I placed an order for music boxes with you on April 26,2021. I received a notice after ordering saying my order would take 3 - 4 weeks to deliver. However, the tracker shows its been "on the road" for delivery since May 1. I still have not received my order. You have charged my account $95.97, but have produced no merchandise. This is not good practice for a "Christian" organization. The music boxes were to be for graduation gifts and birthdays during the month of May. I have had to purchase additional gifts now to have out on time. I am highly disappointed with your company at this time.

I ordered and paid for several of your music boxes (order total $40.91). I received confirmation on 4/26/21 with UPS tracking number. That tracking number STILL says READY FOR UPS, implying it hasn't left your facility. Yet I am getting REPEATED requests for a review on a product in this order! Get me my stuff or cancel my order!

I was only looking at the Faith Butterfly shirt T-shirt last week but did not order it and certainly not in March. I would like to send the shirts back and get a full refund including shipping! Instead I keep getting these feedback questions and no response about returning. Instead, when I inquired about the wrong order I got an email from someone saying" you ordered these in March". Why would I just now be getting them if I did. But I did not!

It is really hard to get to the nonseasonal shirts. I probably would have gotten more but unless Christian Lifestyle Collections came up with a key word all I was able to see was the Christmas ones which was frustrating. Originally I thought I was on the wrong site for a shirt I wanted.

I have written several emails and made several telephone calls. DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE FROM ANY! It took so long for shipment that delivery address is no long what we use. I tried several times to change it to 915 Main St, Bally, PA 19503.

I have emailed you about my order and haven't received a response. I received notice a week ago that it had shipped. I used the UPS tracking number and to this date, UPS tracking says Christian Lifestyle Collections "are awaiting package". I contacted UPS and they said that they would pass it on to USPS for delivery. In checking with them (thinking maybe UPS had made an error), USPS said they are awaiting the package. UPS has sent me back to check with you. I've tried that to no avail. Since these are "fall" shirts, I was hoping to receive them for vacation next week. I don't appreciate your dishonesty in shipping date. Please, please, please follow up and find out where my shirts are and when they will ACTUALLY ship. Thank you

For the most part the order process went smoothly. I thought my order would qualify for free shipping since it is above $60, per your Shipping Policy. It generated an insured shipping rate of $4.95 and no way to change that. I decided to go with it. Also as I was about to check out, for some weird reason the order changed from 10 items to only 3. I had to click on the CART which still showed 10 items. It scared me momentarily, thinking maybe I was being tracked and hacked during my order. Whew! I think it went through despite all of this. I do have an account already established.

My order was not shipped until long after promised, then only after I sent an email asking where my stuff was, and then I only received part of the shipment. I have emailed asking for the rest of the items. I have no confidence in this company at all.

Still trying to reach customer service to get my order corrected. See attached STILL NO RESPONSE

Did not receive the royal blue t shirt instead received gray in size small

We recently ordered and received a crank music box and it came pretty quick and we really like it. Now we are ordering 3 of the wind up ones, 2 for gifts and one more for us! Only sad part is we wanted a "How Great Thou Art" one but you are out of them. But Christian Lifestyle Collections are all beautiful.

I am still waiting! Waiting TOO LONG 4 my boxes! Adds state ship in 2&3 days! FALSE ADDS! Then form emails with false promises. Missed grandsons birthday and Mother's Day…no boxes! EVERY TIME I see your adds l will post a WARNING. The boxes better be good and work well.

I ordered one of your wind-up music boxes as a gift. Maybe I didn't pay attention to details on the website but I was shocked at the very small size of the music box and the very short play time. I does have a nice rustic look to it, though, which made it a nice gift for a man.

I have 6 children. Christian Lifestyle Collections are all grown adults now but I used to sing the Good Morning Sunshine son to each of them when they were babies and young kids. They loved it and to this day they remember me singing to them!

I happened to see this advertisement this morning on FB! And thought that I'd like to get a few to send to friends, & for my 4 Granddaughter's! (My Grandson, didn't make out so well, on this shopping excursion! LOL!) I can't wait to receive them! Thanks for reducing the price!

I usually do not complain about the time of shipment. My boxes were ordered May 1. I do remember the last time I ordered off of you, it didn't take this long. Is there a problem that I haven't received them yet? I wanted to give some boxes out for graduation.

Absolutely beautiful merchandise the music boxes are gorgeous the workmanship is amazingly beautiful this company makes beautiful absolutely beautiful music boxes and the fact that they're all Christian bass majority of them is amazing and I'm very thankful for this company I give them as gifts the Holy Spirit tells me who to give the music box to and I do it I always follow the Holy Spirit I love the company I love their merchandise God bless

Very easy procesu to order. Looking forward to receiving this process as I am buying some new black pants for fall and winter and this t-. Shirt will look Great in the fall and perhaps for Halloween. Thanks for creating a shirt that will help to remind me of my Savior, Jesus!

Not satisfied with product. Song/words not clear. Received wrong song in one box. Received Rock of
Ages instead of Away in the Manager.

Has not been resolved. Cannot take a video of the music and send it to them as requested.

Was easy to order online... but I wanted music box as a gift. Your web page did not say how much shipping would be untill transaction was completed. I like to know in advance of payment. Also, it said to expect delivery in 3-4 weeks. I wanted this for a gift to be given in 2 weeks... I hope it arrives in time.

It was such a cute box with the crank. Someone special passed away and I gave one to the family members. When Christian Lifestyle Collections cranked it, they heard amazing grace song. It was perfect and meant the world to them. I recommend this most definitely.

Great customer service. I Absolutely LOVE these beautifully hand made music boxes, I have several different ones I also have given them to my grandson's for Christmas and Easter, in hopes that someday Christian Lifestyle Collections will pas them down to their families. I placed my original order back in March and never received it. So I reached out and told them what was going on and it's been almost another month after them resending my order again and I still have not received it.

The quality of this t-shirt (unlike the green which was of great quality). This shirt was a heavy rough fabric. One I did not like at all. The writing was good. I always wash before wearing and this one is very bad. Why do you offer different types of fabrics in your t-shirts? I love to order different ones again but now unsure of the quality. I wish I could just return that dark grey one

I have been trying to get information on my order for weeks. No response for a tracking number or even if it has shipped. I had the same trouble before. I should not have ordered anything else. I am ready to get my bank to credit the amount of the order. It was charged 6/1. It has been 45 days. Haven't heard a word about the shipping. Will not recommend them to anyone.

I love that you had songs that I was raised with in church. Amazing Grace was my Dad's favorite and I would sing You are My Sunshine to my daughters when Christian Lifestyle Collections were babies. These music boxes will always be a treasure. God bless your ministry

I was missing my last music box and Christian Lifestyle Collections were very helpful and later sent my last one.

The quality is good but Christian Lifestyle Collections run big. I got 3 shirts that I probably won't wear and you are not able to return or exchange due to size.

They emailed me back the first time right away. When I email back with the information they requested they did not respond.

It was good. I understand that you are selling out of your merchandise so I expected the stock to be limited. However I did not expect to pay shipping as I spent over the necessary amount.
Keep providing biblical messages for us

I've been very pleased both times I've ordered. Christian Lifestyle Collections do take a little longer to come, but the pricing is good, and the boxes are nice. When I had a problem with getting wrong or missing product, they remedied it very quickly and beyond my expectation. I would order from them again.

Was short one box, of my order, and it was replaced quickly.
