I really liked the style of bunk that I purchased, the delivery time was very fast. The product it’s self is very cheap wood, when I was putting up the bunk and the pieces together there was cracked wood roughly about 3 pieces, also the ladder on the stairs is cracked not happy with the quality as it came damaged.

Quality of product I purchased was superb/ as advertised.
Receptionist/ lady in showroom was professional and attentive to customers...did not keep us waiting and even went to the warehouse to make sure we get the product quickly.
Overall very good place to buy bargain quality products at discounted price.
Am happy with my purchase.

Received an absolute garbage petrol water pump that won’t pump water up the line more than 20metres. Then the caps blew off. Contacted sales and was told to email warranty department. Did that and have not heard back.

Bargain online might be ok but there courier service is terrible it’s been 2 weeks since I ordered and my mattress has still not be delivered so not very happy at all. The courier do not answer their phone at all

I ordered two mattresses 1 double & 1 single,
following business day I received a phone call indicating that the single mattress was on back order, and did not currently have a confirmed delivery date,
I was given the option to cancel the entire order with a full refund or cancel the single mattress with a refund,
I chose to get the double and reorder the single in due course,
the refund for the single was in my back the next time I checked, and the double arrived within a week, and it was better quality than we expected,
we will be ordering the single from them even if there is a longer ETA.

I will admit I was sceptical this might be a scam fb thing. Nope. I Did some research on the company ABN/address etc and all checked out. Easy ordering system. Matress arrived and I was absolutely shocked at the quality. Cheaper than other stores for a better product and super quick delivery. I am now going to order 2 more for other rooms. Fantastic!!

We popped by the warehouse display shop so we were able to check the quality for such a well priced item (bunk beds) Our expectations were exceeded, not just by the quality of the bunks we had been looking at, but also the other display stock of beds, bikes, and even power equipment they had there as well. Their prices are second to none, and their range fantastic.
Top that off with AMAZING customer service we received by the lovely young lady working the desk, who promptly processed our order and then a friendly guy loaded it in our vehicle for us!
Extremely happy and will definitely be back! 😊

Asked for delivery to be taken to post office if not home….guess what…I wasn’t home and delivery was left on my door step “apparently “. Delivery no where to be seen.

Very very happy with the Norflex balance bike purchased for my granddaughter . Great quality, easy to assemble. Purchasing was very easy via bargains galore, fantastic communication and quick delivery.

Service feedback takes too long, still waiting on return of faulty bike, which has been given to a courier over a week ago. Been waiting a over a month now in total.

We initially went to collect a extra large dog cage but once we had a look in the showroom we also got a double bed and it was so comfy. The cage was also great. Thank for the easy purchase.
