Unfortunately, very disappointed with the result. I needed the entire photo, as presented in the clear, not stretched to the sides. Now I understand, and perhaps you folks did ask for this prep in the instructions...I needed to leave extra photo on all sides for stretching over the wood, so the actual area of what I wanted is correct in the front. The outcome on your product is the viewable photo is way too tight in terms of composition. Not pleasing at all. Does this all make sense and do you understand my thinking? Frankly, I would like to submit a new version with more area for stretching. My hope, especially knowing that your pricing is somewhat hefty, is that you will redo and send the new version x2 copies, as orginally purchased. What say you, and thanks. Jeff 973-992-9875

This is my third time ordering from canvas prints, I absolutely love the product and will definitely be ordering again soon. The only negative is they ship with FedEx lol. I pay extra for for faster shipping and it's always a week wait? Otherwise I love the product 👌

I ordered 2 photos, one 24" x 36" & 30" x 30". The 24x36 is great the 30x30 is very blurry. The AD clearly said free shipping over $150, I was not given free shipping. I contacted the company they gave me a coupon code, however, I was already using that coupon code so it didn't help the situation. They replied again saying the free shipping was discontinued for a while. However, as stated it clearly stated free shipping over $150. I spent over $150 even when using the one coupon code.

The online ordering process was much more user-friendly compared to an online competitor. The canvas prints turned out well and I am satisfied with them. I would, however, suggest better packaging materials. The flimsy butcher block paper did not sufficiently buffer the prints during shipping. The box arrived with a dent and that made the three prints kind of smash into one another and caused some distortion of the canvas on two of the three prints. Not a deal breaker, but sad to see. There should be bubble wrap between the prints and also wrapped around them all within the box. Butcher block paper does nothing to protect the prints. It's a waste of paper.

Assuming these are delivered this is an awesome deal - you get free 8x8 canvas photos and all you pay is shipping? pretty much a great deal. Even if you divide it down I bought 4 for 24 bucks - that's $6 per canvass with free shipping essentially. Pretty great deal

I have ordered so many prints from canvas prints, the quality is exceptional. My precious husband of 32 years passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly on August 29,2021 and I have ordered so many canvases of him and I cherish every one of them! ????

I recently chose a picture for printing by canvasprints. During the processing of the order, there was a slight misunderstanding of how the picture would be positioned on the canvas. When I received the canvas, I noticed the issue and wrote to canvas prints to see what could be done to correct the issue. Kyla received my request and took immediate action to resolve the matter. I appreciate canvasprints and especially Kayle Toney for her help in getting my daughter and son-in-law's wedding picture printed, The final product looked great!

Extremely disappointed, poor material for the canvas print and poor quality also be aware false advertisement regarding the 100 money back warranty. I wish I could have rate this company a 0 start. Customer service blames everything on the picture resolution, my point is this DONT DO THE WORK if you see that the resolution is poor!!! most of us upload pictures from the phone , what do mean picture is not done professionally!! I was lucky to get a store credit BUT NO MONEY BACK

The canvas print quality is excellent.
However, the print image was not centered on the frame before being stapled.
The image is centered left to right but is almost a half inch too low. The image has a vignette edge so it takes more care than a mass-produced product.
Will NEVER order anything from you again.

The canvases came out beautifully, I had them made of our Rocky who died last year and the other furbabies, and seeing those pictures of him and other was beautiful and emotional. I will be using them again fir other projects. I ordered the hardware.They arrived ready to hang.

Our prints from Canvas Prints were beautiful. The price was amazing as well. I wanted to get prints of another grandson’s graduation but the photographer had them locked down so you had to use their service. It would have been 15 times as much as Canvas Prints. No way. Went with plain color print on paper. Highly recommend these guys!

The print was excellent with the exception of about 7 very small white specks that appears didn't print. Other than that it was stretched well on the frame and the quality of the print was good. I will be contacting you about the white specs since they are obvious.

I recently had a large art piece (40" x 60") printed by Canvas Prints and I had several questions for them about the edge wrap parameters. The staff was available and extremely helpful in answering my questions, and they coordinated my requirements beautifully with the pre-press and production groups. The piece was printed and stretched perfectly, and I received it within the time they had quoted. I couldn't ask for a better response from this company!

Now here is a company that stands by their satisfaction guarantee. I had a print made of a dark scene. To be clear - the issue was that my image was too dark. The image was brighter on my monitor of course, but the issue is not the fault of CanvasPrints. Still - when I called to inquire about a possible discount in re-printing, they allowed me to submit a brighter version of the scene and reprinted at no cost to me.
The quality of their work is impeccable, and now I know that their customer service and satisfaction guarantee earns 5 stars as well.

Very dissatisfied with the attention to detail of my order. After taking the canvas out of the box I quickly noticed that the top of the photo was cut out, as well as the heads of the people in the photo. Needless to say, I couldn't give it as a gift as I planned too. What a disappointment.

Shipping overseas to military facilities for FPO/APO is outrageous, espy when Amazon ships for free . Shipment in my case cost almost twice the cost of my canvas, not acceptable but unfortunately not much competition - I guess you could say the whole supply and demand 👍
If I’m in the states then not an issue at all, shipping would’ve been free. I say that to say, the actual product was great!!! Thank you.

The customer service is amazing. I used both the phone number to call with my questions and the chat function. Both times my questions were answered thoroughly with detail, promptness and care. I am extremely satisfied with the end products. I ordered 2 11x14 canvases of both the inside and outside of a Broadway theater from my favorite show Moulin Rouge and I am amazed at the quality. I’m thrilled that I used them for these important canvases.

I paid an extra $15 for next day (which is confusing because it means next day they will start working on it) then I was told it was going to be here on Monday - it is Wednesday. This was supposed to be a mothers day gift. Not using this company again.

The colors were great, and the blanket was very soft. It was a fairly nice size as well. The picture quality was a bit soft and could have been sharper, but that may have been due to the large size of the product and a photo that wasn't high resolution. Overall it was a satisfactory item with very quick shipping and I would order from this company again.
