The product boxes sometimes don't look like what I get from the vet, so not sure if it's any different. Also the chews seem quite hard, from the vet CanadaPetCare are soft, again not sure if these are same or not. But the price is amazing and never had any shipping issues and my dog scarfs them down hard or soft so I guess as long as it works it's fine. No flea issues And she always passes her heartworm test so guess it's working.

I have been purchasing from CanadaPetCare for several years now and have always been happy with its products and the reasonable delivery time. (I have noticed, though, that I still do find ticks on my cat's neck periodically, so apparently the product (Frontline Combo) is not totally fail safe.

I have been a customer for quiet a long time and I am very upset, because I wanted to log into my account so that I can earn my points in a $410 purchase! Unfortunately after asking 2times for a account / password reset e-mail…. I had no chose but to log in and use your website as a " guest". The agent wasn't any help when I needed assistance. Having a brain injury disability better assistance would be greatly appreciated. Customers shouldn't have to pay wait this long for a password reset email. Now I lost out on my points. It's not right. Not happy.

I always buy things company because CanadaPetCare have the best prices on dogs flea and tick. Medicine. I have four dogs so you can only imagine how expensive it is to buy an oral medication for them but with this company I can afford it so that they can be happy thank you very much Canada pet care

I have been using Canada Pet Care for years and have always experienced excellent service. I live in the US and CPC saves me hundreds a year in unnecessary vet bills in order to provide my dog with preventative care. I just make sure to order in advance because of snail mail.

Your site is easy to navigate and I am able to shops with you and obtain great discounts! Such a bonus when I have two sister dogs and only one income! Besides I don't go to the vet all the time and a prescription is not necessarily required for flea meds! Such a bonus! Thank you so very much CPC! U!

I love this company, not only do CanadaPetCare have great prices on their products, but they always offer a discount on top of their already low prices. If I ever need assistance, they are quick to answer the phone in person and are very courteous and quick to resolve the issue at hand.

I stumbled across this site a few years ago. Their prices can't be beat. I showed my vet what I received and told him what I paid. He told me not to lose this website, even he can't get medications at this price.

So glad I found this site. I was able to easily find and order the NexGard I needed and chat with customer service to answer a few questions I had. Prices were the best when comparing with the other pet stores and I did not have to get a vet's prescription! Very pleasant experience!

Products are fine, price is OK. Why do CanadaPetCare need my phones location? No idea. Do they need to be able to send me notifications? No they don't. Getting tracking notifications would be fine but they like to send marketing emails so I'm sure Id get a daily reminder for sales that are occurring on an item that I buy on a yearly basis...

I have been ordering from them for years. We have made multiple switches over the years and CanadaPetCare have always been so helpful with my order. I have never had an issue with shipping or what came in the order. Sometimes they place two 6 months in one 6 months box but that is to assist in keeping shipping cost down. My cats and dogs never have fleas, have always tested negative for Heartworms. Very satisfied

Great Rewards program and great prices! I'm glad I found CanadaPetCare.com. I was a little hesitant when I placed my first order because I was unfamiliar with the company, but the prices could not be beat. It turned out I had nothing to worry about. Customer service was very helpful in answering my questions. Now I am a customer for life. I've referred my friends and family. Everyone has been thrilled.

Not sure where there is an explanation on applying reward points. Looks like I cannot receive both coupon savings and reward points? Also, lost my original order when I did some inquiry of other products and had to start over a couple of times, even though I got the "success" green light to continue.

I tried to check out eight times, each try I hit the "confirm" button for correct shipping address, and the window wouldn't close after I hit "confirm." Extremely annoying. Please fix your website. This isn't my first order with you, my address hasn't changed, I don't know why the check out process took 30 minutes.

I am reordering Revolution for my dogs today. There prices are great. I've saved a lot of money by ordering from here. This is my second order and will definitely be ordering again. I live in the USA and it's the same product I've bought from US stores. I also send my receipts to the manufacture as I'm in their rewards program.

Absolutely love the easy website, the points system, and the variety of medications offered. Shipping understandably takes a little longer to get here but with 10% off and a bunch of points, I just got six months of heart worm prevention at a price that makes me very happy.

Easy shopping and check out. Looking forward to seeing how long it will take to receive. I tried ordering from another site and my order got stuck at customs for over a month and then was deemed not deliverable and CanadaPetCare sent it back to the company. Meanwhile, my neighbor ordered and got hers within a week... different products but still, why offer something if customs won't let it through and why have Canada in your name if you are not in the country.? Hopefully this company is better. So far so good.

Intuitive website with a really comprehensive selection of products to suit my pets' needs. I saved a lot of money by stocking up on my dogs' and cats' flea & tick meds. Delivery was tracked, I received communications promptly and delivery was quick. Thank you!

The checkout would not allow the $8.80 in rewards points to be used after I redeemed them successfully. I did use the NEWYR20 promo but would have liked to been able to use my rewards on top of that. The system should say one or other or you can't use multiple. Did not see the rewards was not taken off until after I placed the order.

No problems other then could not find the same flea/tick treatment for my 2 cats that I had previously ordered from you called Broadline Spot On Solution. So I went with Revolution. I really liked the way Broadline was administered. CanadaPetCare made it very easy for me to apply since my cats are feral.

Sometimes this site is very helpful and other times it really isn't. Seems you can't always just re-order what you may have ordered only a few months back, for no reason and then customer service acts like CanadaPetCare never even carried the item. It's in my order history so clearly I did order it through here. I may need to re-consider ordering through Chewy or petcarerx. Sometimes the cost savings isn't worth the hassle.

I'm VERY thankful for this website. Save a great deal of money. Ease of ordering is very much appreciated. But because CanadaPetCare do not require prescriptions from vet. Pet owners should make sure these medications were prescribed before & your pet is tolerant of the meds.

Your site was very easy to use & with the 20% Cyber Monday discount, it was definitely the best price. I really like the fact that you allow me to choose shipping with tracking. I was however confused about the $10/40 reward points for creating an account. I did that, clicked the button for reward points, & got a pop-up stating the discount was applied, but I did not see a $10 reduction in my cost. Did I do something wrong? Thanks!

Canada Pet Care has saved me hundreds of dollars for basic care (worming, flea and tick prevention) for the many foster cats and kittens I've had over the past few years, I'm so glad that I discovered the website and I tell all of my foster friends about it!

From a previous order, I was told to enter "CPCNEXT" for an extra 15% discount. I entered this code and it was not recognized. Also, previous order never arrived which necessitated my calling Canada Pet Care and a second order was eventually sent. I am ordering early so hopefully this order will arrive in a timely fashion.
