Needed to purchase a new SIM card for my Snooper Sat nav and was told I would get a £20 refund if I returned the old one. Still waiting for that but it’s only been a couple of days since I sent it.
Delivery was fast and now my sat nav is back in action.

Had problems with my just 12 months old sat nav first guy I spoke to was no help at all think second guy was the same no help third time different person was more helpful cost £70 for new card got to ring again no return address for old card yet to try updating maps hopefully it'll work this time

Had to buy a new SD card for updated mapping on my Snooper Truckmate navigation as I was told my old one was corrupted for some reason. Like a previous review stated so much for lifetime updates, and after shelling out £80 for new SD card I now have no speed camera warning data. However I paid for next day delivery and it did arrive the next day as promised.

good packing and some times good prices for branded products.
never received the freebie air freshener. they haven't sent them in previous years order ether.
watch the prices, sometimes the sale is good but they always have a sale on, its marketing bs. so i price check instead. currently good prices for some things that are discontinued.
responded to questions about products previously. did take a while i think. always used paypal when ordering for protection.

Life time map updates!!! the last three times i have not been able to upload the mapping so have had to get the sd card sent back and up graded at cost to me £20. This latest time was told for the first time the snooper s8000 ventura mapping has to be up dated twice per year ! strange as i was never told this for the last five years so had to get a replacement sd card £75. So much for life time map updates.

1st satnav went missing, second arrived unusable with wrong software preloaded. I’ve spent hours and hours on the phone and now had to pay £200 for the pleasure of returning a useless item. As I leaving for Europe in a few days this is too much stress

Recided a product on an unsealed box that had obviously been used or displayed previously. The speakers were very dusty and the tweeter box damaged. Customer service were unhelpful and didn't seem to think there was an issue even when I supplied photos of the dust on the speaker cones and within the rubber surrounds.

Ordered a set of Kenwood speakers for a Renault - these were heavily discounted with free delivery - genuine speakers delivered quickly and the sound quality is excellent - reliable company - will definitely be ordering more audio equipment from this company in the future

I received a package of speakers from Car Audio Centre that were not sealed. The box had obviously been opened as the drivers were full of dust and there was even some dried foliage in there. The package the tweeters in had been crushed and punctured, luckily not harming the cones. I had no choice but to fit them that day. I sent in photographs as customer services advised, but they were very unhelpful and did not offer any refund for the time it took me to clean them before installation. I will not be using Car Audio Centre again.

The subwoofer I ordered was amazing but there was just one problem it came with these safety balls and they got trapped in the coil of the subwoofer so I had to sit there and get them all out and then they went every but the shipping was ok and delivery was amazing so all good

Bought a Pioneer head unit from them as I have Pioneer speakers in my car. I simply tested the new head unit to check that it worked okay and to establish the sound quality and for whatever reason the sound is worse than my current head unit which is years old at this point. After sending an email with no reply I rang car audio to ask for the procedure to send back the item and get a refund when I was told that 'I can't get a refund just because I don't like it'. The guy was extremely unhelpful and essentially said to call trading standards. So that is where I'm at with it at the moment. The worst Customer Service I've ever received, buy with caution because if you're not satisfied with the product they don't care and won't refund you. Poor business and was apparently the General Manger I spoke to. Dodgy. Think twice I would.

I'm very pleased with the unit I bought. It was straight forward to install and sounds great. I was surprised when it arrived as I hadn't had an email to say that it had been despatched but the delivery was quick which was lovely.
I'll definitely use this company again.

I read many reviews which a couple of them was negative, I've notice the negative was old ones, mostly for delivery time which I didn't care about that.
I couldn't create account so I call them, customer service respond fast, was very helpful and I made online order after.
I've ordered an Pioneer amp, it came with the best price everywhere even in Europe, plus gift a wire kit.
Delivered in 3 days in really good package.
I haven't install the amp yet so I don't know how they will respond in the event of faulty amp.
If everything goes ok I believe this store is one of the best all over stores in UK.
I'll definitely buy from them in the future.

They responded very quickly to my request for information prior to making a purchase. And the good arrive very quickly so full marks for that. But the information provided was not correct. They sold me an item I didn't need and they didn't sell me something I did need. And part of one of the items was missing and they have not replied to my emails about that. So I have to go out to another store and but the missing part and the item that I needed to complete the job that they did not advise me I needed.

HE WAS VERY PATIENCE IN TAKING ME THROUGH THE STAGES
WITHOUT HIS HELP I WOULD SPENT WEEKS GETTING IT RIGHT. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER YOU BUY. CAN PRAISE ENOUGH

I haven't rec'd an invoice for the Dash Cam.
The instruction leaflet is a joke! It might be ok for a Liliputian to read but I am 88 years old and cannot decipher it. I might have bought the dash cam at a discount and might be saving money on it but I cannot understand a company with your reputation producing such a tiny leaflet. A lot of us "oldies" still do other things and are not computer literate! I bet that I get no response about this matter!

My order was received in good time and well packaged. I have just finished installing the radio which is exactly what I wanted and ordered. It offers excellent sound quality.
Before purchasing the radio I spoke with Car Audio Centre customer service which was very user friendly. I was offered advice which was most helpful in making my decision on the radio make and model. Thank you.

Very easy company to deal with, next day free delivery, great price. After sales issue dealt with immediately, no hassle, or arguing, just immediate apology and rectification. Deal with UK company, and get first class service. 👍👍👍👍👍

I ordered the lead via Road Angel and paid for next day delivery only to find that it arrived via Royal Mail 48hr delivery, I ended up paying over £29 for what I thought was a Road Angel lead, not happy.
Why ask me to fill in my email address when you have sent me this by my email address.

I received my replacement card for my snooper Ventura very speedily. Good, hence five stars, but am very disappointed that I have spent £50 or on something that is no longer of much use to me. I have had the sat nav for a good while, using it caravanning, especially to Caravan and Motorhome Club sites. Now the data for those sites is no longer held, I am told it is a licensing issue. Shame, had I known I would not have bothered. I intend seeking out a sat nav that will do the job for me. Thanks anyway.
