I had the BEST experience at Cell2get, with the help of Steve! He helped me set up a new account, and helped me disconnect from my old phone with ease. He really cares about the customer, and wants what is best for you, which is so clear in how he helps you find the best phones. I will absolutely be back for any phone needs I have, and I have already told my family that this has to be where they go for any needs they have—because if you want good service, this is the best Online retailer! I never write reviews but I went to 3 different phone stores including Best Buy to try to switch over from my old phone to a new one, none of whom could help me find the right phone for me.
The manager Steve was a LIFESAVER. Without his perseverance and assistance I probably would of thrown my phone at my wall into a million pieces. He was patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. After a hour, he got me the phone I wanted, set my phone up after I received it, and fixed the complicated issue that I had. No doubt he went above and beyond!!

Adam was very helpful, sweet and knowledgeable. I didn’t understand but he broke everything down for me and helped me out . Kevin is also very smart and helpful. They both know what they’re doing. Best team ever, amazing service !! GO TO THEM !!

Manager was a tremendous help getting all of our family’s lines transferred from Verizon to AT&T. I went ahead and purchased for all my family the new galaxy s22 ultra from them, the manage walked us through everything from setting up new accounts to setting up our devices. Very knowledgeable and awesome at customer service. I wish every company I do business with had someone like him on staff.

I just upgraded phones at Cell2get. The experience was quick and painless. Moshe was an amazing customer service consultant and handled everything like a pro. Last time I was i bought a phone steve also helped with the upgrades. Both of these customer service consultants should be on Americas Most Wanted for customer service and service on all things cellular. I highly recommend going to their website if you are frustrated with your current cell phone company. Lots of helpers and they know what they are doing so you don’t spend hours in lines then hours with inept associates. Trust me, I’ve been there. So happy spread the word for cell2get

Recently i purchased a prepaid from cell2get and was attempting to transfer my existing number with a different provider. Steve was absolutely amazing and helped me through every step of the process. He was knowledgeable and relentless and went above and beyond to make sure before i left the call with my phone up and running. Due to his fantastic service i will be a cell2get customer for a long time.

Ok, so I am not very tech savvy so anyone who can help me with patience is awesome. Adam is AWESOME!! A wonderful, cheerful personality. In fact the whole team is great. I can tell they all get along. And amazing customer service. Helped me get the phone I wanted after asking him a boat load of questions and answers. He genuinely was kind all the way and I'm glad to be rocking my new 5G device from them.

Their service were very awesome. I was serve by a professional customer service representative go by the name of steve. He is highly skill and professional. Passionate about customer satisfaction. 👏 👏 bravo. He helped me from a to z with my new phone that got from them that at&t couldn't get activated and Steve managed to do it with me.

Could not possibly get better service than what was provided to us by steve. He knows everything and is only too happy to help. We've had several occasions to call upon them when other outlets have fallen short. We now know better than go anywhere else. Thanks!

Melvin is a wonderful customer service agent. He made things so effortless and greatly assisted with the billions of questions I asked him with patience and explained it quite nicely. Definitely look for him for your transactions and concerns.

Jack was amazing in helping me retrieve my voice message system after a week of getting my new device. He was patient, knowledgeable and really motivated to help me out(I am a senior citizen). My problem was solved! I am so impressed with his expertise, And their phones selections. Phone came in as advertised.

Adam did an awesome job helping me and my family switch over from an old phone to a new one, and made the process of getting new phones seem easy! He was very thorough and made sure all the important details were crystal clear to us. Gladly now me and my family could all enjoy our new 5G smartphones and I'm glad that even my grandparents were happy about the switch from an old 3G flip that is old and dusty to a more modern experience even tho both are about the age of 80!

Being a cell2get customer for the third time purchasing a phone from them I couldn't be more happier! This time I did have an issue with the phone tho, but Adam was so sweet and explained in the most mature way on how he could make my phone up and running back again even tho the purchase was over 2 months ago he was still there for the rescue. I truly adore Adam and cell2get as a company and they will be seeing more purchases from my account with them!

A few days late- however cannot say enough about the associate Jack that assisted me! He was fantastic and answered all my basic questions to help me with my order. Marvin! Marvin! Marvin! I love this man! Too bad he’s married! He solves all my problems, gives me the best service! Gonna miss him for the time being! He is one of the best reasons I stayed with cell2get as a phone merchant for so long. I have placed an order for a phone over 4 months ago and started to have issues with it. After being super honest with them over the phone and talking respectively and letting them know that I need help with the phone I bought from them rather than trying to squeeze out from them (as most shitty people and customers do these days), they really were willing to offer the world for me in return. And so I had sent back my phone so they can inspect the issue I had with it, and turns out that it didn't matter, because they contacted Samsung for me and replaced my galaxy s21 because it was under warranty. Within a week I had a fresh brand new phone from them directly from Samsung and I was super happy!

The whole team was excellent to work with. Great customer service at this online retailer. Adam helped me get the most value for my dollar and solve my problems. The store manager checked in, too, and they were extremely informative and upfront with me throughout the entire order and process that I have made online, just to make sure everything worked correctly. Above and beyond. Great store. This team will keep my business.

I am very technology challenged and had a flip phone for years until it became necessary to switch to a smart phone. Fast forward many years and I’m at the college website to upgrade. The associate who helped me was adam. He was great but became amazing when he believed me when I shared I was clueless about smart phones. I’m an easy target and realize that, but adam simplified everything to where it made sense and made sure I understood. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me.
