortunately, the company is not concerned with customer satisfaction and, like me, many people suffered losses. I hope that our sincerity here will protect more people from this terrible company that deceives customers and does not respect anyone. I thank the website for the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction!

Very nice picture I love the picture but a little disappointed that I had to be the one to find somewhere to put it on the board

You advertise this aren't like it's framed already I got my artwork and it was rolled up like a average poster I feel like I got scammed

Pictures are a lighter than advertised, one of the photos was wrinkled on the end I'm believing that was due to the delivery service company used as the package was smushed on one end.

The print is not the quality I expected. The cost to return is double the cost of the print so I was forced to accepts a 50% refund. Now I’m stuck with a print I can’t use. Wil not order from them again.

I would absolutely not buy any of these paintings the pictures are very Deceiving,very poor quality not even worth five dollars when I received my Picture I felt like I was taken advantage of I would not patronage again ‼️

The canvas print is stunning and just what I wanted. Sadly the packaging had been squashed in transit & the top right corner of my canvas was creased over.. it’s not a cheap purchase so was abit disappointed by this but can not afford to post it back so guess I’ll just have to put up with it!!

These canvases are amazing They were delivered quickly the material is top notch and I hung mine from my window in my dining room please see photos

The picture I received did not look like the one advertised. The colors are not vivid and I did not realize it did not come already framed. I'm very disappointed.

I was mislead in a sense, I didn't know the poster would come rolled up on a piece of paper basically. I ended up have to spend $125 more dollars just get it places on canvas

The definition an contrast on the larger version of the picture I ordered was not good, you could actually see the individual pixels on the print. Not satisfied.

Our first acquisition was incorrect, but we kept the piece. we ordered another 2 pieces, and they were correct, but instead of placing 1 on top of the other then rolling them up into the cylinder, they were rolled individually placed into the cylinder and arrived creased. Let's hope the framer can remove the creases.
