Never Again: I called your company because my Meyers sprinkler pump went out. I’m a home owner and some what handy. I was hoping to save a little money, so I decided to replace the pump myself. I explained this to the agent at Big Frog. I told them what pump and size I had. The agent from Big Frog told me PentAir had a comparable pump. I explained that I didn’t know which pump I needed, I was going on their knowledge. I was assured that the pump I need was the one they were recommending. I purchased and installed the pump, based on their knowledge, when I received it. Big Frog sold me a jet pump, I needed a centrifugal pump. Because I installed the pump Big Frog did not want to refund my order. After several emails and phone calls they agreed to a refund. I paid $654.00 for the pump. I was told they would charge me $107.00 for shipping. My total refund was $327.29. I would never order anything from Big Frog Supply in the future. I will tell everyone to be Leery of Big Frog.

This review is more Big Frog than the items purchased. I really like their website - items can be searched by the actual Rain Bird part numbers, and the descriptions match, too. Some sites have their own numbers and descriptions don't match that on the manufacturer's site. Prices are competitive - not always the lowest, but stocks are good and some hard to find items are available. I used them quite a lot in a system with over 150 heads, lots of different ones, and they saved me time and money.

The box was delivered empty. we refused the delivery and ask to resend the product. the supplier stated they are not responsible for lost packages and did not agree to refund or resend the product. very disappointed with the customer service, can not see myself ordering again from big frog, just lost $300. Now have to deal with my bank try to get my money back

Smooth, easy and customer-centric approach. I initially explored businesses here in the D.C. area but felt as though they weren’t eager to work with individuals, and would rather focus on bigger projects. From my first contact with Big Frog (who I learned of online) to the most recent, the group has been uniquely positive to work with. I wasn’t expecting to be so impressed, but I am.

This is the second I have purchased from Big Frog Supply, replacing less expensive and less well made yard hydrants. For Big Frog Supply itself a 5 star. They are quick and efficient. For the hydrant time will tell but basically 5 star at this point. Adjustable flow a positive. My problem has been delivery, which is by Fed X and they have always been a problem for some reason. Used to be they could not even find us (farm and house etc has been same place 100 years) but now mostly cavalier with packages. First hydrant was just set off on the busy road by mailbox. Luckily it was not stolen. This one was handled very roughly, all inside materials (instructions etc.) had been lost out of the box, faucet was sticking out of box and will need some retouching of its paint. At least it was set near a large tree and bench near the house. The porch seems to not register as a place to put packages for FedX. So 5 stars for Big Frog, 5 stars for faucet assuming it lasts longer than 10 years, and one star for Fed X. Luckily I still have the install information from the first faucet purchased and I know what parts to buy.

I ordered a 60 pound irrigation pump at about 1PM. Within minutes, I received the confirmation, and before the day end the pump had been shipped and picked up by FedEx. This was on a Friday. I received the pump already on Monday, when I was expecting 5 business day shipping. Big Frog sent me messages all along the way with progress. Very happy with FedEx and Big Frog.

I ordered a new Grundfos shallow well pump. When it arrived, I noticed the interior of the pump body was wet inside and covered in "grimy" black gunk. I installed the pump and it would hum but would not spin. I disassembled the pump body and found a fair amount of debris inside that appeared to be rust chunks and build-up of some kind. After cleaning it out and reassembling, the pump is working fine. I'm suspicious that this pump was either used, refurbished or was a return. I did not have time to deal with returning it and was concerned about the high shipping cost.

I’m laughing as I found “Big Frog” in my search for a specific watering wand (Orbit) that I love. Big Frog had the item, at the best price I could find after a long search and was highly responsive in the ease of their website, their pricing and their quick shipment of the item. I had ordered multiples, they arrived quickly and in my favorite color! Yippee! Big Frog did an excellent job in filling my order at a fair price.

Big Frog Supply had the pump I needed for my lawn irrigation. It is exactly like my previous pump, and that one lasted over 11 years. When my previous pump failed, I was desperate to get a new one. The days of summer have been getting hotter so I was worried that my lawn would be damaged. I could have gone to other vendors that were local. In fact since there is a Big Frog Supply store nearby (Virginia Beach), I thought I was going to get it from them within 24 hours. Unfortunately the pump took 3 days as it was coming from Tampa. It did get there earlier in the day than what was estimated.

Big Frog Supply did a fantastic job with customer service after I had received an incorrect order, through no fault of their own. Houzer had actually fulfilled the shipment of 2 sink grates, but only sent 1. When I contacted Big Frog Supply customer service, they handled the issue directly with Houzer and I had the second grate in my hands just a few days later.

Picture that I ordered from the picture said it was a Mansfield brand and you guys shipped me a premier. Same red handle and they looked almost the same but the innards were different. $30 for a hose bib and it didn’t even work for me.
I am a plumber and I was trying to just replace out the innards on an existing hose bib on someone’s house versus replacing the whole entire hose bib behind the wall.

When I received 4 sprinkler valves that I had ordered and opened the box, I found out that they were not the size I was expecting ( I just pulled one valve out of the box, it was in perfect condition and put it right back). I called Big Frog Supply right away and I told them that I had ordered these valves based on the inside and outside diameter of the inlet and outlet openings on my valves (dimensions that are not specified on the website). I told them I wanted to return them and was told they would send me a return label, which they did as soon as I hanged up the phone. We also talked about refund and was told that If I returned them unused, within 10 days, in the same condition I had received them, and in the same box (and because they did not have all the dimensions listed on their website) the whole amount might be refunded minus maybe amount they paid for delivery. I fulfilled all their requirements but my refund was still $130.42 short, and here was no explanation of why they were deducting this amount on the e-mail I received from them. I called and was told that there was a missing solenoid on one of the valves. If this is true, then it's because I received them like that. Again, i just pulled one out of the box and that one was complete with solenoid attached. The name of the person I talked to everytime I called is John Travis.

Wrong item was shipped. Notified them same day I received package. First it took a day for them to get back to me, then I had to fill out a form. Then they didn't believe that they sent the wrong item. First they asked me to send the SKU that was on the package to them for verification. After that was sent they actually asked me to send them PHOTOS of the BOX and the ITEM before they sent me a return label. What a hassle! 5 days later they FINALLY sent me a return label. I asked them to also create a UPS pick up to my address because I didn't want to have to ALSO go to the UPS store and stand in line (with COVID) since this was their error. They completely IGNORED my request. Horrible horrible company.

I have a K rain 4000 valve controller stucked at zone. Looking at the stem/disk is normal nothing damaged and the 5 zones Cam is OK. too. But no matter how many times I try to fixing it always stucked at the last zone. Finally I decided to order a new stem disk and a new cam. from Big Frog Supply and it arrived around a week time and it fit perfectly and working perfectly no more stuck at zone again....

Great service; thanks! Unfortunately, I guess I ordered the wrong part. By the looks of the photo online, I thought I had ordered a larger diameter graphite packing washer than what I received. I wanted the left-hand thread packing washer for the Prier faucet, which do look like what your website shows. The ones I received may be for the right-hand thread faucet(?) because they are smaller in diameter... and they have an "RH" stamped on them. (See comparison of what was sent to the image of the washer on your site.) Oh well, my mistake no doubt. But thanks for the good service!

I called Big Frog at 4:45 PM on a Friday afternoon. After listening to the menu, I selected the number to speak with a representative. I had to leave a message and was sure that I would not get a response and if I did it would be the following week. Imagine my surprise when Tyler returned my call in less than five minutes. He was very helpful. I received my order by the following Wednesday, just in time for our contractor to install it. Thank you Big Frog!

Ordered two Vista Outdoor Lighting DTC200 timers, which did not fit my transformer due to the NEMA 5-15 plug being justified towards the bottom of the assembly. Returned them after a simple fit check. Incoming inspection at Big Frog flagged that switch as damaged at the side plug location I did not touch (see pictures). Nickle and dimed by this company, and feeling irritated by the lack of recourse and their resolution. They seem reputable in general, but in my case I am quite suspicious at the cause of that minor scuffing. Suggestion - don't order direct from them, if you have the option.

Great customer service. Super friendly and efficient service. They had the parts that I needed, and drop shipped them out to me the same day. I got my parts quickly and it was exactly what I needed. They also were able to note my invoice with the correct Work Order Number for my companies internal tracking, and email me a copy of the invoice same day. Awesome service, great products, and fast shipping. What is not to love? I will be using them again for sure

bought an sprinkler wrench that Lowes sells for $5 for $8 but (Lowes was out of stock). Arrived very fast, but shipping was $10. So I paid Basically almost $20 for a $5 item. Shipping cost more then the item. Yes it was fast but I would have gladly waited a few days dor it to arrive if a lower cost shipping option was available. I had no Idea how long it would take for Lowes to get back in stock so I was willing to overpay on a small dollar item. just wish I could have shipped ground. Would never have done this on a more expensive item. Like I said Service was great... price not so much.

Order processing and customer support excellent.
Error in pick, pack and ship of the order resulted in 8 of the original 9 lights delivered in the wrong color.
Items returned with request to expedite re-shiped items to ensure an on time completion of install. However, error in shipping instructions resulting in a 5 working day delay in receipt.
Thanks for the credit of $100.
