The only reason I use your company to order the drive belt was to keep from having to drive. Understand the belt is more expensive to begin with but what bothers me is the fact that he charge me additional $10 so I could get it faster between three and five days when actually it took six a lesson well learned. Now you want to ask me in a survey who made the delivery rhino I wasn't here you should know who made the delivery

I was very pleased to promptly receive your very reasonably priced set of mower blades for my John Deere mower. I had purchased what I thought was the same product from another retailer and got a single blade at double your price for 2 blades. That was promptly returned. 2 of my local John Deere dealers were completely out of stock saying that they had 35 and over 120 pairs on "back order" and no idea when they would be in stock. You guys were great.

Order #15520. This was our 1st order with you, we received it in a timely manner, but in poor condition. I tried sending you pictures the same day but the site would not accept it ([email protected]). The oil was double boxed and oil had leaked out even showing on the outside box, even the quarts paper on them were stained with oil. When opened some of the quarts tops were loose. My husband said when he changed oil the next day that it took an additional 1.5 quarts to fill it than normal on one tractor and has another one yet to do. Not the best first impression.

Had to return some blades & the person helping me was very courteous as well as helpful. Actually sent me a complete parts list. Will highly recommend them to others. Wonderful to work with.

My order arrived timely, but the contents reflected parts inconsistent with my intention.
I ordered parts for my JD 3032e front loader. I received the correct oil filter, the oil was correct, but is was double bagged and leaked into the bag. The air filter was for something else and the fuel filter was for ??????.
I live in a very rural area, so returning the unusable items is a challenge. I most likely will toss everything except the oil filters.

Great speed of service. Needed the part ASAP for a customer. Price was great too. I’ll use them again, no doubt.

I received the wrong belt , unsure if I ordered the incorrect one or not , will be returning it for a correct CX gator belt
