Placed order on 3 May was being pestered by Trademe to submit feedback and as I hadn’t yet received goods I gave negative feedback ( sorry) . I received goods today 8 June which were posted on the 19 May?? Some communication about delay in sending would have made things smoother.

Will purchase from this store again.

Avoid this store at all cost. Part supplied to me appeared to be used. Communication is woeful. They will not answer the telephone and do not respond to emails.

Sorry about the late review OZY Post delivered today 3 weeks after order? They misplaced it.
Anyhow part fitted exactly in original holes, lined up perfect with window seems to be smoother and more powerful that original. Took 10 mins to install points for the install notes, although I didn't need them nice to see the attention to detail. Good quality as far as I can see in, Good value

Service was awesome, product high quality.

My 1st parcel come in 6 days, was meant to sign for it but was left in my letterbox while I was home, my 2nd parcel was despatch on the 16th of May an today the 31st Mayhaven't arrived at my address. It arrived in NZ on the 24th May an still coming. Not very good service at all. I am talking about the timing chain been the 2nd parcel.

I still didn't receive the item that I order. How long that you deliver it to me

If i could give 0 stars i would have.
My delivery took just over 2 weeks to arrive and i paid for it to be sent Express, apparently there was some delay but i wasn't kept informed when a simple email explaining the situation would have been good.
When my distributor arrived the box had been posted inside a plastic post bag instead of another box so it's been been crushed, torn and punched with holes from the distributor coming loose in it's box and other items hitting the box...
Upon opening the box the distributor was loose and the cap had come off clearly from all the impacts the box had had...
I've never written a review like this but the experience from doing my order to it's arrival and the end product is just extremely poor and unnecessary.

Will definitely use them again great prices and quick delivery
