Cass Brothers

To begin with, I was invited to provide a review of Cass Brothers via email:

You have recently made a purchase from Cass Brothers.

Sadly, they go it wrong, as my name is Bob. Anyway, I had to chase up Cass Brothers to see where my online order was up to (prepaid) - After I chased it up, I discovered it was not in stock and needed to be ordered from the supplier. That's OK, it would have been nice to have had this communicated to me (finally 5 days later).
And finally the delivery, Allied Express. Well, I had 5 different delivery dates provided. It finally arrived!! BTW, this is the 3rd delivery issue I've had with Allied. Sadly the vendor (in this case Cass Brothers) chooses the delivery company.

Good service as one of their items was not in stock so they emailed me alternatives and delivered on time.

Our order was processed very quickly and the communication for delivery was excellent. Would happily use Cass Brothwrs again

Ordered particular items online. Website was easy to navigate and gave sufficient info to ensure I was getting the item I needed. Easy to purchase on the site.
Was advised promptly that my purchase was ready to collect. The service desk had my piece ready when I arrived.

I can only recommend Cass Brothers Online as a supplier that fully respects its customers and their specific needs and priorities. The item that I needed ASAP and ordered on Monday morning, from their office in NSW, was delivered to my home in Melbourne by lunchtime on Tuesday. In the meantime, I have been receiving confirmations, ensuring me the delivery will be prompt, but I was stunned to see the delivery man in just a tad over 24 hours. A rare and pleasant experience indeed.
