Love my new exercise cards!

I purchase both set of booty and body cards and found they to be reasonably priced. I’m not a gym person and was looking for a simply way to create a variety of workout plan and these cards fit the bill. They They arrived super fast in the mail and are made of quality plastic like material. With the band sets and the cards, I can happily workout anytime.

I have been using this program for just under 18 months. Absolutely love it. I have noticed improvements in my fitness health. App is awesome!

I love these bands and the new card decks. They fit seamlessly in with my home cardio, and after only a week of use, I already feel the difference in my strength and endurance. I'm so glad I bought both decks, the combos are endless!

Love the bands, I am also super tall being 5’11 so they are great for tall people too. The material is quality and the colour coding of each band strength is super smart. The bands also come with their own case which is handy! Definitely worth the buy.

Girlfriend loves the bands. I got her some cheap rubber kind and they roll up when she tries to put them on but these ones I just got her she absolutely loves them. She said the resistance is strong and the bands are great quality. She’s very picky when it comes to this stuff so if she likes it trust me you got to try it. They ship fast and are worth the price!
