We booked a taxi to meet us at Zagreb. It was not there when we arrived. We called the two emergency numbers provided. Only one answered and he said he would sort it out and get back to us - he didn't and didn't answer the phone again. We called the UK helpline - took over 10 minutes to get to speak to someone. She said she would ring them and get back to us - she didn't. We tried all 3 contacts provided multiple times but got no help at all. It is bad enough not having the taxi there but to then have no response from all the contact numbers provided is completely unacceptable. We wasted an hour waiting before getting a taxi from the rank.
Do not use this service in Zagreb.

The driver was waiting in the arrivals hall with my name clearly displayed. He took the suitcases and we were soon at the car. The car was an e-class Mercedes clean and tidy. It was a smooth ride to Sorrento and the driver was friendly, and courteous. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them. Sensible pricing as well.
