I had a terrible experience. The pants I ordered were way too big and didn't look at all like the picture. The day I received the order I immediately email customer service to set up an exchange/refund; Comfyplan ignored several emails before a month later finally replying and saying that because I was after the 15 day window of purchase, I could not return or exchange. Totally ridiculous.

Okay, I bought some shirts and a pair of jeans. 2 t-shirts have already been shipped and delivered. The 2 t-shirts I received were great. Amazing stuff, nothing cheap. For a first impression, this website is pretty good with clothes. My only problem is shipping. I guess I'm a little impatient because the clothes are so cute, but it's been a week and it still says processing. But aside from those two thumbs up, good job!

My order arrived earlier than estimated, good quality of the fabric, it is very beautiful, as in the photo, only the model is very thin and looks much better, I am 1.72 and I wear a size 40, I ordered a size L and great because I I like the loose shirt, but the dress is quite short, so I will use it with stockings since my thighs are not as thin as the model in the photo, the designs are original, nothing to do with what Comfyplan sell in other chains from stores or websites.

I used standard shipping and still received my order earlier than expected. My things were packed very well and there was no damage to the clothes. I must say that the quality was very good. Very impressed with this website. I bought a dress, the size small in the previous order, although it fits me, the M is roomier. As for the pants, there is a bit of room to stretch in the crotch area. I got this for a workout and it's definitely squat proof. The top also fits very comfortably. I'm small but my shoulders are fairly broad so I prefer the way the M fits. I usually wear a UK size 6-8 or an xs or s. Therefore, I would recommend wearing this one for a more comfortable fit. It took 18 days to arrive from the order date.

I discovered this online clothing shopping site and noticed that Comfyplan had several items of clothing that I liked. So, I ordered. I now have at least 6 pairs of her jeans! I had to return 2 items due to a mistake I made when ordering and within days of receiving the items they emailed a store credit to order something else. I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. Please DO NOT buy from this website. Typical scam from China. On their website Comfyplan show a picture of a nicely made garment and when you open the package, NOTHING about it remotely resembles what you saw in the picture. To make matters worse, their posted Return and Exchange Policy states one thing but when you write to the company to actually return the item they "happen to mention" that their return center is located in China, that you have to pay for the return fees and any Customs Fees. NOWHERE does it say this on their posted Return and Exchange Policy, which I bothered to read before making the purchase. I am in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card. But PLEASE don't fall in this trap yourself. The pictures got scrambled but there are two pictures that show the advertised sweater and three pictures that show what they actually sent me. Easy to figure out which one is which. I am also attaching a screenshot of their posted Return and Exchange Policy and one of their email claiming something completely different. Big time scammers!
