To order a prescription product, you can choose "call my vet" or "mail in the script" but "call my vet" does not work. Not even going to try "mail in the script" because customer service is too oblivious to my order. Chewy- too big to care.
This company is amazing! We have provided us with special foods, treats, and medications for our dog. The customer service is excellent, everyone is always friendly, upbeat and willing to help. Unfortunately, our sweet pup died unexpectedly. With one phone call (and a very sympathetic employee) our auto ship Food and treats were taken care of. The very next day I was floored to come home to a condolence flower arrangement. FROM CHEWY’s. From the bottom of our hearts. Thank you 😊 Highly recommend!! Top notch company!!
Got an email that an auto ship order was placed that wasn't something I ordered. Called customer service, immediately got a person on the phone, they cancelled the order, identified how my account was hacked and refunded my money within five minutes! Combine that level of excellent customer service with the convenience and prices and I am a die hard customer!
Just caught this on NextDoor app and had to give Chewy a shoutout. This company has also had me donate food my dog didn’t like to local shelter and replaced for free (some may have been given to homeless with dog by side). Phenomenal company, well prioritized.
After losing a pet we tried to return the unopened chewy box we received. They instructed us to donate the products and promptly refunded the invoiced amount. Several days later this came in the mail.
I have had incredible difficulty getting medication from a very sick animal. After going back and forth with my vet and chewy SEVERAL times and placing an order 3 times, they still messed up the order. I STILL have no medication for my sick animal. I called today and they refused to do anything about it. Now when I went in to process a return on an incorrect order they disabled my account. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND ENERGY AND ORDER ELSEWHERE. Incorrect Order and HOURS on the phone on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS

I am looking at some reviews regarding chewy. It's funny how when people don't get exactly what they want they want to complain. Considering the fact that covid has affected several businesses including shipping companies like FedEx and UPS. People need to quit complaining about the shipping time frames and think about the fact that companies are experiencing shortages with drivers. So of course the shipping time frames may take a little bit longer. A lot has changed over the past 2 and I have years. Chewy has outstanding service but the problem is is that they cater to their customers in the one time that they have an issue they want to post a review like the company is bad. I have an issue with that because as a chewy customer myself the service is always been outstanding. If you've been getting great service most of the time did you been buying from this company please don't complain if you have an issue all of a sudden. Things happen if you don't like it then go to Amazon! See how great the service is then LOL
I have been a customer of Chewy.com for many years. Within a month, two orders were reported as delivered but did not. The hassle of getting my money refunded as well as getting my pet supplies in a hurry elsewhere has led me to the decision to permanently buy elsewhere. Too bad Chewy. You lost a good customer for life.

1-3 day delivery is a LIE because they put it on a truck cross-country to save themselves profit. Then expect to BUY customer loyalty with rebates once you complain. After 15 years of loyal service with them, some corporate level change has removed that human touch that had me always choose them above the competition.
This company is in first place! For charging the most. They are CRAZY greedy and overcharge EVERYTHING. If you can find it somewhere else? Do.
Sadly, our fur baby Cheetoh recently passed away. He brought so much happiness to our home. We miss him very much. When I reached out to Chewy in regard to returning some product, Janis R. was so nice and understanding. They refunded me for the product and told me to donate it to an animal shelter. A non-profit will benefit from your kindness. They took the time to seek out a florist near me, ordered flowers and sent a note. We never expected that. Thank you so much for your generosity. What an amazing company!!!!
Items I had on autoship order arrived a day later than originally expected. Items arrived and were not the correct size (supposed to be 2 - 28 lbs bags of dog food; sent me 1 - 14 lbs bag and 1 28 lbs bag). Customer service was rude to me and didn’t care about the inconvenience they had caused, only cared about sending me a return label. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was given a ride response of, “Sir, I can get you to a supervisor, but they will they are just going to tell you the exact same thing as me.” Highly considering doing business elsewhere for my pet food and supplies as Chewy makes me feel as though they could careless about their customers anymore .
Have used chewy in the past for dog food products, bedding and recently, medication for my dog- both antibiotics and recently tresaderm which requires refrigeration. Well they shipped the tresaderm right after my vet OK'd order and did an amazing job of packing it to keep it cool- 4 ice packs and insulated. I was always happy with Chewy in the past but this last order impressed me so much that I had to write a review. There was a tiny hitch- an email was sent to me one day early notifying me of delivery on that day, and when I called customer service they let me know that the email was an error, it was scheduled for delivery the next day-which it did come that day. Important to know delivery day due to temperature issue. But I recall everytime I have called chewy, the person was friendly, helpful and my question/issue got resolved. So I will definitely continue using Chewy. Not to mention this last purchase of tresaderm was done since my vet was out of stock on this and back-ordered, so being able to get it from Chewy was much appreciated.
My dog changed weight class and is unable to now use an unopened box of feta and tick medication. But they absolutely will not accept a return. They said the pharmacy would consider on a case by case basis, and this certainly seems like the perfect scenario for accepting a return when the dog is unable to use it. I will never use this company again. Ridiculous!
Cheri and I had to put our beloved Jack down recently. It's the hardest day for a pet owner but the staff here was very compassionate. We couldn't imagine a more caring and loving staff than the nice folks at Chewy. Especially Frieda and Nica. They went above and beyond!
