I purchased a water filter for our refrigerator, which you can no longer get from manufacture and other parts company I have used in the past, did not have original or replacement. All filters not only had the replacement but offered a 3-pack for a very good price, discounted cheaper then I've ever found them.

The site was easy to maneuver and look up my part number all the way through checkout.

Overall, a very good experience.

It was 'fairly' easy to navigate. One thing: I found the filter I wanted, but when I went back to find it, It was quite difficult, because it was a 9 dollar filter, but in the list you displayed 2 dollars for the cost, so I didn't select that. I kept trying and got the same result. Finally, I selected it, and the 2 dollar rate was for the house brand, not the 3M brand. I understood it, but you may want to clarify that or include both prices on the search result list.

Very good price

Very good price. Website was pretty easy to use. The only reason why I gave you three stars instead of four was because when I went to add the second size filter to my cart it kept deleting the first filter I had put in the cart. Unknown why but after the third try All Filters both stayed in the car and I was able to check out. PS I am computer illiterate. I would definitely recommend all filters to friends and family.

I believe the amount and variety of brand you have to offer makes this site a one stop shop for most products. I also like the custom build feature I was offered for my furnace filter. But why offer a selection of sizes when the site does not carry the size selections? Thank you!

Inconsistent service, poor return policy

Ordered from this site 4-5 times and thought I had found an A+ company. I recently placed another order and All Filters sent me the wrong item. I have learned the return policy is beyond ridiculous. They act like I made the error. I have had to send several photos over a week long period of email and phone correspondence. Their photo requests are inconvenient and time consuming. Now we are a week later and I still dont have the filters I paid for ($216 worth) and the 'return' is still in review. The manager I spoke to (Jay Sereno) was not helpful and offered no compensation for the delay of my shipment or the time I have spent trying to get my ordered filters. When I pressed him for partial refund, I was told I could get a discount coupon for a future order. Nope, dealing with this company is a gamble I wont take again.

So much easier and cheaper! A great site that allows easy access to cheaper off-brand filters that will work in our appliance. This is the first time I'm trying this site and these filters in our new fridge. Looking forward to better tasting ice!

Its kind of confusing trying to decide which type of...

Its kind of confusing trying to decide which type of filter and micron size will work best for my well water. There are so may filters to choose from and I'm not sure that my decision is the right one. But using my past filter knowledge, these should work ok. My biggest question is, if I start with a 10 micron, should I go to a 5 micron on the next 2 filters, or just stick with the 10 micron filters on the next 2 filter housings in my 3 filter system? Which I just decided to do with this order.

The tricky thing is that all of the available versions...

The tricky thing is that all of the available versions of similar items you carry were shown on the order page with a quantity of 1 listed as a default, and I had to change all but one to my desired quantity on the single item I actually wanted. Had I not seen that, I would have ordered all three options. Rather deceptive, quantities should all be 0 by default.

Originally, I ordered my refrigerator water filter based on the model number. Your website pulled up filters that I thought were the replacement type. When I received them, All Filters did not fit. I ended up taking out the filter in the refrigerator to get the correct type. Customer service was helpful, but I did not realize that to return an OEM product, customer is responsible for shipping. I did not see that on your website. Also, I wouldn't have ordered the wrong one if your website pulled up the correct type filter for the model.

I ordered a water filter for my refrigerator and when it arrived I discovered it was not the right filter. I wrote an email to the company and was surprised to receive an almost immediate reply from Maecee, who 1) provided a full refund w/o having to return the filter, and gave me the correct filter number and web page.

I ordered one of these filters 12-05-21 and the price was $38.99. Just ordered one to make sure it would fit and it does perfectly. Went to your website today 01-07-22 to order 2 more (need 2 at a time) and saw that there was a price increase ($42.99 ea). Other than the cost surprise the shopping experience has been fine.

I tried three times to create an account and the system kept telling me the emails didn't match and the passwords didn't match. All Filters were exactly the same... Maybe it's a glitch that if you get that message once, it doesn't reset. I backed out and tried the whole page again with the same results. Ended up checking out as guest.

It is still my opinion that the return policy is inferior, but I did finally get the custom filters I ordered. (It took 2 weeks of sending photos and emails to prove All Filters made an error and sent me the wrong items.) I am happy with the filters I received and feel they are good quality in relation to their price.

I enjoy saving money. The "branded" filters are way overpriced. Your compatible filters not only save me a considerable amount of money, but All Filters do everything that the ones with the refrigerator manufacturer's name on them do.

I haven't changed it since my last order, but requested to do so and it would not let me change it no matter how many times I tried. It kept giving me an 'invalid token' message. However, this order was to replace my refrigerator water filter and I didn't closely compare the features on the less expensive filter to what I usually buy. When I received the cheaper filter, I realized it only removed chlorine, and nothing else. I am accustomed to higher quality filters that remove far more contaminants. So, pay attention to what you're ordering because you get what you pay for... I thought I was getting a comparable filter!

I ordered a replacement filter from Sears direct, back in Sept. 2021. Part STILL hasn't showed up, and nothing but the runaround from them. I checked again today (at 6 mos + post order & payment) and found out it was the WRONG part in the first place, STILL never even shipped, and everywhere else has the same for 40-50% cheaper and faster. Fingers crossed these are the right ones, but if All Filters are, you guys'll have a customer for life (esp w/ those reminder emails I signed up for every 8 months). Thank you
