They had a sale going on labor day weekend so called and talked to the sales guy and he talked me In to just paying for it in stead of putting it on a credit card money was tight but it would save me money in the end so I payed in full. Well let's say they won't return my call and I got scammed out of a 3000 bumper.

Ordering the bumper was very easy however, when receiving the order there wasn't a information package on how to modify my trucks existing bumper for the fit of the new and it was missing the bolts to bolt the bumper to the wench plate I called the bumper store and Bumper Superstore gave me the number to the vendor and left numerous msgs with no response how ever the quality of the bumper is great

Great! from the company employees to the delivery driver, everyone was helpful courteous and set clear expectations that Bumper Superstore met or exceeded. The same day I ordered a bull guard from another company and the experience has been a train wreck. I will go back to the BumperStore.com site for anything I need in the future. Customer service is huge to me and they knocked it out of the park.

Fairly easy to navigate. However I had to bounce back to the manufactures website to confirm the part number. The bumper I ordered fits the GMC Sierra as well as a Chevy Silverado. When I filtered on this website, the bumper I wanted did not show up until I searched for the part number directly. This website showed it only as a GMC part. Hammerhead shows it fits both GMC and Chevy models.

Its better to go direct, bumper superstore is a go between and there customer servise is disrespectful and uncaring. Bumper Superstore told me turn around would be 2 weeks so gave them 3 weeks no communication and had to threaten dispute before they would reply and there reply was go ahead they will deny. In the end had to go direct with the manufacturer and the process took 6 weeks before i received? Y product.

I ordered a BODY ARMOR TR-19339 HILINE SERIES FRONT BUMPER TOYOTA 4RUNNER 2016-2020 and I received the same part #, but says 2015-2019 Toyota 4Runner Hiline Front Winch Bumper. The part won't fit the truck per the body shop and I have requested to return so I can receive a refund. Disappointing as I have to now order a new part. Hopefully Bumper Superstore don't stick me with shipping since they sent the wrong part!

Very disappointed on my order. I ordered the body amor bumper with lights and didn't get my lights in until a month or so later. Never told me the lights were on back order until 2 weeks after getting the bumper. And when I were suggested a different set of lights Bumper Superstore then said I can't get it so why suggest if they knew they weren't gonna send them to me? Never ordering here again. Communication was horrible

The website is not user friendly at all, especially with me using my IPhone to place the order. Thankfully I was able to speak with a sales person over the phone that was very helpful. His friendliness and help in deciding what bumpers would work best for my needs is probably the only thing that made the sale, his name was Cody. I was disappointed that no discounts were offers for ordering both a front and rear bumper.

The order was shipped and received promptly. Everything high quality and exactly as I expected. My only gripe is that I feel the installation directions could have been a little more thorough. I tried to keep up with them but at the end of the day I felt it was easier to just drop the directions and go for it myself. Everything on the bumper itself was well thought out and easy enough to understand where everything goes.

Spent thousands of dollars on a bumper and accessories only to get the wrong item, for the wrong vehicle and none of the accessories. Been waiting for over a week to get return information to have this corrected and getting nothing. Called at least a dozen times, voicemail boxes are full and sat on hold for hours. Very frustrating considering the amount of money I've spent. This won't happen again, I'll go somewhere else.

I was very disappointed to find that, after paying $600 shipping to get this bumper shipped to Alaska, it was not the bumper that was pictured (the picture was of a solid bumper, with welded seams). Had I known that it was not a solid bumper, I would not have bought it for this particular vehicle, nor would I have paid so much for it. There were many cheaper ones that I passed up for this one because I wanted a solid bumper

Your website wouldn't accept my payment by card that is good. Your website said info I provided was incorrect. I checked and resubmitted three times. No problem on my end and I despise PAY [Pal because Bumper Superstore support violent racist and Fascist domestic terrorists who are burning our cities and murdering Americans. I only still had my PP account because I haven't got around to closing it. I don't conduct business with traitors.

I attempted to order a track bar from this company the advertisement said in stock ships within 2 to 3 days, when i submitted credit card info and completed order the shipping time turned into 3 to 4 weeks, i called and got nothing but automated voice leave a message boxes. I then sent a rather negative email but still completing order, again no response, its company's like this that keep others thriving, customer service= 0

EZ navigation of the web site best price and Bumper Superstore answered the phone (about the model and Questions I had) unlike the the other guys on the web...The National chain said they couldn't even get it for 4 weeks had to ship it to their store or pay additional $125.00 for home delivery ... Bumper Superstore had it in stock and shipped it right away to my home for Free and gave $50 Bucks off at check out! That's how you do Business!

Called again this morning.. the gentleman was somewhat Busy ... Rude ( maybe because he was busy??) was on hold for 16 mins until phone went dead.. called again .. this were progressing slow so I ordered on-line... paid extra $31.00 sales tax and the bumper was $50 cheaper on e-bay.. I hope it arrives before Christmas.. and I made the right choice, choosing this business......

Luck has it we have affiliations in the USA. You do not ship internationally which really limits your market however I am using a supplier in the USA to trann ship to Australia.
As an Australian I can not be a member of your business as your soft ware as not allow unless you have a USA address. You guys need to think big picture and make Americia great again. I think it is already great.

Called sales to purchase a frontier bumper for my 1 ton pickup. I was told bumper was in stock and I gave them payment. Called every week for 3 weeks for update on shipping. Kept being told bumper would be shippped and Bumper Superstore still had them in stock. Week 4 customer service emails and tells me bumper is not in stock and cancels my order. Tried calling customer service but all calls lead to a full voicemail box. Won't be using bumper superstore in the future.

I was missing parts and am unable to complete installation. Your company said Bumper Superstore would reach out to DV8 I also have reached out to DV8. They requested proof of purchase which I supplied and then I can get nothing back from them now so I am now unable to use my new bumper and tire carrier. I had already un installed and sold my old carrier and bumper. Which is my fault for thinking I would get a complete quality product but now I have no way to carrier a spare tire.

I purchased a Go Rhino nerf bar that was made for a dually (62064b). I had some questions and got a hold of their customer service right away. Cody was very helpful and informative. The product came in just a few days, and there was no outrageous freight charge. Bumper Superstore were very easy to install, and look much better than I imagined. They appear to be solid and sturdy, and are a great compliment to my truck. I would definitely recommend this product and Bumper Superstore.

It took 8 weeks to receive my bumper and only after I complained and asked for a refund, ordered it raw so I could paint to match, took 15 hrs of cleaning up welds and grinder markes to be able to paint then to top it off i got a $145 bill from fedex for liftgate delivery! Had i been told the would be a charge i would have had it delivered to one of my 3 options with forklifts! Your customer service is the worst and I promise to NEVER purchase or recommend your company!

When I contacted BSS.com customer representative Bumper Superstore were not well informed the accessories included with the bumper. I had to contact the manufacturer to get my answer. I received an email that the bumper was on back order 2-4 weeks. I contacted DV8 bumpers and was told the bumper was in stock and ready to ship. I again contacted BSS.com and let them know my findings. I got my bumper a few days later. No install manual included im the box and/or available from the DV8.

Ordering process was simple and quick.
I've had my Go Rhino cargo rack installed for about a month now and have found some rust residue on the bottom of the rack near the front and also where joints come together.
A little concerning but it has a warranty and hopefully it will be valid if it continues or makes paint crisp off..
When I installed my 3-in lights I found one mount was bent bit was easily fixed, doubt it happened on delivery because that package was well taken care of.

UPDATE: The winch I selected from the drop down box with the bumper will not fit. This was discovered after booking an appointment at a respectable 4x4 shop for the install. There is not enough room for the winch. Even with some fabrication work I would not be able to plug in the controller. I'm very irritated to say the least. I will update this review after I see how Bumper Superstore resolves the problem.

After a phone call to verify if item was in stock and estimated shipping time I was assured the item was in stock at supplier and would ship next day after order placed. Person I spoke to assured me the order would come by his desk and he would make sure it was placed. No problem... right. Short version is I leave in 3 days for 5 months without the item needed for this trip. Appears Bumper Superstore is good at taking orders and money but short on placing the orders with there supplier.

Website was a little difficult to navigate but I Believe I found exactly what I needed for a good price. Product illustration and application list for the go rhino winch-mount grill guards didn't make me feel too confident so I called to confirm that the part number would fit my vehicle. I spoke to a gentleman who apparently pulled up the webpage and read to me what I had already read for myself..... I really hope I don't have to go through the hassle of trying to install then having to return.

Finding the bumper was a little frustrating. On the site under shop bumpers by vehicle, this bumper is not on the list for f150 2015-2017. I left a request for my desired bumper as an email at customer service, that was answered with a question of what I was looking for, I answered but did not hear back.
It did pop up on Bing on the little side window, the third time, on the third day, I entered a search for f150 brush guard with 2 inch receiver. Armed now with a part number the order went well.

Great shopping experience. Only recommendation is to breakout the grille guard regarding operation for front camera and adaptive cruise control. State 'allows for operation of front camera and/or adaptive cruise control (ACC).' Page just listed front camera/adaptive cruise control in a line entry. You can have the ACC use when you don't have a front camera. I had to send a question in to ask about their operation. I notice the thunderstuck was updated at the top for ACC use. Great shipping free!

Ordered a bumper that stated that it was for a 2017 when it was really for a 2016 truck. Bumper Superstore didn't want to sell me a 2017 because they were out of stock and I would have had to wait 6 week (that was okay with me) but the salesman said they would just take the other bumper back and refund my money. I paid someone to install it so they had to take the stock bumper off then put it back on (cost me $80) Thanks for wasting my time and money. Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

I purchased an Iron Cross Bumper and tire carrier for a customers jeep, The parts arrived quickly, we scheduled the jeep in an when we attempted to install the bumper the wrong bracket were sent with the bumper, we ordered it for a JK and the brackets were for a JL. I called customer service and talked to Cody no call back or any follow up email, now my customer is mad at me so I guess we will fabricate brackets and move on. Its stinks we do a lot of this work and thought I found a new supplier, but no way!

This is my fifth time trying to order this product. Your site is screwy with pay pal and only after I found a promo coupon for$50 dollars off did I consider using my credit card. I made four phone calls trying to get to the bottom of the website issue with PayPal and no resolution(It was not pay pal). You almost lost a sale, but for your promo. Your help was helpless! Your selection is great and your prices are good! My experience was less than easy, You might be losing sales due to glitches in your website.
