As per the multitude of reports on here this company acts without any integrity clearly they ship faulty goods then hide behind their own warranty , irrespective of the problem, they then charge a restocking fee no doubt before sending the product back out again to another unsuspecting buyer


Bought a blender from Adexa in April and just a month later the rotating plastic part snapped.
Adexa refused to replace the blender and instead demanded a full report from a catering engineer. Of course nobody’s going to arrange a catering engineer, it will cost more than a blender.
Shame on Adexa for imposing some make-belief unrealistic and dubiously legal return policies. Never had any experience like that from Nisbets or any other catering company.
Will never buy from Adexa again.

I would give this company a minus 500 rating if I could I have never dealt with such shocking customer service in my life twice sent me a faulty dangerous cooler refused to do anything about it saying they didn't have to was a B2B purchase have had to take County Court Action to try and recover my money BE WARNED DO NOT BUY OFF THESE PEOPLE SCAMMERS AT LEAST DICK TURPIN WORE A MASK .


Paid for something arrived at wrong house. Now they can’t do anything.

Stay clear absolute cowboys, after sales hopeless

We ordered a free standing double fryer on 04/05/22. We needed it urgently so paid £31.98 for next day delivery. The order did not arrive and somehow went from Dudley past our location in Cannock and ended up in Bournemouth. We were assured we would receive it the very next day. The next day came and we had an email to say our order had been delivered but it had not. The fryer had been delivered to a different business that is not affiliated with us. We had to then collect the fryer ourselves. After this we plugged it in and immediately the fryer was faulty. The heating element did not stay on so we video recorded the faulty operation and sent to adexa and requested a refund. We were told to repackage item and send them pictures of it which we did. I have now had to purchase another fryer elsewhere which cost another £800 and adexa have just emailed us saying the they have inspected the item and yes it’s faulty but it’s been poorly maintained and not properly cleaned which it most certainly was and was only connected in our kitchen for about 30 minutes. They seem to think that because of this it can only be sold as a B grade item despite the fact that it’s faulty. So because of this are refusing to refund our money. We have been offered a coupon or a refund minus 25%. I will be seeking legal action and will also be requesting our bank take action. Please read these reviews and do not use this company as there are so many similar stories on here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY AND WILL SEND ANY RUBBISH OUT THEN CHARGE YOU FOR THE HASSLE.

We ordered a Glass/dishwasher from Adexa, which was in the region of £1000. On opening the box and inspecting the provided operation manual we realised it was so inadequate for the operation and contacted the Customer Care for help on 4 occasion but could not get any technical advise on how this machine functioned, basically fobbed off and then told that we had not had the machine professional connected i.e. connecting a prefitted hose end onto a water supply tap, something a trained monkey could do and they expected us to pay a plumber to do this menial simple task, which would have cost us £50-£70 call out charge. They then said that our warranty was now invalid and that they would not provide us with any technical information or help going forward. The customer care department basically appeared to be reading off a script sheet and they would not put me through to a supervisor or manager for me to discuss the issue - appauling way to treat a customer. Being that the connection was not the problem we just wanted to get Technical Info on another operational function so can't fathom why they would not give any advise. This company give you the impression that all they want to do is take your money and look for any excuse to reneague on any commitments. We will never use this company again and will advise our business associates and friends to avoid this company from our experience with them

Do not use this company.
Faulty items issued, with faulty wiring. They won't provide a refund or exchange. Really poor (and rude) customer service.

There is no option less than 1 star , other wise I will give to them.they lier,no fulfill commitment,bad customer service, customer service with non professional attitude and behaviour, please don't buy anything from even they offer you free.

This is a daylight robbery company that must be shut down immediately to save other businesses and customers from losing their hard earn money.

We ordered a few items from them over the last few months - and no doubt would be ordering more from you as the business grows.
We reported an issue with the 2 freezers that we received from them just outside the 14-day window - stating that they are faulty as they are not keeping temperature. I Had sent in evidence that showed that this had been happening since we had received them.
The Support I was receiving from them was fine until the last email I received that stated I had to remove the top of the freezer and basically play with the wiring to the freezer.
Today I called up their support team and explained that I was not comfortable doing this as I am not a qualified electrician, and if I was to do something wrong and break the freezers I would not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I said that the freezers are faulty and that I need replacements. to which the representative said in not so many words - tough - we've told you what to do so I'm not sure what the problem is here. if you don't want to do it then you have to pay for an engineer's report. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager working - which clearly was not the case. the agent became very condescending and rude to me on the phone - which as a customer I then matched his level.
Up until now, I had had very positive interactions with the company - however now I am left with a sour taste in my mouth... I currently have 2 items from them that are faulty and not working correctly - and no way to resolve the issue.
If that is how they like to deal with their customers - then I am surprised that they are still in business.

My name is Nick. I am the owner of Frost Refrigeration which is based in Sheffield. Have just spoken to Adexa with regards to parts for a 5 year old ice machine.
Have been told when the appliance is out of warranty they will not sell & supply parts to carry out repairs. As per their term and conditions.
Think twice before buying equipment from adexa.
There are plenty of reputable suppliers out there, so stay away from adexa

They supplied a heated gantry that is extremely dangerous, the wiring is not housed in heat proof cables, hence it smokes/will catch fire. The item has no safety certification/is fake - an absolute disgrace, only matched by their customer service... they literally couldnt care less about not just the money they are stealing, but the harm these products could cause.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing anything from Adexa Direct. Adexa Direct sucks, they are robbing people on broad daylight. I wanted return an item, the item hasn’t been dispatched yet still I have to pay 25% to return the item. Stay away from Adexa Direct.
