I was extremely satisfied with the help and information I received from my Medical Advisor representative Ari. He answered my concerns with no hesitation and was very patience while answering all my questions about Medicare coverages under the different carries including price comparison. Those of us who have to apply for Medicare can understand why a service as such is highly recommended because things can get very confusing with several packages to choose from. This service fits you into a Medicare package that suits your individual need. I highly recommend this service for all who are ready to take that step to apply for Medicare.

Astha Is the greatest!!! She worked with us on getting my Mom the best policy even though it wasn't a carrier she was signed with. The amount of time and effort (follow up) she put into explaining everything was beyond anything you get in customer service anymore. If you get her consider yourself blessed! We were.

Dilraj was extremely helpful. I was quite confused by the various options, and he took over an hour explaining the ins and outs and helping me choose a plan that works. My wife has to do this soon as well, and I will be telling her to call Dilraj. I was quite worried about making my choices, and I have to say that Dilraj made what I thought would be very complex, a simple thing to do.

WOW! I spent one year dealing with my local Social Security/ Medicare offices. Getting no answers and no return phone calls. I heard about Chapter through a local radio station. Gave them a call. I retired from my place of employment as of March of this year (2022) and had also turned 65 as of December of 2020 so, in the months before retirement came and since I knew I was no longer going to have employer provided health insurance coverage, I turned to Chapter for assistance with navigating the new to me world of Medicare. Dilrag Toor assisted me with getting set up with Medicare and a Medicare Advantage plan. Since I was busy moving to a new state, I didn't have much advance time to make my application, yet he helped me make it happen on time! He was very kind, thoughtful and patient in answering all my questions. Medicare can be quite confusing. There are a lot more options and decisions to make, even more so then when choosing a regular health insurance plan. Dilrag listened to my concerns and was very clear in his explanations.
