Over-priced, the item personalization was made with stickers instead of hand-made, extremely long delivery time (over one month, when I even paid for expedited shipping), unfulfilled promises made by customer service to provide a $8 refund for the delay. Be very cautious here!

I put an order on april 29th, apparently the processing time was 2-9 days and the shipping time 2-18 days. On may 13th i wrote an email to ask for a tracking number and I was advertised that the processing+shipping time was 15-23 business days and that my orden was processing. I waited 23 business days from the order to claim a refund because I haven't the tracking number nor the product. They response that I have to wait 1 or 2 weeks more. They don't want to refund my money after more than one month.

I LOVE the vast selection of jewelry and gifts and the website is setup well. I highly recommend and I give a 5-star shopping experience!

Someone said Adorlla bought necklaces that came in a pair. Don't see those. Also, there is only one picture, so I can't tell which necklace I am ordering.

Great product, also I messed up the address during check out and the seller went over and beyond to make sure I got the necklace. Thank you again.

This company is a joke Adorlla are crooks! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! The whole experience I've had with this company has been horrible so please save yourself the headache and order elsewhere

Do not do business with this vendor. I did not receive everything I ordered and I was charged 26.00 for 3-day shipping which ended up taking 21 days to receive. Customer service was no help at all. I've reported this to the authorities.

I love that even after wearing it constantly and never taking it off, it hasnt tarnished and its still as shiny as when I first got it in the mail!

I gave this Necklace to my mama for her birthday and she loved it. It is different and other people told her that Adorlla like it so thank you.

I ordered the item in early May, however it was not received until 6/11/2021. Also during the process I emailed customer service to determine the status of the item and Adorlla never responded. They provided a tracking number to track when shipped but it only showed when the item left the facility. You could not track the item step by step. I will never order from them again.

Ok found what i needed but paid way more than i intended on spending i dont think i will be shopping here again sorry really out of my budget range but really nice items

I got my rings JUST in time for Christmas. When I received them, I was very disappointed on how small the flowers and trees were. I had to describe what Adorlla were to the people I gave them to.

Shipping was very slow, way too late for Christmas. Item did not match photos of the bracelet, the photo showed large charms (shown on model), but the actual bracelet has small cheap looking charms, the engraving was different size fonts from one charm to the others, and one name way off center. Definitely disappointed.

The photo for the engraving and the input box make ordering confusing. Maybe adding a sample of the text so the customer knows how it would be layed out would be helpful.

I love my necklace! It's so pretty. This was definitely worth it and at a great price! Will purchase more in different colors soon.

Have not received item. A personal necklace. Ordered Dec 2 and paid thru pay pal. No one communicates from company. Think we were scammed. Very disappointed.

A necklace was bought for my significant other and when we open the box to get it out and put it on her neck, we noticed it was broken. "Ferny" who wrote back said only 20% would be refunded and stated a replacement necklace wouldn't be an option. Nice in pictures but $#*!ty in person.

Turned out perfect, the perfect size and I've gotten so many compliments on it. I have yet to take it off since I've gotten it and it's held up so great!

Bought my necklace in December last year and still no item. Adorlla said they would resend as the were getting busy again. They are a scamming company. Said i want my money back. Now they wont answer any emails now disgusting

Waiting over two months for my item, had to send them multiple emails asking where it is. Then when it finally arrived it was so small and cheap I was so upset. Worst Father's Day gift ever. Would NEVER purchase from again.
