Purchase was excellent and delivered on time but the packaging was not suitable to the materials being delivered. I guess it should improve.
I am not happy with the Ametyst stud earrings that I hot. I ordered the darker amethyst but what arrived was the pale colored one.
Would it be possible to change it?
I was worried at first due to some negative reviews.
I ordered a seiko on special and was worried about delivery times and if it was fake or not. I buy seikos all the time and as soon as I saw the certificate get emailed (next day from order date) to me I knew it was legitimate. The watch got posted within 1 business day which is fantastic. I can't comment on Jewllery but for things like men's watches Bevilles did a great job.
It’s been over a week since placing an order and still my order hasn’t shipped. So it’s not postal service but your in-house system.
Suggest updating the website to advise customers it can take over a week to process order before even shipping.
I ordered express delivery and still hasn’t been delivered 5 days later and i’m still waiting. Save ur money and just get standard delivery.
Delivery was quick, however my order was missing an item, ive reached out to make contact to either get refund or sent another item but nothing has happend and no one had made contact back.
Being sent a customer review before the actual product has reached my home. Yes, the product has been sent in the mail but I have not seen it to give an honest review. Maybe a few more days or review after tracking indicates customer has it
So we received our 3 x crucifix for our children Baptism. On the website 2 of them had that 45cm chains were in the specification 1 of them didn’t so we purchased a chain for this. On receiving no chains were received the 2 that were included on specifications. I have now been told - sorry chains aren’t included we are getting the website fixed and return the item. NO! I have purchased 2 x crucifix’s that’s have chains included, and I expect to receive what I have ordered. I recommend fixing your administration responses and have someone contact me immediately!
Beautiful piece of Stanton men's jewellery. Even the delays brought my gift to myself to me in great time! The savings of almost $500 is remarkable as this piece and diamonds are subtle yet alluring! Thanks so much Bevilles for your services!
I FEEL THAT THE STAINLESS STEEL BRACELET WOMEN'S I BOUGHT, SHOULD BE A COUPLE OF CM SHORTER IN THE LENGTH. MINE IS A COUPLE OF CM TOO LONG, SO NOT SUITED TO WEAR ALL THE TIME WHEREAS THE OTHER 4 SILVER STAINLESS SIMILAR BRACELETS I HAVE [WHICH CAN BE WORN ALL THE TIME] ARE ALL 2 CM SHORTER, ALTHOUGH FROM 3 DIFFERENT BRANDS AND JEWELLERS. I AM 5 FOOT 6 AND DO NOT HAVE SKINNY WRISTS EITHER.
The purchasing process was very smooth, no hitches. The only slight issue was when I was returning the watch (which already looked used, although it was meant to be brand new - worn strap).

Contacted the company multiple times within 48 hours about canceling the order and a refund. There was no reply and it got delivered anyway a week later.
It was easy to shop online & I guessed the size ring I purchased with the knowledge that I would size it up if needed. Got rhe package & tried all 3 rings on & only one is not the right size. So will call Bevilles or go to their Watergardens branch & see about upsizing the 1 ring.
It was quick and easy to purchase online but l received the wrong product. I have emailed sales so hopefully the problem gets rectified promptly and easily.
For the price I paid for a personalised necklace with the name Kym, you can’t even read what the name says as the letters are so close together, looks like when up close it says kyms,, I’m not happy that the lettering being so close makes it in legible..
Very terrible experience. Not only was there a huge delay with the order, the wrong one was provided after waiting for over 10 days!!! Terrible!!!
It had its challenges. My eternity club card wouldn't register - I had to rejoin to place my order - the customer service was really lovely but it took so much longer than I had anticipated or set aside. I'm a little disappointed with my purchase - so much smaller than I thought - a third of the size in the picture and half what I had anticipated. Pretty, but just so small.
I ordered a bangle online and ordered a bangle in store. The bangle I order online took 2 weeks and when I opened the box the bangle looked pre loved, it was out of shape and had scuff marks over it. The bangle I ordered in store never arrived. I went to my local store and received a refund on both bangles. At this stage only one refund has landed in my account.
I made an order and its gonna take 12 weeks!!!!!!
What a joke honestly
And when I contacted the support team they said its says when you bought it its gonna take up to 12 weeks
But I didn't see this option
