The jewelry on this site is very cute but made of very cheap metal that should never go anywhere near a piercing especially if it's not fully healed. I've worn multiple nose rings from this site and each one started tarnishing and turning green at the piercing site. Don't wear anything from here if your piercing is still healing because it would definitely cause an infection and never wear it if you have any type of metal sensitivity.

UPDATE: after a few days of working with customer service (and being told there was nothing BodyCandy could do), I had a different rep contact me and issue the refund. If I would have spoken to her in the first place, it would have been a different experience. But it was a few days of back and forth conversations and me being persistent that it was not our error.

ORIGINAL: My mother just got a daith, tragus and nose piercing a couple days ago. And in her excitement wanted to buy some jewelry for when she is able to change out the piercings. I happened to see that there was a 50% off sale going on, so I told her she should buy a few things! So she placed an order, received an order confirmation email. Today received another order confirmation updating her existing order with a pair of $20 nipple piercings! She called me up frantic not knowing what to do, so I contacted Body Candy's customer service to say that she never ordered that, included the original order confirmation, and received back a "well there's nothing with can do" response. It definitely seems like a scam from their lack of urgency, considering that would be a major issue on their end if their system added in items/inventory to orders. Not to mention the fact that they over charged on an agreed upon amount.

My mom ordered a septum with bat back in March and it didn't make it til the end of May. The pink lip studs I had broke and the pink coating chipped after 2 weeks of having them in. We decided to but more the 2nd time around and although the items came in a week, 2 out of 3 of my mom's plus were the wrong size and the "green" studs I bought came as a blue ball with a singular green dot and BodyCandy felt like cheap rubber. In all don't waste your time or money because the "green" stud in my left snake bite just broke in half and crumbled onto my dress. We had high expectations but even customer support sucks here.

Quick and easy, I found exactly what I needed at an incredible price. I have had over 40 piercings and bodycandy is one of the only places I trust to buy my jewelry for them - especially anything black! Usually, any colored jewelry tends to flake off very quickly and only really works for like one or two events, but I can wear bodycandy black jewelry constantly with no flaking or irritation for literal years. I recommend bodycandy irl to literally anyone who will listen

This is only my second order with Body Candy. Their jewelry is VERY WELL MADE! I Have ordered seven belly rings that are just adorable! The prices were so low, I figured it would be just OK... but I was wrong! I have such a hard time deciding which one to wear so I just ordered 3 more and a belly chain... LOL. Can't wait! I won't buy body jewelry anywhere else. Don't question THIS site! It's legit and fast. Thanks Body Candy!

Overall, I am pleased with my shopping experience with Body Candy. I will definitely be ordering again however, the site isn't very user friendly in my opinion. There's not a real easy way to get to your account or sign out other than going all the way down the bottom of the page then selecting ‘my account'. It should be somewhere in the menu tab with all the jewelry you can search.

I’ve contacted customer service a couple of times for different orders. Each time has been a prompt response, even late night on a weekend. I even had someone call me back on a Saturday to resolve my issue.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and reached out to them saying I would like to change the size of my ring. I literally emailed them 5 minutes after I placed my order and realized I got the wrong size. BodyCandy replied back to me two days after saying it's already been shipped to the warehouse and I can only return for store credit. Now it's been shipped out AND there isn't a tracking number available? This is the worst customer service I have ever received

I am very happy with The Experience, other than when I was trying to check out I entered a coupon code that was less than what originally showed up, which was 25% off for new customer I had a terrible time trying to find a way to get the 25% again. Kept starting over hoping I would see the 25% discount. I finally found it but it took a looong time. However, I was very happy with the product I found, and the price, a set of nose bones, which head really great reviews in the areas that are important to me.

Body candy used to be great, been getting my body jewelry from then for years but the last few times it takes forever ship, check out always tells your jus *insert amount here* away from free shipping but even if you add that amount to your cart, you're still that much away from free shipping. No place to put in the promo codes BodyCandy give you either so you can't get the discount. I miss when body candy used to legit give you good deals & good quality

I cannot use anything except titanium grade jewelry. Body candy was one of the few who offered clicker nose rings in 5mm. I searched everywhere. BodyCandy sent them right away, and the quality is great. I don't have keloid, pimples, swelling or bumps that other girls have and I changed my jewelry early. I would suggest purchasing higher grade metals if you are disappointed with your purchse. The shipping was fast and reliable.

The shopping experience is easy and quick, I'm using a phone and the layout is great for mobile users! Checking reviews is easy and there are many reviews to make sure you're getting just what you want! I'm getting two mystery bags, and for the price of both bags (27 with tax included) it's a great deal because purchasing jewelry from other sites or stores will be around 30$ flat rate for ONE item when the mystery bags have multiple. Awesome experience so far, can't wait to see what I get!<3

Save your money and find another place to shop for body jewelry. First it took long to arrive, then the pieces seem low quality but BodyCandy are low quality since 3 of the 4 helix earrings I bought already broke. One within the first week of use, it suddenly fell off my ear that's how bad quality it is.and on top of that in order to use the coupons they give you, you just spend a huge amount on stuff you don't even need to get to that amount only to the surprise of crap.

I ordered items from Body Candy in November and it is now January. I contacted them and BodyCandy used a sad story on how times are hard and that they are a family owned business. The customer service sucks and it takes them almost two weeks to reply. The tracking number rarely works and sometimes it says the tracking information is not available. It has been in "shipping" for about two months now. I don't think I will ever get my jewelry so I ordered from somewhere else. Do not order from them.

Bodycandy has so many great quality ear rings. Make sure you check that it's the correct gauge, sometimes it's hard to find and is a pain when you assume it's a certain gauge when it's in a section such as conch piercing but there 16g not 14g. Be careful with the plated colors instead of surgical steel, BodyCandy wear off and turn your ear green after a week or so. Majority of what I've purchased In the past ten years has been wonderful.

After waiting almost two months (which was understandable seeing as i live overseas from the store and covid) i received my package. When i opened it some belly rings were just shoved in lose while others in their brand packaging and others just in plastic bags. Most of these rings looked really poor quality (like costume jewellery) and when i opener some bags the belly rings were broken! This is one of those shopping experiences where just everything goes wrong. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Not only did the product that I purchased exceed my expectations in person, their customer service was just as exceptional! I reached out to them about an issue that was really out of their control yet BodyCandy acted swiftly, going above and beyond to remedy the situation to satisfy me, the customer. Spent years supporting them in hopes that BodyCandy would improve and unfortunately, they haven't! Most of the jewelry is wayyy overpriced for the QUALITY. The jewelry either irritate people or turns their skin colors. I find it funny that when someone mentions that on their site, or if given less than a 4 star, the review is deleted. NOT COOL! If you're looking for body jewelry, you honestly would be better off buying from whoever did your piercing(s)

Tried to return my stone barbell septum ring but had so many issues with it and their customer service wasn't helpful at all with figuring out an exchange that I just decided to leave it alone and not return it as it wasn't worth the hassle. I will probably purchase from here again, but if anything comes broken or unusable, I'm not even going to bother with returning or exchanging anything.

BodyCandy responded quickly but I only ever talked to bots and none of them were helpful at trying to figure out the exchange. Then I learned that over half my store credit would be used to pay for shipping to return the broken septum ring so I would have barely any store credit to use to get a replacement so I just decided it wasn't worth exchanging and left it alone.

Hassle-free shopping with plenty of inventory made it a worry free experience. And not to mention the customer service is super responsive and friendly. I definitely would recommend BodyCandy to friends or colleges.

I contacted CS because I had one of my barbells lose a tiny stopper which made me really bummed. I got a response about 30 mins later saying a replacement was being sent. Fast responsive timing considering the time was around 8pm PST and they're all way in NY.

I love ordering from BodyCandy, BodyCandy have great and real materials. One time i was having a really bad reaction to a bar i bought from HotTopic, bought a new one from here & it went down in 2 days. Affordable & reliable i definitely get all my jewelry from here (septum, belly, nose, earrings & im getting my nipple jewelry from here too wish me luck!) I don't usually write reviews but i had to give them props! Thanks so much!

I ordered about $75 worth of jewelry for my nose, because I had a collection of one and it was in my nose lol. It wasn't until after I ordered that I saw all the terrible reviews. So I'm like "oh no." But now I'm super glad I ordered first!

Everything I ordered came in within a week (ordered from CO at the end of March 2021), all the sizes are correct, and the jewelry is beautiful and seems to be of a good quality so far. I will probably be buying from this company again, and recommending it to my friends.

I've used Body Candy once before, I got an industrial barbel—It's got the cutest little dragon! I'm extremely satisfied with my past experiences with you guys, so I'm back to do some more shopping for my body jewelry! I have emailed them about my missing order and BodyCandy deflected, evaded and ignored questions and accusations. They tell me the label was made on aug 2nd and to wait 7-10 (the website said my shipping method would take 2-7 days) days for it to be shipped, then later say it was *shipped* on aug 2nd, and many more lies that i cant be bother to type all out. Im never ordering here again after this. I hope i get my money back.

I ordered two tongue rings. 2-7 days my butt. When I received them the first one was the wrong color of the version I wanted it had metallic flakes and it immediately started flaking off in my mouth after 2 days it's now completely white. The other tongue ring's top ball did not have threads to screw it on or off. Emailed multiple times and keep receiving the same automated email. I wish I knew how terrible their products were before I ordered nose rings.

Everything looks great so far! I'm sad about the lack of thin silicone tunnels, but I know they're a dime a dozen (and can be poorly made), so no real loss there. The selection was nice and the prices were like always, unbeatable! It's not high-end jeweler quality, but that's okay! It's exactly what it should be, fun, exciting, and interchangeable! Some piercings warrant a permanent piece, but maybe that's not what you're looking for! That's where BC comes in! Have a variety, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!

It wasn't until 2 months later than I was finally given a straight answer. Then BodyCandy told me I would receive 2 of the 3 things that were in stock, but then only sent me one. No offer for a refund on the missing items until I asked for one. They were still going to keep my money for items I was never going to receive. Unbelievable.

I emailed about the free shipping issue and the rep explained the policy in a very professional way. It was my misunderstanding. I still wish I could have qualified for that free shipping, but overall I was satisfied with my shopping experience.

Jewelry is affordable well shipped and worth the money u pay for it. U get what u pay for I haven't had no problem finding what I want also it the only place I can but all my Jewelry for my body in one spot I recommend. It to all. Another thing is the prices are way better on the sight then at a store and u can also get custom Jewelry unlike at the store. U get good coupons and discounts have a blessed day and be safe u can't go wrong here.

I love BodyCandy. I've been shopping this site for years and never had a problem. This particular order, though, was not trackable, and it took longer than expected to arrive. I still plan to buy more jewelry from this site. The wait was about 7 days, so not too bad. Mostly wish I could have tracked it.

The initial response from BodyCandy seemed generic and unhelpful. I emailed again for clarification and got the answers I needed.
