Brilliant heat logs that really warm up the house and are environmentally friendly.
The pellets are excellent with very little dust, the price is very good esp with free delivery which is a huge bonus in this Post Code for anything delivered. I like the 15kg bags rather than 10kg as it means less handling though the bags are a little flimsy and three were leaking pellets on delivery. Delivery was slow compared to local supplier but quite acceptable considering my location and the van driver who delivered, Angus the manager from Menzies Oban depot, was really excellent in even helping to unload and stack the two full pallets. Tracking worked fairly well and I was satisfied with notification of the delivery date and time. All in all I am very happy with the product and service.
Our last delivery was excellent in every way, but the previous one last year was very disappointing, as the pallett had been left in the rain prior to delivery, and a lot of the logs had swollen and were crumbly and messy. No apology received at all following my complaint.

Amazing product (Fine white RUF Logs) which lasts for such a long time in our stove. Customer Service was brilliant whenever I needed to speak with them about delivery, and shipping was quick and efficient. I can't recommend Bioglow highly enough.

Love bio glow, order a 1/2 pallet of RUF biologs last year and a full pallet this year. Better than burning logs saves on kindling and starters and sustainable too.

We purchased the white RUF logs and found them to be excellent, far superior to any other logs, the service of the Compsny is also excellent.
