I bought the Sony XAV-AX5000 with the BT50 fascia kit, harness, and a reverse camera. The price was competitive and the bundle saved a lot of hassle on my part. I was impressed with the processing and delivery times; particularly as I live several hundred kms from the store. The installation instructions leave a lot to be desired. But I got there in the end, in part due to a prompt response to an after sales service question and a bit of YouTube surfing. Would use again, and definitely recommend.

The alpine ILX507A stereo was fantastic and the delivery was super quick. All the components worked and arrived together. Overall stoked, the sound quality is excellent and all the features that come with the head unit result in crystal clear sound and good punchy bass. Definitely recommend.

Messaged the team Tuesday morning to see if a part was in stock. As I needed it urgently also mentioned this. They said they had 20 plus in stock so I ordered right away. Then told me it was waiting to be transferred to their shipping warehouse which seams very inefficient. So I think that means they didn’t have it in stock and they were waiting for it to arrive from a supplier. Anyways still hasn’t been sent paid for premium shipping which is apparently standard Australian post there is nothing premium about that.

Extreamly unhappy with the service I received I had to chase my order after a week to find out there was an out of stock item holding my order up from been despatched and then constantly chasing myself to find out what is happening and then the freight company loosing the order and myself again chasing up information as to what is going on to nearly 4 weeks since order placed and I still haven’t received any of the order

Very helpful, told them through email what I was after told them what car it was and in 10 minutes I had a response. Fingers crossed it is exactly what I'm after will know in the week when they arrive :)

I have to say thank you for the very very fast delivery and as I live in the country it was fast and everything went perfect also the items I purchased were well priced so all I can say is well done and thanks again.

Purchased replacement wipers for my vehicle - they're hard to find locally, as it's a rare car. Prompt shipping, good communication, they fitted perfectly. I'd happily use AS again.

Easy website to navigate around and find what you want with a minimum of fuss.
As I’m in the area I’ll collect my parts from the store at Castle Hill..great staff and very helpful with difficult bits to find.
Recommend them to all my friends who need to get stuff..5 stars....

Ordered an exhaust gasket and it came stuffed in a bag like this. Pretty sure that’s not how gaskets should be packed. Not sure if it’s worth fitting a cracked gasket

Considering I ordered it on Monday and still haven't received it . There goes My long weekend I had be planning for months . Nothing like sitting home . So not impressed.

Great friendly service both in store and online. There was a slight hitch as my order was placed in store and after 2 weeks I had to call to check on it and the warehouse had not placed the order. Soon after it was delivered and installed.
There was a software error with the unit which I called about and they told me the manufacturer was aware and working on an update. Couple days later I was sent an email with the instructions on how to update this which did the trick.
Would recommend and use Automotive Superstore again.

The supply was excellent, however the quality of mirrors was less than anticipated, although acknowledging a short-term solution was the guiding principle with purchase.

It's wrongly described as driver side wiper while it's passenger side actually, also it should indicate that 2 different lengths wipers are required

Im loving this place ..ive called a few times and the blokes there seem like mates...also they have all i need..and cheaper than the rest...im so happy i found you guys..im a fan👍
