I accidentally booked a flight online to San Jose California, instead of San Jose Costa Rica and did not realize until a month before the trip. They were extremely helpful as I was freaking out. They were able to get me flights only losing about 400.00 and a delta credit for 1000.00. I was very grateful as it was my dumb mistake. I just had to pay for new flights upfront but I did get a flight credit for delta.

Was excellent, I place my daughter's last name wrong, I noticed right away and called to correct it, was done immediately, before I hung the phone I received the email with the name correction. Although something not so nice, I selected to sit together and supposedly there were no more seats available and I needed to pay a fee, that made the experience not so nice.

Helped us get the tickets we were looking for. Not necessarily with the airline that we wanted to fly with but they're for the dates and times that we preferred so that was a good thing. The tickets did seem to be a tad cheaper going this way versus any other and believe me when I say I definitely exhausted all other avenues before making a final decision. However, ultimately I'm good with my decision because like I said we easily saved at least $100 for our 3 non-stop tickets on the exact dates and at the exact times that we wanted. Can't beat that! I would give 5 stars however you always have to leave room for improvement and also like I said we're not flying with the airline we'd prefer to be so yeah... 4 stars. šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøšŸ˜‰

I had a weird experience with Cheap Flights Fares website. I purchased a ticket for $195.00 and I even received a confirmation for $195.00. I received an email telling me that my credit card did not go through and immediately I submitted another credit card. I was charged an extra $30.00 on my card and I have called twice trying to get a refund. I was not given a refund but was told that I would be getting a voucher for $30.00 which I never received. I also requested a ticket that reflect the price change and I did not receive anything either. I am worried that this may not be a legitimate site and I am not sure that a ticket was issued. Can you please send me a revised ticket and/or a refund for $30.00 on my credit card.

Yes I did purchase a ticket and it was my mistake to choose a frontier airlines Witchā€™s second time doing it like before always late and got charged over for luggage which cheap flights didnā€™t give me an option to purchase a bag and the end once we arrive we have wait at least half an hour to the gate to get in.also another wait time for the luggage to come.

I understand that it is not Cheap Flight Fares fault for any cancellations of flights.
But when I had to speak with anyone in regards to rescheduling they were rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them.
I was never rude and understand their frustration with the airlines but they need to understand the customers frustration also. It is their job to take care of the customer and not act like we are bothering them.

I enjoyed the quality of service from the airport staff,flight attendance and , pilots.
Which makes it difficult to rate you so low. However, the people who load and unloaded my luggage were extremely rough with my luggage. My bag was only a year old, with nothing wrong with my suitcase, until it arrived at Austin Bergstrom. Airport in Texas.. when I picked up my suitcase from baggage claim there were atwo large holes in the back of my suitcase and one of the wheels were broken.

Other than the wait on the phone (which wasn't too bad because of the great Chopin piano piece, we are extremely satisfied with the customer service we received when changing our bookings because of a death in the family. She (Lavette) was very helpful, kind, thorough, and had excellent follow-up to make sure everything was changed the way we needed it for our situation. We will definitely use this service again.

Within 15 minutes of my booking, I got a notice that my credit card was not accepted. I called immediately and provided correct information and Cheapflightsfares agent told me the flight had increased by almost 100 dollars. I agree to pay the increase fee to secure the flights then received an email that they offer a "Price Match Guarantee" within 24 hours. I found the same flights for a total of almost 200 cheaper. I called back and spoke with Agent #1 who told me that is true (even though I have the text message) and left me on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called back to speak with another agent. She said they couldn't match the guarantee - even though I had it in writing - but would provide a 50 credit for the increased cost. I told her to apply that and I would call someone to address the text. She said I would see the credit in an hour. I asked her to email as well. I never received the email or credit. I tried calling a 3rd and 4th time in my "24 hour window for price match" and left 2 messages. No return call. I would not recommend using this site.

Had problems when cheap flights sent me an insufficient funds in my account. I booked another flight and then they charged my account after saying to contact them before any further action would take place. I had to request a refund for that flight. They stated 2 to 3 business weeks to get my refund placed back into my account. It only takes Lowe's and Walmart a matter of seconds to put monies back onto a card when you return an item. I have to wait up to three weeks to get the monies. Other than that they're ok

The fares are the cheapest when I checked the internet. The customer service agents are knowledgeable and courteous. The only thing was when I called the number mentioned in your text for me to call back when my card was declined, it was always a voice mail who answered me. I hope you I could talk to a live person when I returned your call. But all in all your service is great.

The flight was cheap but I didnā€™t realize during my booking that I wasnā€™t allowed a carry on because it was a basic economy ticket. I also paid for my seats but when I checked in I was told I did not have prepaid seats. I showed them my receipt but it didnā€™t cross over to Unitedā€™s system. I had to repurchase my seat and am currently waiting on a refund from Cheap flights. Next time Iā€™ll book directly with the airlines.

I purchased a one way ticket with you with UNITED AIRLINES yesterday.
Even though my first class tickets from BGR to FLL were confirmed, I never received the actual tickets/boarding passes.
If you are offering tickets at a certain price then you should respect the quoted price.
Actually your sales person "Archer" did a great job of rebooking me on first class however still at
an increased fare which was a deception.
Hopefully if we do business again you will honor your advertised pricing.

Deceptive and outrageous, i selected a 6hr flight and it went from a 6 hr flight to an 18 hr flight in my confirmation , the arrival time was switched from 9:35 pm to 9:35am ..... then while trying to cancel i was told no refund....i said unacceptable and they went to $145 refund, i said no and they went to $175 ... every time they made an offer they said it was an " exception " for me . I decided to go to PayPal and they gave me a 100% refund. Their offers were below 50% . Never again will i use them or any of these cheap travel sites .

We booked a flight to go see family. We purchased the flight/cancellation insurance. Two family members who we were visiting and staying with got covid. We tried to cancel the flights. Called cheap flights to cancel. Got the runaround to where Cheap flights wouldn't cancel the flight, gave us a telephone number to call the "insurance company" to "file a claim". The next day after posting a review of Cheap Flights Fares I get a call from "Marcellus King" wanting to "help me". The help was basically saying that the flight insurance I purchased was from an independent insurance carrier a d in order to get a "refund " I needed to speak to them. Really, you advertise flight insurance and when I have to cancel a flight instead of helping me and doing that you give me the runaround to call this insurance company in which I wont get a full refund, I'll get a voucher to use at a later sate... for a fee. Hey if you advertise flight insurance it should be up to your company to take care of that. But this wasn't even the real reason for "Marcellas's" call, he wanted me to submit a new review to make it seem like Cheap Flights actually cares about and helps customers to make it look like they're a reputable company. Bullshit. This is all a scam. I'm not going to loose my money so instead of cancelling, getting some type of voucher, and going at a later date, I'm going on this trip and staying with my family who has covid and then getting on that return flight. This company is terrible. Your fee structure is misleading and false and you are basically scamming people out of money. Will never use this company again and will reach out on social media to tell people your company practices and that you don't give people what they pay for.

I was excited because I was able to find tickets for a good reasonable price. However I received a message that my credit card didnā€™t go through. I called customer service for my credit card and they said to me that there was nothing wrong with my credit card and that they donā€™t understand why your company said it was rejected. I called your customer service and the agent said that my ticket price increased

Was little more then expected from reading the ads for cheap fares but satisfied that itā€™s done . Donā€™t fly that much anymore my wife with late stage Alzheimerā€™s had to put her in a memory care senior place ,I could no longer care for her 24-7 and goin to family reunion, formerly always drove the 850 miles togetheršŸ˜‰but this will be different. Been long time since last flight. Perhaps the cheap fares are made farther in advance then two weeks. Blessings to yā€™all and keep um flying!!!

The flight we booked through you was changed, so you put us on another airline. Unfortunately, we paid almost $200 to select specific seats and you told me that we would have similar seats on our new flight. After spending 1hour and 38 minutes on the phone with the new airline, we do NOT have assigned seats and the only seats available are in the middle seat.
You will be hearing again from us to get our money back.

I had to change the dates , while using there app the calendar is so small I hit the wrong button ā€¦ that changed it no problemā€¦ lost my flight protection and the said the price was the same and it was 200 dollars more , already paid 900 for 2 one way tickets , rude , bad service , Iā€™ll never use again ā€¦ please do not use this app cheapflights or ladybug

Easy booking, didn't get jerked around with "false fares" (which has happened repeatedly on Priceline.) After booking I was notified that one of my flights was changed because I hadn't paid for an upgraded "premium" seat. That was bothersome, but supposedly has been handled during a follow-up call with Cheap Flights. I've been told I now have my original flight again and that a seat assignment was being made for me (next to my wife.) Downgraded one star because I wasn't given my new seat assignment for that one flight when I was notified of confirmation of my booking, and therefore I'm not yet certain that it happened.
