I made a purchase that took way too long for delivery. I no longer needed items and I didn’t like them they were of poor quality. I requested the return address and they continued to try and negotiate a percentage of a refund. I had to beg for an address. I returned them and delivery confirmed being delivered. I inquired about my refund and just like begging for the address it again became an issue saying they need the receipt, and that my receipt didn’t have a weight on it and they needed the weight. I went to the post office and because I shipped it flat rate there was no weight recorded on the package or receipt. The post office obtained the weight. I then contacted them with the weight and now they are unable to refund me because the receipt still has no weight listed. They are horrible! I will never use them, and would never recommend.

First of all my package was late. I sent it back costing about $20. They said I have five days from the time I got their return address. I did all that. Let me say right off DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR TRACKING # RIGHT AWAY. These ppl are scammers. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. They will rip you off on your return promising to refund as soon as you send them your tracking number and a picture of the receipt. I should have followed my gut about the tracking and picture. I haven't gotten my refund and the package is somehow lost. It never even show up on the tracking. I lot my money and my trashy clothes but I'm not done. I'm going to my bank.

Do not order from this company. I ordered £150 worth of clothing and all the sizing is wrong and the material is cheap. They state you can get a refund on the site but you have to make contact for a returns address. I have now been in conversation for 4 days straight with Leo and they are failing to provide a return address to me, they are offering me coupons and even had the cheek to ask for my measurements as apparently they will make future clothes to my measurements?? Absolute joke. They do not provide you with a returns address because they do not want to give you a refund. I have now made contact with my bank to help me in getting my money back as this company is a scam and they are not acting lawfully by stating a returns policy and then not actually abiding by it. I will also be going to trading standards as loosers like this should not be able to take our hard earned money when the clothing is cheap and badly made!!!! Do not waste your time and money on this company its a Joke!

I rate them a big fat ZERO out of 5 stars!! They’re giving me the run around on returning 8 out of the 12 items that I ordered from them! I will NEVER order from them again & will be posting everywhere possible alerting others not to order from them either!! Leo has offered me a $10 cash coupon to just keep everything, then he offered me 20%. I’m super upset with them! How is this place even still in business!!??

Awful!! Dress is way too big even though I followed their size guide. Completely bad quality fabric, and nothing like the picture.
This company avoid giving refunds and offer only 10% refund or 5 dollars off the next purchase, even though I am in the UK.
This company are always doing offers so by giving me 5 dollars off , is not actually doing me any favours! Also they avoid giving a return address to try to put you off returning as this is at the customers cost.
Even if you do manage to return the item, they still won't give you a refund.
There were another two items in my order, all of which didn't match the pictures on the website, but they will have to do. The dress was the biggest disappointment, for the reasons mentioned above, but also as transparent as a net curtain, when online it didn't look see through at all and Completely different cut to what I was sent.
Please please avoid and don't waste your money unless you are 100% sure that you are going to keep all your items and don't care if you don't get your money back if not.

By the time I received my 2 dresses (still in China as of May 9, 2022, and I ordered it April 24, 2022) my weddings that I was supposed to have worn dresses, had passed.
Per my several emails, they still had not responded on Crediting my Account if my 2 dresses did not fit .
By the time I received my dresses, I was shocked!!! Looked like a beginner child in sewing had made them. Very cheap material !
After an unacceptable back and forth emails getting my credit fraud department involved , I finally received a portion of my money back.
This Chic Me doesn't even deserve a 1 Star!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! Most of the reviews on here must be fake look at the I.o. site reviews it has not scored above 1 star.
My delivery took over 1 month. Items do not bear any resemblance to the items advertised on . Poor quality material and finish.
I brought 2 dresses one was a cold shoulder style and one side had been sewn in correctly so was permanently twisted . The whole top was not symmetrical and the skirt waist band looked like a child had made it .
The other dress fitted at the top but then it's width reduced over the thighs so it was so tight you could walk !! And I have slim thighs due to a medical condition.
There is no invoice with return address so can not send them back !! Company based in China .

Purchased several items. None of them fit though I used your sizing chart. Wanted to return them so I could reorder in a larger size. No invoice. Only address was shippers so I took pictures of everything I was returning along with address sent back to and the packaging it was sent in so they would know who sent it requesting a refund. Nothing. Contacted Chicme.com. They said because I sent it to the wrong address I can’t get my money back & hope I understand. There was no other address to send to.

They are a bunch of crooks. When you need to return items they will try to discourage you from returning the items and will haggle you to accept 5% or less for your refund. After that I finally got the return address, however, they still won't give me my money back because I couldn't provide the shipping weight because I sent it back USPS priority. USPS doesn't record shipping weight on Priority packages because "if it fits it ships". Never will I ever purchase from them again.

I have tried to return 2 items which are I’ll fitting and awfully cheap material. I have spent 4 days trying to send messages to send me a return form but all I get is request for more information about the ill fitting. I have yet to get to being offered anything. All I want is to return the awful items. They clearly do not have a return policy which is not stated on their website. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM CHIC ME!

Less than 1 star. Very poor customer service. Late arrivals. It's hit or miss if the color is what it says it is (skirt and top set where the shirt was not a rust orange to match but a bright orange that didn't match the skirt). Hit or miss if the fabric and sizing is correct or what is describe. Spent over $200 but by the time I received and could get ahold of someone to return items that didn't fit/wrong color/bad fabric was told it was outside of the 14 day window to return when it took me that long to try and process a return. The return process is so laborious that meaning that it is non existant. Careful of other sites like Boutique Feel. Same problem and seem to be run by the same company or web platform as the rude customer service (same message and signed by someone named Tony also) and return process.

Fist my order took 3 weeks maybe more to arrive.
Second cloths didn’t fit.
Third I emailed them trying to get my refund and they wanted my to keep the close and I only refund me 6.95 vs 76.00.
Fourth I mailed everything back and than they said it wasn’t returned by the two day they told wanted me to mail back.
Fifth Now they are saying they can only give me a credit of 15.00
I hope this business goes under quickly

My experience so decide for yourself. Purchased clothes online and they arrived much later than advertised. I followed the uk comparison size chart and when the clothes arrived they were 2 sizes too big. The returns department will only send 1 message per day so in 2 weeks of requesting to return the item, I received a message offering a 10% refund, then 25% refund then eventually after 2 weeks I received a message saying a return label would be sent (Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour). I was told that Chicme would deducted £2.85 postage from my total order value for me returning the item. I received the label with a Royal Mail tracking reference. I printed their label and returned it with as instructed. A proof of postage was obtained from the post office and a copy of this was sent to Chicme as requested. As soon as they received proof of postage, Chicme said they would also be deducting an extra £6 for their postage and insurance for sending me the item? Over the next 2 weeks (1 message per day) I challenged this and Chicme refused to refund me the total amount and would not refund any money until I agreed the reduced amount. I paid via Paypal and the resolution team got involved. I provided Paypal with proof of postage and the correspondence between myself and Chicme. Paypal agreed that I was entitled to a full refund due to incorrect description of the clothing size. Paypal sent Chicme this decision and 3 weeks later Chicme has still not responded. I contacted Paypal and was told Chicme has deliberately timed out the resolution procedure in order to close the case. Paypal are now in dispute with Chicme and I have received compensation via buyer protection. Furthermore. Royal Mail have confirmed that the tracking reference and label that Chicme sent is invalid. i.e not paid for my Chicme!!
So. Chicme size chart is not a true comparison of the UK size chart
Chicme will avoid customer correspondence
Chicme will scam customers when returning an item by refusing the reimburse the full value and by sending out an invalid tracking return label and reference, knowing Royal Mail would stop the return.
The quality of the clothing is cheap and you will be lucky to get more than 1 wear out of them.

Avoid purchasing anything from Chic me at all costs. Chic me portrays that they have a refund and return policy, but when I gone to return an ill fitting dress which was made of nasty n cheap material the company has returned £1.80 from the dress which cost over £23 and took weeks to arrive. I consider this company as appalling to deal with and consider Chic me as conning people out of hard earned cash. I will be reporting this company to trading standards

My clothes were too big & I didn’t like the material at all! I attempted to get a return label or address by online chat since they tell you nothing on their app or site for a address to return to 4/27! It says we will return your chat within 24 hours! They respond back on 5/18 and inform me their return policy is 14 days only! They didn’t even respond back to me within 14 days and you can tell it’s like on purpose!!! Never ordering from this company again! They make returns impossible and their customer service is horrible & not helpful!

Horrible customer service and worse products; took over a month to arrive and when it did it was absolutely a joke nothing like the pictures; and took awhile to get the return approved and once it did and I sent it back they’re telling me why it took me too long to send it back? What? It took you over a month to ship my product didn’t it? Anyway still disputing with my bank while they have their junky products that look nothing like the pictures; I will never ever look at that site again

I recently ordered 4 items, I kept 1 item & wanted to return the other 3, you can’t just click return & send back so I messaged & 4 days later I’m no further forward!! I’ve been offered first 10% refund then 20% now 40% refund, what’s so difficult to understand that the items are no use to me therefore I require a full refund, it doesn’t state this when you order, worst customer service I’ve ever had!!!!!

I ordered 4 items from ChicMe, it was my first experience with them. All 4 items were of low quality. I decided to keep 2 that were acceptable, but not great though. I inquired on returning 2 and asked for a refund of those 2. The first reply email offered me a partial refund of $10.00 or a $5.00 credit towards the next purchase.
After a few emails back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me, but I had to pay for shipping.
So, don’t waste your time or money with this company, it’s not worth the headache.

I order online all the time since covid. This company is by far THE WORST! I’ve never been scammed so badly. The dresses were pricey so I thought they’d be decent but I was wrong. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE! They didn’t believe me that the sizing was wrong from the chart. They wanted me to lay it on the floor and measure it with a ruler! It was the most ridiculous request I’ve ever heard of. DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS COMPANY! Just throw your money in the garbage instead. It’s the same thing with less emotional damage!

TERRIBLE company!! Chic Me sent the wrong size sandals. A nine was ordered and a 3.5 was sent. The representative keeps offering me to let me keep the shoes and will give me a discount. This does no good, as the shoes do not fit! They refuse to let me return them with a refund or send me the correct size. A complete waste of money. My fault for ordering from such a shifty company. Buyers beware!!!
