I can't believe this place. We placed an order May 22 it is now July 14 and we have no one to understand where I package is. One day it was delivered the next it's on the way give it some time. So which one is it? Try to talk to someone on chat it disconnects you. Complete utter trash and at this point I want my money back. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER EVER order from them AGAIN! Oh yea still waiting on my package!

I placed an order and purchased the expedited/express shipping(8-10 business days), because I needed the items prior to a move. The items have yet to ship and it has been 15 days! I have contacted their customer service department and... Nothing! Here is the response I received "Now your package is prepared and it will be sent to you. We will urge the shipping carrier to deliver quickly. Please wait for a few days. Once we know the ETA, we will tell you immediately. Thanks for your support and understanding." Clothmyths think people are stupid. They send a message stating that "Your items have been shipped" when all they have done is create a label. Period. It has been an additional 5 days and there has been zero movement on my parcel. FedEx has not received anything associated with the tracking number Clothmyths has provided. And please, like others have stated, do not be fooled by the Fontana, California address. I live about an hour and a half outside of Fontana and living so close one would think they would have little issue getting my $200.00 purchase to me quickly and without issue. Oh wait! Stupid me ~ My money and my items are still in China ~ It's all going back if I ever receive the items! Pissed In CA!

I've been shopping with Clothmyths for about a year now and ever experience has been great! They've always answered my emails in a timely matter and every item that I've purchased the quality was better than I've expected

When I talked to customer service Clothmyths were very helpful, understanding and respectful

I make order on June 7, today is August 8 I didn't get anything from them. My pockege been in California, Texas, Oregon, Nevada, Oregon again based on their website and usps tracking number. Wrote several complains to customer service no response. If I can to do less than 1 star I would do that.

Horrible. What I bought I thought would be exactly be as the picture showed but turns out it was totally the opposite. The item that came in wasn't even the item I ordered, it even had Scratch marks inside, way too big to even be considered a safe covering and costumer service didn't even attend me at all and it was plain horrible. Would not recommend at all buying from here or this item specifically.

Trying to check using my phone was a joke. It kept sending me a code via email, but every time I went back to the Clothmyths site to enter it, it would kick back to the cart and I would have to start all over. After four attempts I just waited until I had both m phone and my lapstop available. After that, it was okay.

I got a piece of plastic with fabric sewn to the edges. Doesn't even make contact your nose, under your chin or on the sides of your face. Basically grab a piece of plastic cut it into the shape of a mask and hold it over your face. Would never be considered usable, comfortable or as a legal covid mask.

Placed an order 3 months ago. Never received it, but Clothmyths did take $109.00 from my credit card. When I requested a refund, I was told the merchandise had shipped and the only way to get a refund was to return the items. When I checked the tracking number they gave me, it was not a valid number. So no merchandise and no way to get my money back!

The website needs to be adjusted. Ex... after looking at a particular item you should go back to where you left off on the shopping page. Right now the webpage takes you back to the beginning and you have to scroll back to where you left off. Also your shipping needs to be quicker. The last time I ordered items, it took 2 months the receive the items.

I got mine in a timely manner hers didn't come for like almost 2 months when I did receive it she was away with her grandparents I opened the outer package but not the wrapper, when she got home we opened it, it was damaged the tie was cut on one side. I contacted them and Clothmyths asked for the outer package I didn't have anymore but I did send pictures on their request. I was only offered a 30-40% refund which I NEVER GOT STILL TO THIS DAY. My emails are ignored and I was given a $5 gift credit for it taking so long for it getting here but it's not on my account so I couldn't even order another with the $5 they gave me. What a rip off. Do not buy from them

On April 04,2020, I ordered 15 mask from Clothmyths that are from CHINA! Don't believe their address from California. I did not receive my mask until June 29th, and Clothmyths are HORRIBLE! CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!
Either they are only 4 inches wide or so Big and Baggy they Fall Off Your Face! Will not stop Nothing! Flimsy, very thin and Not Worth two cents! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Ability to change charge card numbers is not here. I had to use the last one used, and I wanted to use another charge card. I couldn't see anywhere online where I could edit my charge card number, expiration date, and last three digits altogether. I could only see where it wanted the CVV typed in. AND PLEASE, PLEASE SEND THE ITEMS I HAVE ORDERED - DO NOT SUBSTITUTE SOMETHING FOR SOMETHING THAT MIGHT NOT BE IN STOCK. IF SOMETHING I HAVE ORDERED HERE IS NOT IN STOCK, SIMPLY DON'T SEND IT AND CREDIT ME FOR THE ITEM NOT IN STOCK. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE NO SUBSTITUTES. YOUR COMPANY DID THIS THE LAST TIME, AND I DID NOT APPRECIATE IT.

I ordered $70+ worth of face masks on May 21st and I still have not received any merchandise! Never any response through the chat service. Clothmyths leave you waiting until you give up and then they send you a email, but don't respond to that either. Pretty sure it's a scam. If I ever receive my order., I will be happy to base another review on the merchandise.

Easy to see pictures very clear. The mask I've had because I wear glasses are amazing. I'm really pleased with them. East to wear less panicky too. Thank you for keeping me updated too and answering my questions so quickly. I have recommended your site to friends and family

You took toooo looonnnggg to send my 1st order. I know part of it was the coronavirus. And I was patient and allowed time for that BUT it STILL took too long. And that was a small order so therefore I hope I don't have to wait long for this BIG order. I love all the designs, but am totally confused as to why I need to pay $6.99 for shipping on EACH item when Clothmyths are all being shipped together? That's really a ripoff next time I think I will order from RedBubble, the masks are a lot more but I don't have to pay shipping on each.

I took one star off because the 40% discount didn't work out between what was indicated on the shopping list and what came up at check out. It's just a few dollars out, but I was confused as to why. I paid the extra for the expedited shipping, hoping to receive these masks in the very near future. Thanks.

I paid extra for fast shipping still took a month to get them the white shirt with the hearts I was planning on wearing it for a special event it got here the day before and looked nothing like the picture so I had to frantically go shopping I was very disappointed so don't buy this white shirt with the picture shows silver hearts that look like Clothmyths would be like a iron on type but they are made in the cloth and are greenish color and the stripes on the sleeves are not see-through they are grey stripes so the stripes and hearts don't match at all it looks nothing like the picture another garage sale item

$9 shipping charge, 12-30 days delivery? That's already tacked on to the total, without first mentioning shipping options? That's pretty sneaky... most other vendors are upfront with their shipping costs, your slow-boat delivery is overpriced for the lengthy wait for delivery. One and done here...
