I placed an order and it doesn't come as it should... I send less grams, I bought 5 grams of mdmb butinaca and received only 3 g, I ordered 3 g of 7 ADB and I received nothing. they started deceiving people. be careful !

Shame I can't add the screenshots in the reviews I sent around, which are undeniably proof of thievery.

So I'm going to write down my experience with them, but if I ever need to verify my claims, I can email them.

Chemical Planet's logo seems to be:

"We hope this order will become a starting point for our long-lasting
business relationship."

Whenever I make an order, the first artificially generated problem always start with refusing to send me my payment confirmation-email.
I have to send an extra other email, with the question where is my payment confirmation email.
They let me wait, even when I use the instant payment option in my bank-app.

(I can proof this as well if necessary, with the mail-traffic we had, and the proof I payed 1.25€ extra in my bank app-to put it on their account, in an instant)

Only when i reach out, u get the payment confirmation email 5 minutes later.
If you don't ask where your payment confirmation is, you will never get it, and never receive your order, as once in the beginning, I waited four days, to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Then they asked me if I could show them payment proof, as they couldn't find/see it, which is rubbish as well, cause my bank-app, showed otherwise.

I was able to do that, but imagine you are a person that doesn't know how to add this proof of payment.
Then they say: "If you cannot proof you have payed, we can't finish your order."

They monitor the way your emails are constructed, for weaknesses when they confront you with an artificially generated problem, always (!) starting with refusing to send you your payment confirmation email.

If you respond in kindness and say: "Of course, here is payment proof."

Seems like this is the green light to add you to the 'free-to-ripp-off-list.

Underestimating a customer, can be dangerous, as one electric step-company, had to find out.

As I carry the proof of the steal they inflicted on me, I sended them a warning email, with the screenshots of their scam, and that if they don't reach out to me before monday noon, to make it up to me, I will send my definitive review around, as which I'm doing right now.

They probably don't care, but that's fine by me, as I don't care anymore neither, as I will order from another company from now on.

I hope, the steal they inflicted on me, was worth losing a customer for.

This contradicts their slogan, that they're aiming for a long lasting business-relationship.

I'm going to buy my RC's now, from a company that truly aims for a long lasting business- relationship, instead of one that advertises it, but risk losing that long lasting business- relationship, for a one time crumb.

This behavior is not professional, and for such a company that cannot maintain the business they advertise, is ultimately, extremely pitiful.

Good and reliable website doing good business.
Good quality products.
They have always shipped the right number and amounts of the ordered products.
Offer frequent interesting rebates.
Never had to complain from them.

Took one week from payment to get the research material in southern europe.
Came with a bonus researchable which blew my mind beyond expectations, the ones I've picked were top notch quality.

My order was closed and marked as shipped when it hadn't been. I raised a support ticket which was automatically deleted due to an apparent system issue. The chat operator wasn't prepared to discuss the matter without a support ticket, but promised the new ticket would be given priority. Raised another support ticket immediately, and started chasing it up daily after 2 days without a response. They finally admitted their mistake and shipped my order. Order was placed on 27th June and was finally delivered on 14th July. Delivery was domestic within NL so 17 days is unacceptably long.

I ordered 4f methylphenidate. additionally paid for the tracking of the parcel. Everything arrived in France on time. the progress of the parcel was tracked by the link. Everything is well-packaged and professional. There are no problems with the order, delivery and quality of the substance.

Client depuis pas mal de temps, rien à dire mais mes deux dernières commandes ne sont jamais arrivées, pour le re-ship avec option suivie, ne les croyez pas, ils vont vous demander de repayer 25% + 50% des frais d'envoi en vous disant que vous n'avez pas pris d'assurance, mais quelle assurance ?il n'y a pas l'option ;)et le track&trace veut dire suivi mais pas assuré lol, Ce cher D.M. ne me réponds plus parce qu'il est coincé derrière son incompétence à gérer le service client.
Je perds 180€.
Edit: Afin de pouvoir continuer vos recherches n'achetez plus vos produits en Hollande car une décision Européenne a renforcé les contrôles avec la coopération douanière Franco-Hollandaise.

Wirklich super shop. Habe zwar erst einmal bestellt, aber die Qualität ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Nur schade das sie nicht mehr in die Schweiz senden😭😭😭

Trustworthy company for ordering overseas, i have received every order I've placed with them. I have had issues in the past such as recieving the wrong order, or a product being unavailable after already been paid for, but that being said they've always made up for it without it being a hassle and is something I really appreciate.
Only issues that I really would like to see changed is the site's layout. There are so many things listed that are forever unavailable that just clutter the product listings making it harder to find what is actually stocked. The other thing is alot of products just have no description or picture whatsoever. I'd like to know at least a little bit more about what your selling before i decide on purchasing anything.
Besides the site's issues, i think this company is fantastic and if those things mentioned get addressed then they certainly deserve 5 stars.

Great and legit store. I had some issue with the courier, but the support team solved it quickly and everything is fine. I can recommend the store.

Unfortunately for me, the 5g of 4F-MPH I ordered were completely bunk. Extensive testing had not shown no hint of the effects 4F-MPH possesses, in fact, this batch is completely inactive. I have yet to test the Flunitrazolam.

They dubbled the amount i ordered for some reason, i liked that a lot. It was a pleasent surprise to see. Already ordered afain from them. They have been very reliable for me

Update: The order did not arrive until today, but the customer support approached me on their own to look for a solution with me. I was offered various options, all of which I found very accommodating. I was quite surprised about this good service and will now try to order again. I have now raised my rating from 1 star to 5 stars

Was soll man sagen, wohl einer der angenehmsten Shops die man finden kann. Versand ging super schnell, wobei hier nochmal zu erwähnen wäre dass nicht nach Deutschland verschickt wird( aufgrund unserer Rechtslage hier in DE) an eine niederländische Adresse ging es super und problemlos und war auch innerhalb von 3 Tagen da. Von der Qualität her kann man auch nicht meckern. Hoffentlich bleibt uns der Shop und die Ware noch lange erhalten.

I am customer for a few years now, and I was always pleased with the quality and the service. There were minor bumps here and there along the way - but nothing, that the customer service wouldn't resolve. Issues were mostly on the part of the shipping companies in the times when CP switched to a different carrier, and were always solved. The orders were always top notch, shipping times stable, people friendly. Very good experience for me.

At first, my order did not arrive but Chemical Planet managed to find a good solution for me. I've been buying since 2019 and never been disapointed. I will keep doing business with Chemical Planet!

I ordered 10 2-fma and 25 tabs of 1p-lsd.
they only gave me 10 tabs of 1p-lsd. I have the receipt and I have the photos. They should have gave me 15 more tabs. This is the second time they messed up my order.

Good products and excellent customer service but at the momment of my last order they didnt have quick delivery so im waiting 20 days till now and nothing arrived yet
