Being completely new to camping stoves I bought a Gaz 2 ring stove with grill. and paid for express shipping. This was fine but the gas bottles recommend for cooker are not compatible with the regulator they sent...it's very confusing and after paying for cooker plus 80euro for a camping Gaz bottle we arrived at site to find regulator not compatible with the bottle...so be careful as it seems the cooker works just as well on any bottle gas with the right regulator. Why print the recommended bottle on cooker box then supply a regulator that doesn't fit it without telling you??? Crazy. Then just to finish the whole sorry tale the regulator was broken. Seems like old stock they wanna ditch??? Because it was a Gaz cooker with Gaz bottled gas and a free Calor propane regulator? Faulty one to boot. Their response was you gotta read all the small print, except that's very annoying when it invalidates the big print . Why didn't they say free regulator doesn't fit the recommended Gaz bottle as stated on cooker? Big con.

Ordering was easy, no problems.
Delivery was fast but it was left in my driveway by the delivery company without them even knocking on my door.
The metal fabrication on the unit itself is very flimsy and easily damaged.
There was some small rust patches and scratches on the unit when it was unpacked.

Deliver with in 5 days love cooking with as I am a chef I am very impressed the only problem is the bag didn't last 2 min and the ignition didnt work but a great bit of kit

I bought a caravan water heater and I received the wrong chimney flue. I sent it back and received the same wrong size. I then had to go and buy the correct chimney flue from another supplier. As you know gas fitters are very hard to find. I have now being charged for three visits and my daughter has missed her holidays in the caravan.

To whom it may concern,
the appliance a barbecue arrived broken. LId dented and nobs broken. As of yet i have had no contact regarding replacement or refund.

Product arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. Had no problem in connecting up the gas and the patio heater started up first go. There was some initial smoke coming out of the top of the heater but figured that was just a part of turning it on for the first time.
I also got the cover for the patio heater and that works great in protecting it from the elements.

I have just sent a message to Hamilton gas products in the UK whom I assume is a sister company to the Calor has Ireland?
Anyhow, the delivery was good but the product arrived (400 sg campingaz stove) without any leg/stand supports so I have asked for these to be delivered. This was unfortunate as it made use of the product for a camping weekend to be very unsafe around kids.

I ordered the wrong item, saw my mistake the following day, phoned their customer service, they rectified the mistake I made and 3 days later I received my order in the post....5 out of 5.

My order was delivered within two days. After assembling the patio heater, I found I had a problem with the ignition switch. I rang the manufacturer's number (Sahara) given with the instructions and a lady walked me through the issue. She gave me an alternative to using the ignition switch so that I could use the patio heater that weekend, while she sent out a new piece that arrived promptly. Very happy with heater, great heat from it and very happy with the service from Calor and the manufacturer.

Item had signs of been previously opened. Scrapes on the inside of parasol. Cage bent in places. New uneven tape on box. Couldn't be bothered complaining.

The BBQ I purchased was badly damaged. I know that isnt your fault but it was disspaointing. Your customer service was very good in fairness in reolving the issues.
Overall i'm dissapointed with the prurchase as the gas bottle you recomend on your website doesnt fit in the BBQ housing also the BBQ is advertised on yiur website as having a gauge fitted that indicates the level of gas in teh bottle. I still havent recived this or the damaged parts!

Parts were well packed, glass well protected.
Some of the plastic protective film was very difficult to remove.
One corner of the bottom plate, leg, was slightly bent and will need a small wedge to make it stable.
I wished to surprise my wife with a completed heater on her new patio, otherwise I may have contacted Calor at the time for a replacement. If it is possible to get a replacement bottom plate I may disassemble and reassemble my heater at a later date.
There were 3 triangular cut-offs of steel, approx 1 cm in size that had not been removed and were stuck to the blue plastic protective film. They were sharp but were disposed of without a problem. Quality control issue for your supplier?
I feel the instructions for the construction of this heater could be greatly improved. Larger, clearer diagrams would be a good start.
I tested this heater on a warm afternoon and it did radiate a good deal of heat. I will need to test on a damp late evening to see how effective it really is.

Delivery was prompt and in line with expectations. Product is very impressive and easy to install. The only issues I had were the middle burner is difficult to light and the cooling rack arrived dented. See pic attached

Great products and easy to find accessories on the website. Held back a star due to poor packaging. A very heavy gas burner send in an oversized box without protective packaging. Just luck the items were not damaged. Box was a mess.

Very easy ordering process with a good selection of products to choose from. Quick delivery and good email communications with Company. Delivery man delivered heavy product as I wasn’t at home; well done to him.

Purchased a 13Kw Patio Flame tower heater on line. The igniter/ burner section did not work, I was asked questions such as, " Did you put the battery in, is it in the correct way ". Then between Calor / Outback saying the other was responsible it two weeks of e-mails to get proper responce, which was " we don't have another one in stock we'll pick it up and refund you. A month wasted

BBQ arrived quickly and I can't wait to try it out. However I've been to multiple outlets now and I can't get a 6kg gas cylinder to fit inside it. Not an issue I was expecting....
