Shipment hasn't arrived yet. The website says it was to be delivered yesterday then today...I purchased because the reviews were great. Said fast delivery, that doesn't seem to the the case for me. Will not order from this site again. I'ved waited over 7 days for nothing! Although my credit card has been charged and they've received their money, I still haven't received my order.

I placed an order on a Tuesday and I never received any correspondence for 3 days on when or if the order was shipped. After several emails to customer care I was finally informed that they over sold the item I purchased on that day and that they just received a shipment of the product and it would be shipped that day. The problem I have with this is I should have been informed that the shipment was delayed because it was out of stock.

Outstanding company!! I have purchase from them monthly for the past 4 years or more. They always have what I need. Customer service is extremely helpful and nice. The whole site is Quick and easy 😊 The products I buy are excellent, it’s definitely a high quality shop! Absolutely buy from them, you won’t be sorry 😀 My products arrive at my door in a plain box, neatly packaged and it always comes with a printed receipt. You can’t get better than that.
The only downfall in my opinion would be the Shipping. It used to take 3 days, so quick! Now it can take up to 5-10 days depending really on how quickly it gets to UPS. If you spend over $125 dollars you do get free shipping. However, in my opinion there should be a better Loyalty program for their long standing customers who have been with their company for at least 8mo. or longer & spend at least $90 dollars or more per order. If you meet that guideline or something like this then you should automatic receive free shipping, or a special discount, something other than the .01 cent on the dollar spent as an incentive to keep coming back. For me saving a $1.49 on my next order just seems rapacious. I always spend over a hundred dollars in my orders and like I said I have been shopping with the company for many years. For me personally, I would buy twice a month or more if I knew my orders would be here in 3 days, or there was a special rate or discounts for their long standing Loyal Patron’s. Overall this is hands down my #1 place to buy my Vaping products.

5 stars because I am in a restricted state where the US mail will not allow these products to be sent. My order was 5 bottles (buy 4 get 1 free!). So it was shipped by UPS with no problem and very quickly! The product itself is high quality, nice flavor, smooth finish. Thanks!

Happy to find a site who had my product available. Happy to find a company that was able to ship to my address. Everything arrived quickly and without any confusion or issues. I'm very please with this company and plan to continue doing business with them.

I was extremely happy with my first order. It was shipped out the same day and I received my order the next day. I placed my second order a few days ago and I’m still waiting for it to be shipped but it is a holiday weekend so I’m sure that’s the reason. My order was exactly what I ordered and I was very happy with the product.

I have been purchasing these specific vapes from a nearby store of mine at a large loss, they charged way over standard pricing for these, and sometimes we would get one and it was a dud or had a much shorter life, so we decided to switch to purchasing them directly from the source. The first two we opened from the 10-pack put the ones from the store to shame, they were so fresh and so flavorful, but since opening 3 others, they seem to also be duds and taste half-potent, so 2 of out the 5 we have opened are good, but the others taste bad. Buying 10 at 10 a piece though seems to be much cheaper, it still is a gamble because we don't know if the ones we buy will work properly or not.

Took a week to ship, you used to have priority mail delivery if a certain amount was spent. Now it’s UPS ground the slowest and very unreliable shipper. Now it’s a 10 days since I ordered. UPS had a delay, it was out for delivery today but they didn’t bother, 20 minutes on the phone and UPS says I should get it tomorrow. I spent over $180 I would think you could use a better carrier. This was my final order with you. I’ve found another company.

Needed to replenish my pods and decided to try Pods Now and not only do they offer discounts on larger orders their shipping is outrageous, I got it in two days. So if you are on the fence, come on over and give them a try, you will not he disappointed....

I have been buying from here for some time now and I love the customer service. The shipping is super fast. The prices are comparable and in line with other companies. They have sales and deals that are really nice and they offer a large array of products for you to choose from. I'm super happy with this company.

1) Best prices I can find anywhere (in MA prices are literally $30 more for the same pack)
2) It for real takes 2-3 days MAX to have my order delivered. Once I had it in my mailbox within 24 hours.
Price + shipping speed are incredible, I've been buying from here for ages and plan to keep buying on this site for as long as I still vape:)!

I give my vuse pods 10 stars. I give the shipping and delivery time 10 stars. The only reason I put 4 stars is I wish I didn't have to spend so much to get free shipping. I think $100.00 would be much better. But BPN will always get my business over the actual vuse site.

the spped of delivery and response is awesome. the variety is great too so are the prices. i found two different tastes that i m sticking to, but i d try and see if you have different ones. so i was wondering if maybe giving a discount for sample tastes is possible. instead of wasting money and hoping to like them, maybe charge less for sample sizes etc.

I would like you to have more specifications about the ingredients and if the products are being regulated by authority in charge of this kind of products.
I like Lava 2 so much but some times I’m afraid of what I’m consuming in this disposable vapes.
I have also receive some products with no flavor o empty and did say anything because it’s so frustrating to have to send them back and make all the return process.

Buy Pods Now is the best online vape site and I won’t buy anywhere else now. They have the fastest shipping and never has anything I ordered suddenly become back ordered. I find this happening a lot on other vape sites. Thank you BPN for exceeding my expectations!

I have been a long time customer and have received packages of Pods after packages of Pods that do not have any menthol taste or have the burnt taste. I called to complain they said that they cannot eat anymore expensive cost to refund customers money. I guess it’s gotten financially ridiculous to sell half ass product. I have taken my business to another company and have had no issues.

The price for my Vuse pods has gone up. I was ordering them from BuyPODSNow because of the price and convenience. Now with shipping, the price is the same as buying them at the gas station around the corner. Also, I placed my last order on 5/13/2022 and didn't get any updates about my order until I reached out to your support. I didn't receive my order until today 5/24/2022. I'm probably not going to order from you anymore

While I know they can't control what their shipper does they can control who they ship with and for the past several months the shipper is horrible. The packages never ever arrive on time if you pay the $35 to get it next day or even 2 day. The ground shipments are almost always delayed or lost and take up to 10 days to arrive and UPS can't even give updates on their shipment like they do with other vendors. I am once again left wondering where my package is almost a week after placing an order.
