This is one of the companies that navy Tricare approves and customer service has been great!! I love that there are soo many options for pumps. I have the spectra S1 and I love it! I’ve also used the Madela in the past and loved that too! I love that through my insurance I get storage bags every month!! Which is great cause I go through a lot of them from pumping at work! And I got my accessories and parts that are given for the whole year up front, but you have to request that. Definitely have no issues with my experience!

Baby Pavilion has been a lifesaver! As a first time, working mom, I am struggling to juggle all of my duties. However, Baby Pavilion keeps me on track with my pumping journey which I appreciate. They send me reminders about reorders, quality products, and support. I am happy to report we are 8 months into our breastfeeding and pumping journey, and I we plan to keep going!

I love Baby Pavilion! I'm pregnant with my 5th little one, my third pregnancy using Baby Pavilion for my pump and I can't say enough good things about them. Debbie in their customer service department is amazing and was extremely helpful when I needed my shipping address changed after we moved. If you're looking for a low stress ordering process for your pump and supplies this is it!

As a veteran/military dependent, our medical care is terrible. I cannot believe TriCare partners with a company like Baby Pavilion. With a signed piece of paper from my doctor I had a free breast pump in my hand within a week from Baby Pavilion. Literally all I had to do was upload a picture of my prescription and was approved. How easy it was almost makes me mad that the rest of my healthcare can’t be this efficient and hassle-free. Same thing with my belly support band and postpartum garments. Upload picture and boom. Package was at my doorstep in a few days. Amazing company. Extremely efficient. Outstanding customer service. If you’re a SM/military dependents just use Baby Pavilion.

I amso grateful I used Baby Pavillion for my pump needs for this baby! The prices couldn't have been any easier and I completed it all on my phone to order my pump. I love that they did all the hard insurance work because I have enough on my hands with a new baby.
The monthly reminder emails for additional bags and that they handle the insurance for that is just about and beyond!

The process was super easy with Tricare insurance. All I had to do was fill out the online form and submit a picture or a PDF copy of the prescription from my midwife. They contacted me shortly after asking for the brand of pump and bags that I wanted. The whole process from filling out the application to receiving the products was about a week.

Baby Pavilion is so awesome! Once I applied for my breast pump it came within a week! Debbie was extremely helpful when I asked her questions in regards to having a Rx & a couple other things. She was very quick to respond and once I sent her what was needed my pump was shipped the next day! Couldn’t have asked for better service! Love the pump too!

I seriously don't know how they could make this any easier! I only wish I would've known about Baby Pavilion for my first child! The simplicity of ordering, the great selection including the kiinde bags, the amazing monthly checkins to reorder those bags with insurance, great tracking, the list goes on!! Thank you!

The process of getting a breast pump through Baby Pavilion has been the easiest I've experienced in any of my pregnancies. I called to inquire so I could help expedite the process since I had an OB appointment within the week. Customer service was very professional and walked me through each step. I was able to print the form and get it filled out, uploaded and approved within days. I received the pump and supplies within 4 business days of my order and couldn't be happier. I also love that I will receive "reminder emails" to reorder supplies and/or bags so I don't have to worry about remembering.
I totally recommend them.

Baby pavilion has made my pumping journey much easier every step of the way - Their website made it very clear what pumps Tricare would cover and helped me compare different options. Once I chose my pump it was very easy to order my pump and upload my prescription. My pump and supplies arrived sooner than I expected. It has also been very quick and easy to order milk storage bags whenever I need them. Whenever I have had questions, a baby pavilion representative was available to answer them. I would highly recommend baby pavilion!

First time mama, with Tricare for insurance. So glad I went through Baby Pavilion to get my pump and supplies! Other companies were going to charge me extra for the pump I wanted, even with my insurance. I didn’t have to pay any extra when I ordered through BP, and I got milk bags too!! They make it soooo easy to order through them, and they shipped literally the next day! I got everything super fast. Now I recommend them to everyone!

I love baby pavilion. I used them for my first pregnancy. They really took care of all the things I needed from the initial pump order to replacements. This time with my second baby it was no different. They take out all the guessing. I never have to worry about the insurance stuff. I can just worry about taking care of my babies. I absolutely love the options available as well. This time around I chose the Elvie. I got the box in like 2 days. It was crazy fast. I’m super happy with baby pavilion and would recommend to all my mamas.

Baby Pavilion has made getting my breastfeeding essentials effortless! Not only do they send a friendly reminder email (not reoccurring annoying emails) they deliver on time, have everything I need and more. They carry a genuine touch by offering REAL people for customer service both online and over the phone in a timely fashion. I don't know what I'd do without them!

It was easy and fast. The only confusing thing was where to order the items like maternity support band and post recovery item. There were no options and nowhere to put my size. I had to write it down under the comments/notes section. I also wasnt contacted by a lactation consultant to help me decide which breast pump. So I had to just order whatever I thought it was best. Overall it was an okay experience

Baby Pavilion is an amazing company! So easy to work with. I filled out the initial intake form and they did all the leg work from contacting my doctors office for me to get the right prescription for a pump, dealing with my insurance, and they’ve sent me a reminder email when it was time to order new supplies. 10/10 recommend.

Love love love baby pavilion. This is the second baby I have used their services for and still highly satisfied and fully recommend. Especially love the email reminders for my breast milk storage bags being an active duty mom of 3 has its challenges. So those reminders check at least on thing off my “to do” PAGE lol

I love the ease of this website. It was easy to say which insurance I'd use and read the different pumps offered by insurance without wasting my time on one's not offered (you can still choose them as an option or read on them)
Very clear, and cut to the point. Ordering is a breeze. I ordered on a Thursday and had my pump at my door Saturday. It was quick!!!

Baby Pavilion is THE BEST! Breastfeeding is hard work but they made it as easy as possible to keep it up. They worked seamlessly with insurance to provide a breast pump of my choosing and sent bags every month for almost a year now. Shipping has always been incredibly fast and the customer service is wonderful. Every new mom should have Baby Pavilion!
