Sleek, attractive designs and a very good customer service
I generally like Caratlane for their sleek and attractive designs. Recently, I am more flattered with their prompt and amazing customer service. I had a couple of issues different times, CaratLane got them fixed as a coverage under warranty. And this time, they also did a price adjustment (after purchase) just because I found another coupon (same day) that could save me better. Wow, I haven't seen any Indian company so far giving such a good customer service. Agree that they have high prices comparatively but I don't mind spending a little high for a good service. Personally,
I think that Caratlane is an example to many Indian companies to show how to value a customer. Kudos Caratlane and team! Way to go guys!

BS and lies
I bought a bangle from them. I live in Canada. Before my purchase I asked 3 different on chat box " will i have to pay taxes and duties in canada " Was told no all is included in price. I went ahead with purchase and followed the updates (which was stuck on your item is being crafted)... Much to my surprise fed ex calls yesterday and asks me who is my custom broker... shipper sent no paper work... i paid caratlane close to 600 dollars for tax and duties and now owe canada 700 dollars... kind of feel like i been scammed... CaratLane have not answered my emails

Faulty product. Harassment for pickup for refund
I had a twisty 8 hoop from Carat Lane online in October 2018. Product was delivered in time, however the hoops which were delivered were not opening and hence could not be worn. We asked for online refund, Mr Furqan convinced us to buy another product and this product will be picked up at home. However our headache started with the refund process, this person came to our house and since we were working we told him to come at 10.30 AM next day, so he said keep your gold ornament with your neighbour. We were aghast at his suggestion. Best part is when we complained to Carat Lane, Ms Ruhi Safiya and Supervisor roughly told us to have kept it neighbours.
CaratLane refused to budge from this stance saying I will do this. Finally they have refused to return and refund.

Will not buy again
I ordered 4 things from caratlane. The size that the website depicts and the actual size are very different.The items were really small. The worst part, I ordered a ring and I got a much smaller size ring, thats not a good fit. Before ordering the ring I had contacted their customer support and CaratLane were not helpful at all when it comes to measurement. They were not clear about the conversion from Indian size to US size. My experience with the customer service was horrible.

I ordered two sets of ear rings from caratlane's website on Sept 20th. Given the pandemic, I was supposed to be receiving my order on Oct 20th. I received it a bit late, but that's besides the point. I tried contacting their customer service, who have been extremely helpless. CaratLane had no information on the order, kept promising to get back via email but never once got an update via email. Since I ordered from the US, I had to stay up late to get a hold of the customer service and still had no help.

Now once I receive the order, I see no bill and no diamond certificate in my package. I have customized the clarity and color of the diamonds and I have no proof of what I got. Also, I do not have a bill to see how I was charged or the weight of the product. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Also, the picture in the catalog/website with the model showcasing the item is completely misleading. The sizes are much smaller than advertised.

Amazing love it...
I never used to purchase gold without my mom's help. This is the first time I purchased gold jewellery online and its awesome experience to purchase... After purchasing it I just shared with her experience n details she was very happy... I never thought buying jewellery would be this much easy. Their customer service is very good and supporting... Got delivered it safely and before date mentioned... Overall happy to be A CARATLANE costumer... Thank you...

Broken Assurance
Hi iam currently living in the United Kingdom. This year in the month of January I ordered a small gem product via Caratlane website. Before ordering I spoke to their agent via chat and got a confirmation of the final price given to me. The final price is inclusive of product cost + customs duty + shipping charges. After receiving the confirmation I ordered the product and received the same in good shape. It was delivered by FedEx. FedEx also handed me customs duty invoice that has not been paid by shipper. I was confused so I called FedEx, CaratLane confirmed that the shipment has been sent to UK without customs duty and I need to pay. I requested FedEx to send this confirmation via email. I then forwarded the email with Invoice attachments to Caratlane representative who gave me written confirmation. He responded via email apologising for the inconvenience and this will be handled by their team. I believed and continued with my life. But since then this issue has been going on, FedEx have handed the case to a Debt collection agency in the UK. The debt collection agency are doing their duty of calling me and asking for the payment of customs duty. It has been 06 months and the issue has not been resolved. Caratlane representative every time via email gives me a confirmation saying this would be resolved, but in no time I get a call or email from debt agency. I am tired of writing email last and answering Caratlane calls and hearing broken assurances. I can provide the order details and email communications between me and Caratlane for authenticity. Definitely it is not a pleasant experience for me and I am doubting the genuinity of the product.

Great experience
I wanted to buy customised diamond pendant and earrings and was having issues buying it on the website. I contacted the CaratLane team and Steve from their team was fantastic. He helped me place the order, answered all my questions patiently and was very quick in his responses. He also made further changes to my orders whenever I asked him for it. It's because of him that I will now be shopping with CaratLane more often. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

What an awesome experience
My first time buying diamond jewellery online and that too from India. What a great experience. Carat lane you guys made it very easy with constant contact, video call to show what I was buying and help with size. Kudos to the whole team. I would definitely recommend buying from carat lane online for overseas customer. Jewellery also came on time as CaratLane have initially confirmed. Very happy with my purchase.

Bed service
Caratlane is cheater. Don't buy from this store. Many bargaining for buying side. Ring size is wrong. He said any size is fit for your finger. For example if you want 11 no. Caratlane is give you 9, 10, 12, 13 any size which is available in store.he said you that this ring is 11 no, but it will be another size.
He give you 14 karate against 18 karate in diamond jewelry. Be caution when you purchase product from this store.

I placed an order prior to lockdown (15. 03. 20) and the price was fixed for 15 days. The country went into a lockdown and the store was closed. Numerous efforts to contact the store manager / dealing hand (Rahul Shukla) proved futile. Even the so called customer care failed to help. Post lockdown the attitude of dealing hand and store manager was pathetic stating that we will charge new price and lockdown is not our fault. When the whole country and Govt can change its policies due to lockdown - is Caratlane an exception. Pathetic treatment. Will never go back to the cheats.

Pendent shopping experience
I was looking out for pendants on trail at home. Mr. Vijayanand bought a few similar pieces that were similar to what I had asked for. And it was really a great support from him from the start till the end and I was looking for 2 similar pendants and he went to the store and got the other one immediately as per my request. I was really happy with the service provided by Mr. Vijayanand. Hope I would really like to shop again.

Try at home
This is my first experience with CaratLane. I was very hesitant to step into a gold shop due to pandemic but had to buy earrings for my daughters. Looked at CaratLane and CaratLane had an try at home option. The whole process was very smooth right from fixing appointment and sending the executive. Mr Santhosh called me and checked for a convenient time and came home. He showed us the designs we selected and got few more similar samples to try. Overall very happy with the service and experience. Thank you Santhosh and CaratLane

Jewellery Missing - Recieved empty packet
Highlighting the issue for not recieving the Jewellery. I have order a jewellery item from Cartlane an online partner of Tanishq on 24 April 2021 and recieved the delivery on 3 May 2021. I have only recieved the invoice copy and not my jewellery on asking the courier guy that where is the item he say Sir I have recieved only this packet which I had delivered to you. I have then and there only make a complaint with the company and share all the details with them over call as well as over email but has not recieved one satisfactory response from there end. CaratLane repetitively said that we are investigating on the matter with the logistic partner and will update you within 5-6 days but it has been more than 6 days not a single update from there end. Now they are saying to file an FIR for the missing item. However, on asking the result of there finding they said nothing to be updated as of now, we are still investigating and will let you know. If still there is any hope please let me know and if there is any support that I can get from the team reviewing these reviews please take my matter to the appropriate authorities within your system and get my issue resolved urgently. Overall good customer service
I am a returning customer and have referred the platform to many of my friends after seamless experiences I have had so far. While the customer service is top notch, very polite and responsive, a couple of things for upper management would be work needed on the application. While it's easiest to browse from the app and even order for Indian deliveries, I think for overseas there's a bit of blocker. While as a user I can swap the country to see the price in relevant currency, it leaves an impression that one can proceed to order as expected only to feel bummed while adding address. Also the collection available for overseas deliveries changes drastically. Similarly it was bit off regarding redeeming points as well. But to reiterate, the customer agents have gone above and beyond to help me each time resolve a query and the rating of a 4/5 would be solely to them. Quality, packaging and design all top notch. 1 star just for back and forth to bother the agents. Definitely would repurchase but hoping the management would work on the small hits and misses

Anniversary Gift
Thank you so much Mr. Rabindra, for taking of that extra step, that extra mile, that personal touch, which turned to be the best deciding factor for this year anniversary of ours ( celebration of 15 years of togetherness on 26th November 2021), I was a bit skeptical about buying or not buying but he put forth all the pros n cons of a gift, which should be given as per its usage also, and crafting lifetime memories are for the whole life is better than anything, so i ordered the Platinum ring for my husband n lucky received on next day of my anniversary, (as i was out of town), logistic guy name forgot kindly excuse, called up to check if he can wait a little longer, but on our request of next day delivery, he rescheduled the delivery next day which was delivered by praveen with care n patiently waited till i opened n checked the product thoroughly,

Nice Product, great customer service and quick delivery
I have ordered on platinum ring. The delivery time showing on the app is 6 days and I need it early. So I thought I should purchase offline. Then I recieved a call from caratlane. The executive name is Foram Shah, she helped me through my purchase and promise to get the delivery done in 4 days and I have received the product in 3 days only. I really appreciate the efforts of Foram Shah.

Just because of this amazing service and response, now I will be a regular customer of Caratlane.

Stay away from this store
If I could give a zero rating to this store. CaratLane are fraud who will take your money and will have you jump through a million hoops. And still wont give your money back. Im talking about canceling an order thet is not even shipped. First they tell me they never got the payment. When I send them proof of payment then they some how are confused about the order number. After that they have no access to cancel the order as its an international order. But they ship internationally. Their return policy says" 15 day cancellation with no questions asked " is a freaking joke as I canceled the order the same day I placed it.

Trustworthy and Reputable
I could not have more than pleased with my experience with Caratlane Jewels. Mr. Danesh executive person from Viviana store Thane was a great help.
I ordered a bracelet with an amazing design but unfortunately it was too delicate for every day wear so had to return it back.
The customer care service was true to its promise on their full refund policy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and has ability to Listen and provide amazing experience for their clients, what Caratlane provides most try to emulate but can't achieve. Finally there is some one trustworthy and reputable.
Mr. Danesh stood true to his word and reassured me that I will get my refund as soon as as possible. I just appreciate how CaratLane conduct business.
This is best summarised by the high level of class pressure free professionalism and wonderful service I have received.

Worst online site for jewellery shopping
I ordered a pair of emerald earing from caratelane website few months ago. I had the worst experience with the delivery of my ordered and when the ordered arrived I realised the earing looked nothing like the one shown in the picture. The emerald used was not stone but glass. Pure cheating. After my repeated request for return of the product nobody responded and refund was done after anther one month that too after several calls and mental torture. These people are highly unprofessional and I would never recommend this site or any of its products.

I purchased this necklace from CaratLane. Received on time but it very very small in size not as the picture. It is x3 smaller compare to the picture advertised on their website! It looks like a child necklace! I contacted customer service CaratLane said that there is no refund or return for international customer I can bring it to India when I come there I am not from India! That means I have to spent money for tickets just to return a $368 necklace it would have cost me cheaper to just make one here!
Please be cautious from this website it a rip off! Necklace is very thin and tiny

Caratlane... Worst place to shop
I ordered a ring from caratlane for my mom's 60th birthday. I was supposed to get d delivery of d product on 28th august, then CaratLane postponed it to 2nd sep, than 4th sep, n today on 5th sep after spoiling the whole birthday surprise they have the odacity to call me n tell to cancel the order if it's not delivered by today. Plus their courier partner people tell me that they will deliver the product if they have a delivery boy else it won't b delivered. Really disappointed. Mr. Ratan Tata, u really need to fix things before claiming to be India's best online jeweller... Because wid this kind of a team u r definitely not d best...

Unfortunately, I am writing to complain regarding a lost Jewelry item from a courier received from the Caratlane Trading on 19.04.2016.

At the outset, please take a note that I had ordered a Mace Gada Pendent, Order No. DEDD4B1A, Invoice No. MUM/16-17/08761 dated 14. 04. 16, On 19.04.2016 I received a WOW Express Prepaid MUMFC vide air bill no. DEDD4B1A. On opening the package I only found an invoice slip however, it did not contain the Jewellery item.
In addendum, I would like to share my concern regarding the missing/lost jewelry. Hence, I find myself into a rather vulnerable and stressful situation with the valuable missing.
Once we contacted Carat lane staff CaratLane are asking us to place an FIR which louses our faith in their website. They have also mentioned that they cannot do anything from their end.
Once the wrap was opened the Brown Tin box didn't had any packing which Caratlane staff have clearly mentioned is the sign of tampering. I am unsure if my money would be returned by them. Please do not buy from this website because if your items is lost you would not get the money. Pathetic service.

Amazing collection but doubtful on the quality
I have ordered my engagement/wedding rings from Caratlane, from their platinum couple bands. The design, the make, delivery and customer service was excellent. But I am so unhappy about the quality. After wearing the rings for a few months, me and my husband started getting itchy rashes on the fingers. Now we are so sad that the rings something that was quite important and memorable for us is of no use to us. We have to watch it from time to time and get satisfied, rather than wearing them. We don't know what to do. It would be good if Caratlane along with their designs and customer service pay a little attention to their product quality as well. Otherwise, customers like me who depend on you to mark a life event with your jewellery would end up regretting it.

Superb Experience
I has requested for a home visit and wanted to see few bracelets. I ended up purchasing two of the same design for myself and my sister.

The second one was to be delivered few days later but since I was traveling Basavaraj ensured that he got it delivered the second one to me the very next day. Basavaraj is an asset to Carat Lane and employees like him make us commit to the brand. Thank you Basavaraj and Sandeep for making this possible..

Rude and disgusting Customer Service
I bought goods worth Rs 43,112 on 5Apr'15 as I was told the prevailing promotion of 30% would also provide me with a lifetime discount for 20%. Despite the salespersons assurances that the card would be sent to me within 1 month, I am yet to receive the card as on 30Aug'15.

I have visited the shop (Ambience Mall, Gurgaon) 3 times, each time having to verify my request, and was informed each time that CaratLane would revert. No response has ever been received from the company and my emails too have gone unanswered.

Upon my visit today, I was again told by the salesperson (Ashutosh) that they will revert. Upon asking to see someone senior, I was rudely informed by the manager (Hitesh) that he was too busy and I could 'do whatever I wanted'.

I am disgusted by the level of service, complete lack of professionalism and care, the rudeness shown by the staff and am convinced that the company made me buy large amounts with false promises.

Best jewellery shopping experience ever!
We recently bought engraved platinum rings for each other from Caratlane & had an astounding experience. Rabindra our consultant was very humble and stayed in regular contact until the day the rings reached our doorstep. I must say the service and the process was commendable. Rabindra is well trained and definitely not the one who misguides customers just to SELL. We do recommend Caratlane for shopping.

I had an AWESOME experience walking into Himayat Nager carat lane. Honest to god truth I was perplexed thinking of buying platinum as I am used to buying gold and platinum just looks very different but the warm welcome that I received from the staff (Miss Nisha) and the way I was guided and education about the each and every ornament that I struck my eyes on helped me finalize my purchase. I would definitely recommend carat lane to all.

Incomplete info! Wasted my purchase
These ppl have the most inaccurate description on their website! I ordered a diamond earring which in the pic showed a women wearing it and if correct size! When the item arrived it was so small that it will look too tiny for a 1 year old. It said free returns so when I contacted them CaratLane say I should visit a store in India and return even if I purchase it in USA. Useless customer care doesn't know what are they talking

However its been over 60 days I am yet to receive the same and when I inquired about the same I was told that the item had been inadvertently been delivered to another person.

This was a gift for my niece and I wanted to gift it to her and because of this I had to cut a very sorry figure infont of her.

Now i will never purchase any product for caratlane company and no advised anyone to purchase you product.
