It is wonderful to have an alarm including falls detection that does not need either a landline or a mobile phone and that I can use when away from my house.
The response from the call centre and the office is always very rapid and very polite. The location detection is extremely accurate.
There was a fault in the first unit I received, but it was replaced within a day.
The only minor drawback is that the unit is a bit too bulky to be wearable on the wrist.

When first enquiring about careline I had a very informative conversation with customer services - I managed to convince my mother in law into having an appliance. The ordering , receiving and setting up of the device and online care sheet was as quick and easy as they promised! Very satisfied

The service itself seems good, though we've had problems with the equipment being sent to the wrong address, the billing and delivery addresses being mixed up, and the wrong item being sent.

We are writing this on behalf of my Mum. We persuaded her to use Careline as she lives alone and it gives not only her but us some level of peace of mind to know that she can summon help quickly should she need to.
The service has been outstanding, from our enquiry right up to delivery and set up. It is early days yet but we are sure that in time we will give Careline 365 five stars.

I haven't had to actually use the service and my daughter set it up for me, but she found the process easy and it is good that they have a list of 6 keyholders to contact in the event of an emergency.

The base unit was delivered the next day. All the staff I spoke to were really helpful which put me at ease, especially as the alarm was answered very quickly when I did the initial test.

Absolutely no problem with the equipment and the capability to do the job that it's intended for. I do however have an issue with the administration side of the initial setup. When it comes to registering emergency contact numbers it really falls short. Firstly there is supposed to be a form in the package when it arrives, there wasn't. No problem the leaflet states that this important task can be completed on line, having followed every possible link it became clear that this facility did not infact exist. So the only option left is to phone and request an emergency contact form be sent out, this necessitated speaking to three different individuals. Unnessesary complications to an otherwise efficient system.

Really 'good' answers to questions. I feel that the lines connected by phone need to be explained further...i.e.that although testing shows that a'help' call has been made, there is no-way a person who has fallen/had a stroke could speak to the operators..100m or 300metres could be too far to call-out.
All answers were given in a patient and understanding manner and return of pendants that were found to be unsuitable was easy due to very prompt action by yourselves. Thank you very much Heather Harris.

The information required to set up the form should be able to be accessed as I'm setting it up for my father remotely and I cant get any further now because there's info I dont have. This could occur all the way through the form because I cant see what's required ahead

Ordering easy set up easy testing was easy and operator was more than patient and helpful followed my delivery instructions to the letter as of first couple of weeks everything looking good but as only had Caroline for a couple of weeks time will tellearlydays yet

Excellent service. Ordered over the phone Saturday lunch time and it was delivered on Monday morning. Dad inadvertently unplugged it yesterday and I immediately received an e mail alerting me to the fact. Well done Careline

We had to arrange this very hastily as our elderly relatives very suddenly became I’ll and stopped being self sufficient. It was a stressful time but every stage of the order and installation was painless and all questions were answered by either the FAQs or very quickly by very friendly, very polite staff on the helpline.

Very pleased with our purchase, and very grateful already. The alarm was only set up on Friday, and on Monday my father had a fall in his back garden. Careline called him an ambulance and called me, and he spent the night in hospital. He would not have been found til the next day if he didn’t have the alarm. Absolutely wonderful and kind service, thank you so much.

Well I was hoping to say good only but we cannot get confirmation of account then we can do a sos start and hope it goes well only two weeks and still no message

The pendant/bracelet arrived within 24hrs. Very easy to use and gives much needed reassurance to my elderly mother. Hopefully it will be easy to transfer everything to the sheltered accommodation careline system when it comes up for renewal shortly.

The whole process setting up Careline365 for my mother was very quick, simple & efficient. The unit was delivered promptly the next day & the setting up procedure was conducted very professionally & efficiently. Very pleased, thank you.

I ordered the careline originally for my mum whom within 3 weeks had died. They allowed me to change the remaining time to my mother in law and upgraded it to GPS system for no extra charge. Very Impressed Thank You

I am Pauline's friend and this is my email address as she doesn't have the Internet. She is very happy with the service but was upset when she received a phone call asking for £55 to come out and connect the box when she thought she had already paid the setup fee in the original contract, she found this misleading. I cancelled this for her and was able to set it up myself.

Excellent quick service with very friendly person taking the call. Called mid afternoon to set my mother up and box with everything required was received the following day. Nothing too much trouble ✅

I ordered this alarm online and found it very easy to do. The parcel arrive the next morning and was easy to set up. When I did the test alarms the ladies who o spoke with were all very pleasant and friendly.
