Ordered flowers for my niece's birthday but there was no delivery on her birthday and no email to say that they couldn't or weren't to be delivered, I emailed BloomLocal and they could do them for the next day (not ideal but better than nothing) I was also to be refunded delivery which I agreed but now I have just received another mail to say that no florist available. My niece lives in the Highlands and I have just seen another review saying that they don't deliver there! Why is this not stated when ordering? Terrible service with poor communication.

I live in an area in the Highlands not covered by Bloomlocal. I've used them elsewhere with no problems. We do have a florist or two locally so I hoped that one of them would be utilised. The website took my money but then Bloomlocal got in touch a day later to say that they couldn't deliver to the area.
Please block off postcodes that you don't deliver to so that people know to search for a different method, rather than wasting a day or two

I am very dissatisfied with the flowers that were delivered. They were for a 60th birthday so I wanted something special. They don’t resemble the flowers I ordered and certainly don’t look like £46 worth of flowers. I appreciate that It may be that the flowers aren’t identical to the picture but the ones delivered aren’t even nice and it looks like they have been bulked up with green rather than white as the flowers I ordered are described.

Ordered same day delivery to be advised local suppliers were fully booked and offered next day delivery instead.
Once accepted, I was then emailed to be advised they had made a typo and they could not deliver due to suppliers being closed on a Sunday (fair enough). Confirmed delivery for the Monday.
Monday (today) at 3pm I receive an email to be advised they once again can't deliver the flowers as some are closed and others are too far to deliver from the recipients address.
I'm then told the refund will take 5-10 working days. These flowers were to be sent to a family member following a cancer diagnosis and surgery this week. Unfortunately, I cannot afford another £60 bouquet from elsewhere until their refund goes in and the recipient will then be in hospital.
First time I have used and will be the last.

The recipient tells me that the arrangement was beautiful, with unusual greenery and very fresh looking flowers. She was delighted with them.
The delivery day was as requested, and was without any issues.
I would use BloomLocal again, without hesitation. It was perfect for use for me as I live outside UK, website was easy to use, and offered 3rd party financial transaction services which is reassuring when ordering online. All in all, a perfect service.

Living in Australia it's hard to trust what florists to use for my elderly mum in uk, especialy with alot of companies using letterbox flowers. I've had a lot of dissapointments. I wanted an arrangement of pretty flowers to greet my mum a the door, not a box. I used BloomLocal for the first time and will definitely be using them in future. Mum received a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I paid extra for the larger size and it was well worth it. Mum was over the moon. Thank you BloomLocal

Ordered flowers 17/06/22 , paid for same day delivery along with £55 bouquet. Colleague returned to work today 27/06/22 following a bereavement. I asked if he'd received the flowers from ourselves he said no. Looked through his ring door bell following an email stating delivery had been received. Nothing, over a week later no flowers. Appalling, tired calling line disconnects even though i was caller 1 in the que. Emails do not get answered, not impressed with service at all. Also embarrassed for my colleague.
Fortunately i screen printed my order page as no email was sent as confirmation either!

We chose bloomlocal as they offered a same day delivery service and so felt it was worth paying a premium to get some flowers that day to a friend who had suffered a bereavement. We were then left an answer phone message saying that they couldn’t deliver that day, but when we tried to call back there was never an answer. We called back the next 2 days and still couldn’t get through. The flowers still hadn’t been delivered. Eventually we emailed and did get a quick response and the flowers were delivered 2 days late. We were told we would get the delivery fee refunded but this hasn’t happened.

I was disappointed that some of the flowers (particularly the roses) were already going over when they arrived. (your delivery was very prompt- thank you).
However I did send an email to you on the day of delivery expressing my less than happy opinion of the quality of the bouquet. I was extremely unhappy that this was totally ignored and I have heard nothing from you until you ask me for feedback.
I am extremely unlikely to ever use your servivces again.

Straightforward service through the website. The website was misleading though... it says something along the lines of "hand tied and hand delivered ... by our network of local florists etc" ... I chose Bloom local because I wanted my friend to receive them the old fashioned way ie, a local florist handing over flowers with a smile. In reality, they were packed in a box, couriered by dpd and the box placed on the doormat by a courier (who knows how polite etc he/she was)... so not what I thought I was buying.

My initial review with 1star is below but I must say Olivia from bloom customer services contacted me to apologise for my experience. I was offered a refund and they also arranged for a new bunch of flowers to be delivered, which were lovely. Thank you Olivia and team.
The flowers were £55 contained 4 roses even tho I paid an additional £15 for the “large” bouquet.
All flowers were dead and in the recycling within 7 days!

My husband ordered me flowers for mothers day and what arrived was not as advertised wilting already and not worth the price paid. I emailed a complaint and was responded to within 15 minutes by a very helpful chap who offered to refund my order fully and sent me out a replacement bouquet. Customer service is impeccable. Well done Bloom local 👏
4 stars only due to the flowers. The customer service being so responsive and helpful would be 5star

I have never used BloomLocal before but I wanted to order some flowers with same day delivery. It’s safe to say I will use them over and over again. It was easy to place the order and the price was reasonable compared to other sites. The flowers were for my mum and she wasn’t disappointed! My mum also said the lady who delivered them flowers was lovely! The whole experience has been great and the cherry on top of the cake… THE FLOWERS ARE BEAUTIFUL! They look just like the picture on the website, if not better. 10/10

Ordered an expensive bunch of flowers for my wife's birthday. They were delivered on time, generally OK, but the September flowers looked quote old and tired already. Within 24 hours they had started to look worse for wear, even though we had topped up the water bulb, and within 48 hours lots of them had wilted and the Chrysanthemums looked very old. I emailed my concerns hoping for a reply but 24 hours later I have not heard back. Disappointing.

The Bloom Local flowers were excellent and delivered on time, well done. BUT the feeder website LondonFlowerShops.co.uk where I found them via a search engine left a very bad taste in my mouth as they were incompetent and greedy. So, if you can order from Bloom Local directly, do so, avoid LondonFlowerShops.co.uk at all costs! This would be helped if Bloom Local answered emails or phone enquiries as then no confusion would arise. The actual flowers were lovely though.

After several calls today to make sure my wife will receive the order, there was no LUCK! She left work with no surprise!!! I couldn't express how frustrated and angry I am. Today was a very special day of which YOU HAVE DESTROYED!!!
At around 6.30am I placed the order and chose the option to be delivered today. There was no indication that will be delivered at night. STILL NOT DELIVERED and it will not be because she has left work at 6pm. When I searched for Wood Green area florist, your website came up first. That's why I chose you! And now I have my biggest and deepest REGRETS for my choice! Your company should not operate at all!
I was on the phone to you from 12noon to chase the delivery, at the end you could not get hold of the florists to ask for details?!?!?!?!
You have ruined everything and I will make sure everyone knows about you!

Having used many online flower delivery companies, I shall only be using BloomLocal going forward. Their customer service has been exceptional. An error was made by the florist on the recipients delivery address but this was rectified very quickly by BloomLocal, responding to my emails very promptly and ensuring the flowers arrived on time. I was sent a picture from the recipient of the bouquet which looked absolutely beautiful. Well done BloomLocal - first class service and big thank you to Roy who assisted me X

The flowers are ok but as the sender you’re never sure they are going to arrive until after they do. After payment all they tell you is that the order is being processed. No confirmation of order being successful or accepted, no ‘your flowers are on their way’, even the delivery confirmation was about a week after the actual delivery. When you have to ask the recipient if they’ve received anything it kinda loses the impact. Interflora much better.

As I have never purchased flowers from this website before I live in NZ (these flowers were a gift for a family members birthday in the UK ) I was a bit specticial and worried that they wouldnt very be that nice. The communication from Bloomlocal was brilliant and I was updated by email as to the progress of the delivery and when they were delivered. I have seen a photo of the flowers from the family member and they look lovely, she was over the moon with them. Would have no hesitation using Bloomlocal again

Loved how easy web site was loved how quickly the flowers were delivered the only downside is I didn’t see what the flowers looked like no idea if represented what I ordered so unsure of presentation
These were for an elderly family member who lives in a care home it was her 90th birthday she has no way of knowing what I ordered and cannot take a photo to show me
Would be great to link this in as an uploaded photo of the flowers with the receipt??? Just a thought
