Omg. To say I was TERRIFIED after reading these reviews would be an understatement. I ordered last Thursday and then Friday I googled to see where there might be locations of this company just out of curiosity and I stumbled upon these reviews. I DO NOT usually spend this much money on myself so that made the whole situation even scarier. All weekend I was scared Country Outfitter would never come or they would be fakes or the wrong size or the wrong boots or something. BUT they arrived today right on time and THEY ARE AMAZING! They are first of all gorgeous, also the size is perfect, and the smell! Ahhh the sweet leather smell. These are quite possibly the best shoes I have ever owned and I may quite possibly never remove them from my feet. I am IN LOVE. I have no idea why so many other people had such bad luck but I just want others to know that it all worked out for me. The price was also incredible, definitely the best I found after searching many sites. So hopefully this company has changed the error of their ways and other people will start to have success stories like mine.

Was skeptical after reading reviews but went for it
I found a pair of cowboy boots online that I was in love with, and country outfitter was one of the two places that I found them on. Both had terrible reviews, but my friend had recommended and said she had ordered there several times with no issues. I winged it and I'm glad I did! I received a confirmation email immediately, an email when Country Outfitter shipped with a tracking number attached, and an email when they were delivered. The boots were exactly what was pictured, true to size, and no issues at all with the quality of them. I got free shipping since the purchase was over $50 and also got a discount for signing up for their email list. The time between my confirmation email and delivery date was exactly a week. Definitely would recommend!

I ordered 2 hats in early June. The first arrived in rather bad shape but a death in the family caused me to forget about it. By July 6th, I realized my Stetson had not arrived. After some checking I realized County Outfitters had been notified by UPS that the box Country Outfitter sent arrived to them empty and damaged on June 26 and it needed replacement. I sent my first email with. Pdfs of the UPS screens and details requesting my hat as I needed it for a party on July 14. Automated email said response in 24 hours.
24 hours later nothing so new email. And 6 hours later a call. First. I was told it was my fault for not notifying them because UPS tells their warehouse and Customer service does not get the information?!? I replied kindly that had I not had the death in my family I likely would have noticed it sooner butvitvis not my fault you and your warehouse dont communicate. Then she said I'd have to wait weeks while they investigated. I reminded her there's nothing to investigate. UPS already completed that and I don't have my hat. She then promised she would overnight my hat so I would have it in time for my Friday event.
Friday came and went, nothing from this company who has already billed my credit card last month.
I went online to Sheplers, ordered my exact same hat for $5.00 less and got free overnight shipping. I sent an email the same day I ordered my new hat canceling my order. Today I called (since again no email response) and they had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON MY ORDER AS OF 7/24/18, A FULL MONTH after notification by UPS and 4 emails and 2 customer phone calls. I requested an email certifying they were canceling the order and crediting my credit card and told them they lost a customer. He could have cared less. He first said i wouldn't get an email then when I asked for a manager he said, oh wait yes you will. You guessed it. Several hours later, my instant email I was promised detailing my credit is still not here. Use Sheplers. Their customer service and prices are top notch!

I ordered the boots late Monday, I paid the extra $10 for the UPS2DAY, and I got them Thursday morning! It was so simple and easy! And I LOVE MY BOOTS!
I will most definitely order from this company again!

Country Outfitter printed the return label and mailed it to me. All you needed to do was ask. I'm having problems with back orders also though

Buyer beware
I ordered a vest from this company, it was supposed to be here in 5 days. After 6 days I called them, Country Outfitter assured me that it was in transit, despite the fact neither of the tracking numbers I was given worked. Called back a week later, they said it had gotten lost and that the item I ordered was no longer available, so they said they would refund my purchase. Now several days later I see they refunded the cost of the item and the tax, BUT THEY KEPT THE SHIPPING COST - ON AN ITEM THAT NEVER EVEN LEFT THEIR WAREHOUSE. I HAVE SPENT, WITH 3 PHONE CALLS, AT LEAST 2 HOURS ON HOLD. $#*! THESE PEOPLE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! 1-If you are ordering a new item Country Outfitter will pick up in 3 rings. To check on your orders, be prepared to wait up to 40 min for help before their system cuts you off!
2- Got an email saying my card was declined after I ordered a pair of boots so I ordered a second pair using the same card. They charged me for the second pair and then 3 days later charged me again for the original pair. The SECOND pair has been delivered, the first pair is apparently lost somewhere and I have to wait for my $219.99 until THEY TRACK THE PACKAGE THEY LOST!
3- I called on a Monday about the original pair and was told BY A SUPERVISOR that I would be getting a full refund in a day or two, 4 days later no refund. I called back only to be told I'd have to wait till the package was tracked on their end. Lies, LIES, LIES, LIES,,,,


This business takes money out of your account for shoes Country Outfitter know they do not have.

I placed an order online and they accepted the order. When my product didn't arrive via the expedited shipping I paid for I called and was told that they never had the shoes. They were on backorder for a month. The website never tells you that so YOU can decide weather you want to wait or not.

The messed up thing is that they took the money out of my account and lied about putting it back the next day as promised. This is day 3 and they still have my money.


Positive Experiences
I have order 5 or more times and have yet to have anything but a good experience. The boots I have purchased are of great quality and the fix is true to form. I have never had any problems what so ever... Thank you for everything


NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a pair of boots for $210. I waited a month just for them to tell me the boots were on back order. If Country Outfitter were on back order I would t have even purchased those. They should inform you before you purchase them! Then after they took my $210 out of my account they said I didn't have the funds for the boots so they weren't going to ship them? They already took the money out? So I call customer service and the lady I spoke to was a total $#*! that had an attitude with me? If you work in customer service learn to talk to people in a polite manner. This place is a joke just looking for money.
